Thanks for the replies. I know the theorie. I know what I want to do. I even like the stage I am at. The decision to focus on I've thing for a long period is still really hard for me. ? gotta watch that video again.

I often fall into the trap of trying to improve everything at omce: my health relationships career habits hobbys...and getting very little done in any of them. How are you able to deal with this issue?Do youfocus on one thing for months and let the other issues aside for the moment ? How do you manage to focus and decide what to focus on when you want to do everything ?

@Charlotteas I said it drained me. The amount of happiness I got out of it was not enough to balance the amount of stress and biterness. I feel much better now, even if the first week's weren't easy.

@Charlotte no problem. For me it was a very fortunate decision.

@Charlotte I had a similar issue with my exgirlfriend. In the end I had to swallow the bitter pill that even though she repeatedly declared otherwise, she didn't really want to change. I was constantly trying to get her on a better path and it drained the life out of me, but I didnt't want to see it. Just something to keep an eye on, not definetly applicable to your situation.
