When everyone around you is having awakenings except you -
I do suffer from it and from my research and experiments I learned: 1. Beliefs play a crucial role in how we feel, chronic fatigue usually comes from low self-esteem and living in fearful states. Alexander Lowen talks about this indirectly in his books. I highly recommend you to research bioenergetics and learn to untangle this fatigue patterns. Start with the book "Fear of Life" and "the denial of the body", both by Alexander Lowen. Also, see: Great videos. Your body and mind are 100% connected and close in a feedback loop. If you stay laying down all day, the body and mind will want more of it, and if you get used to exercising, your body-mind also gets used to it and asks for more. At some points in my life I had a few jobs where I had to be standing up and walking for 8+ hours. At first, I thought I wasn't capable of it but when I HAD to do it, I found that I had way more strength and energy that I previously thought. 2. Negative thought loops, decision fatigue and personality fatigue (not being your self) all deplete our energy way more than we like to think. Here is a book that talks about it: Poise And Power Be extremely aware of your thought pattern. Envision yourself constantly full of energy and enthusiasm but with poise and power (not that jumpy jittery weak kind of energy). The mind can heal ANYTHING. 3. Raw foods diet, sunlight, nature, pure water. Don't put anything in your skin that you wouldn't put in your mouth, that included industrialized soaps, shampoos, medicines, etc. Avoid coffee and stimulants. 4. Work on your first, second, and third chakras. They affect your adrenal glands that it is probably shut down right now. Most people live in a constant state of tension and fear, secreting adrenaline and cortisol all day and causing adrenal fatigue.

Yes, it is helping but these things take time to gain a really good momentum although you can see changes fast. Right now I am focusing on healing my body and mind, this will give me a nice foundation for self actualization, a health body generates a health mind, it's all connected.

There are LOTS of other channels dedicated to law of attraction on YouTube, really good sources, I don't think Leo needs to cover everything that there is to cover in self development. He did some videos on law of attraction in the past, granted that he was way too materialist in the past and he promised a "subconscious reprogramming course" that never came to existence, but those videos are fundamentally giving good tips that if you really apply it, your life is going to change. As I said, if you want to read more about it, go to other channels. Search for "The feeling is the secret" by Neville Godard

I have the same problem, and the solution I found is to reprogram my mind using the concept of law of attraction but through FEELLING. Why? If you are like me, you are too mental and too "aware" of your misconducts. And, according to the law of attraction, what happens when we pay too much attention on one thing? We find and attract more of it. So, when we are constantly looking for problems to fix, what do we always find? Yes, more problems to fix. This made my mind looping on negativity and I just found out how to fix it. Just focus on the feelings you want to create and attract more of. If you want to feel accomplished and proud, create a image in your mind and feel the shit out of it. Do this as much as possible, specially before and immediately after sleep. It is really simple, I just think about the word "health", for instance, and focus on the feeling of it for as long as possible. Read "The feeling is the secret" by Neville Goddard. It is small, 18 pages, but powerful and direct to the point. Most law of attraction books take 200 pages to explain the concepts that this little book contains. The important thing here is to train your mind to focus and concentrate on only states that you want more of. This ability is key!

@Someone here You should look for someone who has the same or similar values as you. If I value personal growth more and my wife values comfort more, we are going to have troubles. If I value freedom and my wife value stability, that's a problem. I had this problem every relationship I had because I wasn't conscious enough at the time. -

@An young being I became this way while i walked the self-development path. In the past i was way less selective with women due to neediness, i have been in relationships with women that i judged being the "best i could get" in the moment and all of those relationships backfired, although i don't regret any of them. We are influenced by the people we spend time with, so imagine how much influenced we are by our love partner which we are so much in contact with, having sex, etc? A bad relationship can ruin your life and a good one can raise so much, but those are RARE and the biggest problem is because people simple aren't selective enough, they don't know what they want and choose their spouse by bullshit metrics like looks or money, monkey shit. Men, especially! I see so many men choosing their GF by their looks, mostly. Basically marring the best look one they can find and can have a relatively stable relationship (if that). So many lives ruined! -

It is not that they aren't worthy, the biggest problem is lack of alignment. What is the percentage of women that are committed to self-development, in your opinion? Those women, what percentage are stage green or above? Because in my entire life I have met really FEW and i have been in some privileged circles like yoga retreats/courses, several places devoted to self-development etc And it isn't some sexist thing, if i were a woman, i probably wouldn't want to be in a relationship with most men also, although i do observe that, on average, men tend to be more ambitious to women. -

Don't be so triggered, let that shit go. If you are serious with your life mission, you do have to be extremely selective with whom you chose to be in any kind of relationship with. I too wouldn't be in a relationship with 99% of women. -
As a rule, i don't preach self-development for those around me, this is often futile and a waste of time. The best way is to change yourself so much that those who are ready can approach you to ask for advice. It is tough, I must have spent hundreds of hours trying to convert people into self-development and I had almost zero success with this approach. Sometimes, though, i met people randomly and they notice something in me that is inspiration worthy and that moved them into transforming themselves. An example of what i am talking about: once upon a time, i was living in a hostel, i entered the living room, there was some people there, including some guests, i just sat there and talked a bit. One guy noticed that i had a intriguingly calm energy and started to ask me questions, i told him that i was a Hatha yoga teacher and stuff like that, we chatted a little and i left. Days later, he messages me telling me that it was a pleasure meeting me, he loved my energy and because of that meeting, he started to practice Hatha yoga every day, a few weeks later and he was still consistent about it. So, a random guy had a random short interaction with me that motivated him to start a yoga practice, while i have tons of friends and family members that i spent soo many hours trying to inspire them without any success. The moral of the story is: you can't really control, much less change anyone, you can only change and control yourself, and if you do it in a smart way, you will trigger a transformation in those who are ready (most people aren't).

I am so sensitive, one time i ate 0.1g of dried shrooms and had what I would call small trip, with weak visuals and everything. I took hoping to open up my creativity to write a dissertation, end up unable to produce anything, and just enjoying the trip lol After reading this, I got motivated to try microdosing LSD this week, thanks! -

A blessing. I would be fucked or could have committed suicide long ago if it wasn't for the internet and its endless possibilities. Enlightenment is almost a mainstream term now but it would be impossible without the internet. I know I wouldn't have a clue about self-development, meditation, metaphysics, emotional mastery whatever without it. -

According to Vipassana meditation instructions given by the Buddha himself, every time you are in equanimity, you are burning Karma, so to speak, in the vipassana retreat, they talk about Samskaras, which are relatable with the concept of karma. So, to burn karma, you have to observe the present moment with equanimity, whatever it may be. Through our day-to-day life, we are presented with endless opportunities to apply equanimity to situations, some more or less difficult, depending on your specific karma. When, for instance, restrain myself from indulging in a particular addiction and practice equanimity, i am burning this particular karma. In conclusion, just learn to be present in all situations and see them as they are, beyond the filter of the mind and its labels. Feel reality completely, without desire or aversion. -
What would be the fun of it if you didn't?

@Raphael I don't know man, 2020 made me really contemplate how fragile all humans societies still are (I really do mean all of them), the world is an unpredictable place, and we live in a highly globalized era, one random thing anywhere affects the whole. In the end, we are just monkeys trying to keep our shit together and manage 7 Billions of us coexisting without slicing our throats. We are, collectively, at all times, one bad thing away from mayhem. We are not so evolved yet as we like to think. We trust the gov. to deal with all the major issues and keep us safe but this is a dangerous bet to make as we are seeing right now. -

@AtheisticNonduality Not at all nor am i defending atrocious acts committed by cops, these have to be judged like any other crime, just pointing out that this "fuck the police" mentality is due to ignorance of the complexity of the problem. Not only that, in my view, it contributes to making the problem worse.
