As a spiritual practice, I would suggest trying to relax in all situations, with all thoughts and feelings, even the ones you spoke about in this thread, this will transform your into a super conductor, nothing will stick and everything will be healed.

Enlightment isn't escape, it's the ultimate acceptance of all, especially what you call bad things.

1h and 50 minutes, in a vipassana retreat. The last 50 minutes were hell but when it was over, I was almost levitating.

Infinite, by definition, implies all possibilities, including suffering. See, if you reach enlightment, you get to know your infinite nature and you see is all a illusion, like a play or a movie that the actors don't know they are into a make believe story. When you see this, suddenly all is perfect and all is beautiful, even the worst situations like rape or murder. You know it's fake when you see on a movie, right? And, if you are aware enough, not only you won't be bordered by it but you will even appreciate it and call it a good movie.

Well, maybe if you are a infinite being, you KNOW that it is all an illusion and you are kind of bored, earth seems an amazing adventure.

Great thread, super important topic. It would be great if people share reports of successful opening their hearts, how they did it and what changed. I see to many techniques but I don't commit seriously to any of them them because I don't really believe it will work.

I noticed that when i use psychedelics, i feel smart, my vocabulary is better and can express complex topics in a comprehensive way for most people. It bothers me that when i am sober i have lots of problems doing the same things. I know that generally, people like their "drugged-self" more since drugs like alcohol, cocaine, and MDMA can make you less anxious, fearful and overanalytical but psychedelics are different, they can make you anxious if you can't handle your shit, especially in social contexts. I am usually introverted like most of you guys but when i use psychedelics (even weed) i can talk a LOT and in a smart way that even surprises me every single time (except when i am so high that i can't even keep a line of thought without getting distracted). Not only that but i get hopeful, courageous, empathetic, sincere, motivated. When i use ayahuasca i feel like a total BOSS, my voice gets deep as fuck, i speak like a man, full of confidence, i am proud of myself, is like a know who i am and that i can do anything. Normally i have LOTs of limiting beliefs (being dumb, destined to fail, not enough, incompetent etc), i know that they aren't true but i feel like they are and i am deep on this self-improvement path to transcend all limiting beliefs, i know its ALL in my head but when i use psychedelics they all seems to disappear at moments. I fucking love my "higher-self" Edit: I forgot one thing: i tend to have LOTs of deep insights when i am on psychedelics (including weed), its almost guaranteed. To the point that i was smoking way too much weed in order to generate insights, especially when i feel stuck in a problem. I noticed that i tend to contemplate about everything naturally but when i am on psychedelics i enter in full contemplation mode.

I saw this video, what a synchronicity! I am gaining awareness of my core wounds but don't know exactly what to do. I think I have all of them lol. I had a dysfunctional family growing up, today I totally lack self worth, boundaries, seek approval and so I fear success, failure, I self sabotage every single chance I get which is making me stuck in life. I don't feel that I deserve good things, always assume the worse and don't give any credit for myself for anything. This creates lots of problems, resistances, self limiting beliefs which I try to overcome but I always feel like I am fighting an uphill battle and if I stop for one moment, I fall back to my old behaviors hard. For some reason, I had a vision and a feeling that I was neglected as a baby by my mother (she always was highly dysfunctional, narcissist with lots of wounds that she projected on me).

@SageModeAustin Ayahuasca is amazing. I live in Brazil so it's not hard to find places (religious) to use it. It was life-changing for me, i did 8 times and all of them were positive. I only did a moderate/high dose of mushrooms one time (4.5g) and i found it really similar to ayahuasca, its a "tribal" feeling, like you get connected to mother earth and she is showing you what you need to see. I noticed that it tends to expose all the deep subconscious aspects of the mind its like dream happening in your visual field (even with closed eyes). The first time i did i think i almost had an ego death, i was unable to recognize my hands, i forgot i had a body, suddenly i had a strange feeling that i was omnipotent, i could do anything like moving peoples arms or something like that, it was beautiful, and initiated in my spiritual path. @Serotoninluv So, if i do it, let's say, weekly, it is possible to integrate the insights into my "normal" self? @Leo Gura Kind of stuck in a place that i take full responsibility for everything, i am able to see all my bullshit and deep-rooted beliefs but i am struggling to find the best way to change them, Its kind of frustrating to know that i am limiting myself so much and don't know exactly what to do. I am still waiting for that subconscious programming course you promised us @Samra I feel that with insights on psychedelics, first you kind of have that "aha!" moment so know you are aware of the situation, belief, memory etc. Now the hard part is to integrate it in your brain, if the "aha!" moment came with a strong emotion, it's possible to fully integrate the insight in just one time like something really shocking and mindblowing to you. Most of the time you will get back to your normal state and will remember the insight but all your other limiting beliefs will get in the way and now you have to be vigilant to apply this insight and try to make it a mental habit (belief). For instance, its common that i have some insight of someone who is suffering and thus this explains their low consciousness behavior, you feel compassion and love but when the high goes away, all your fears and frustrations kicks in which makes really hard to act compassionately so you have to be vigilant to remember your insight when you are interacting with this person.

Yeah, always did that and still do, obviously, i can't walk high all the time. But i think it is amazing that drugs like mushrooms, weed and ayahuasca have this effect too.

I witnessed something like this recently with my ex-gf. She lived with her mother and a stepdad (police officer, lots of guns, mentally unstable). Her mother had toxic co-dependent relationship with her bf, they fought all the time, he was kind of an asshole to her and they often got weeks without talking to each other living in the same house. One day he asked for divorce probably hoping that her would beg for him to stay but she said "ok". He kind of went crazy, was alone with my gf at home and decided to blame her for the end of the relationship, droped his pants, exposed his dick and said he wanted to fuck her, she then run to her bedroom crying, locked herself, he tried to open, she called me in pure despair, i went told her to call the police but her mother said to NOT call the police and called a friend (his friend who also is a police officer) to help. The stepdad got out, my ex is safe and lived with me for months. Now the interesting part: her mother didn't believe her and got back with her bf. Mostly because she is kind of dependent on her emotionally(she is 50, won't find another bf easily) and financially. My ex is her ONLY family and she chooses to stay with the man that attempted to RAPE her and later we found out that he had a history of mental breakdowns (went nuts, tried to kill himself, probably due to the stress of his job, killing people and shit like that).

Yes! The detox i am doing for a few months now, far from perfect but i am way better from the pain (50~70%). Yesterday i did a guided meditation on my three lower chakras and my pain is WAY better(90%), too soon to say much about it but i have a feeling that this is it. I plan to do guided meditation on my chakras for the next months.

They have a point, i love psychedelics but they do seem to open myself up for all kinds of "energies" i get sensitive as hell. About the third eye, i think is the exact opposite, they open the six chakra and that can be hard to assimilate for most people, this can trigger psychosis events (hearing voices, receiving thoughts, feelings from others etc), you basically get shot from all angles and this can be overwhelming. Even weed make me super sensitive to "external" energies.

I have a chronic pain in my SI joint/sciatic nerve. No medical professional was capable of solving it, after much research, i came to a conclusion that it has to do with chronic inflammation (possible in my bowles, parasites, mucoid plaque or something) AND excess of kundalini energy in my lower chakras (blocked due to imbalances). I think the chakras imbalances (root, sacral and maybe solar plexus) causes the chronic inflammation. I am approaching it by both ends, with detox (water fast, enemas, raw foods, green juices etc) and meditations to balance my chakras. Hope this help. Sou brasileiro tbm, qualquer coisa manda pm.

How to make friends and influence people lol for me the concept of "don't talk about yourself, listen to the other people" were kind of revolutionary, since then, is WAY easier to make friends, people will love you if you just pretend to be interested in their life. I was socially retarded back then but it still amazes me how many people make the mistake of making everything about themselves.

@Solace This exact moment i am moving to this place you talk about, i noticed that my meditation practices were too focused in my head, i opened my six chakra and forgot all the lower ones which caused me some troubles, now i am trying to focus on my body, starting by my root chakra, basically just focusing on it, kind of relaxing and letting go and visualizing a red ball of light on the spot (kind of a mix of techniques i read about), it's early but when i do this i feel kind of a relief on the area and some pulsating too(not common to feel my perineum pulsate). What do you think of this? I am feeling some pains in my heart, solar plexus and throat too but i think i can only focus in one at a time. I will take a look at the channel that you recommended but Matt Kahn i already knew and resonate a lot with his teachings. Any particular video from the higher self channel?
