When I was 13 I got a slightly torn meniscus and a worn down patella, I had to get surgery in my left knee. I'm 19 now and my knees feel solid, I feel I've done a good job strengthening them. Does anyone know any form of medicine or stretch or program I should take to secure the knees of my future? Thank you

I realized the basic needs like love, money, purpose have to be mastered before " enlightenment " I think I'm losing belief in the idea that these are outside my power. The " can't have everything " mindset. Suffering is an option perhaps temporary.
