  1. I love Indian food where I love to eat rice roti daal vegetables and one non-veg item daily... 1. Rice is a great source of minerals such as calcium and iron; it is also rich in vitamins, such as niacin, vitamin D, thiamine, fibre and riboflavin. 2. Roti is an excellent source of soluble fibre, which helps lower blood cholesterol levels, prevents constipation and helps keep our digestive system healthy. 3. Daal is loaded with protein, fibre, magnesium, calcium, B vitamins and folate that boost overall health. For a basic vegetarian dish, these three items are must. Where daal is Pulses. You can have it daily.. It helps to complete your daily diet with fibre, protein, and vitamin... Now you can add more vegetables and one non-veg item... If you have kids add these items in the daily diet which will help in the growth
  2. First of all, you need to stop listening to those people who are making you feel this way and turned to those who love you like your family and friends. People who don't know us makes all sort of comments or opinion before they even learn our last name. And because of that, their opinion doesn't matter. I have been like this for a few year but when it became intense I decided to stop hanging out with these stupid critics. I started to read stories and inspirational quotes and motivational speaking. And that helped me a lot. You can try one of them too. There always will be someone who can ruin your perspective but the main thing is, are you going to let them?
  3. You have to remember that you can't please everyone nor that you need to. Because at the end of the day you will feel unpleasant with yourself. You need more positive people in your life, who will support you o matter what. even if you can't find anyone like that then starts reading the life stories of some famous people who went through the same situation like you. It will make you inspired. And if you have anyone in your life who is making you feel bad or giving you a negative vibe, get rid of them like I did. You will feel much better.

  5. If you are passionate about something and know enough to start a business then go for it, you should take a chance. The results might be a little shaky at first but then as you will learn how to handle your business you will get used to it. You can get inspiration from someone and also advice to motivate you.
