5daysleft:
- did almost nothing throughout the day
- in the evening a little bit of fear kicked in and I used it as catalyst to do some work
-

@Vitamine Water hahaha yes dude! this morning I went on a run and almost jumped over a bench too without knowing this scene?
6daysleft:
- had a meeting with an expert
- got many insights and new material to write about, that will fill up some pages
- worked with my bro and his friend, brainstormed together
- having insights on how to connect more dots
-
Day36: is it tho?
-
@d0ornokey We came up with it spontaneously. @lennart forced himself to meditate for half a year, then he stopped. I wanted to find a way to establish a habit more effortlessly and I asked him what he loves the most: it was music. So we came up with the idea to listen to a song right in the morning as a core habit and then connect conscious breathing to it.

7daysleft:
- same as yesterday
- there‘s an intense feeling that I have already done it and this is not the case...
- today I‘ll work with my brother again, that‘ll push me
-
-
8daysleft:
- not very productive, feeling too confident
- I realized that when I tell myself I‘ll do "just a little bit" there‘s a pleasant emotion, where as the automatic thought of finishing a whole chapter at once leads to no emotion/fear/disconnection
- so I did that successfully and it helped me to at least start

Today I dreamt that I went into a room full with boxes of supplements and nootropics made by @Leo Gura. One was called "EX-X" and it was made to help especially during the breakup with your ex girlfriend/boyfriend by imitating the effects of ecstasy?
This is what it looked like:

9daysleft:
- studied in the morning and at night
- my focus is much stronger at around 1am
- Now in the final phase of the theory, the practical part will hopefully be a quick process, because everything is prepared
-
-
@now is forever No, but I‘ll research it a bit and order if it fits. I asked a friend and he said it has a calming and focusing effect, sounds good.
10daysleft:
- countdown...
- worked on it for 1,5h in the morning, then lost focus and after fighting with myself for a few minutes to continue, I left the library
- Had a long nap, worked out, meditated and so the day passed
- at night I was in bed and couldn‘t sleep, always with the thought that I will continue in just a moment
- I had an emotional mini-breakthrough during the day and saw that it is worth fighting, I remembered that and felt like I knew why I had to study
- my arms reached out and took the laptop??
- Finished lots of stuff
-
-
@Draconis Chaser Thank you man! Yeah, I did something similar, sneaked in funny sentences, used wordplays and so on, just to keep myself entertained whenever I re-read it? I wish you lots of success with your work!
11daysleft:
- drank coffee again, but in a lower dose, helped at first, but fired back during the day
- studied for about 3 hours in a loud environment and with all the pressure on top it was overwhelming
- Found that short meditations help to restore my capacity
-
-
12daysleft:
- was really tired the whole day, drank coffee the day before and didn‘t have a good sleep
- but I finished some of the to-do‘s
- in the evening I panicked a bit, but meditating helped to wind down, connect to silence and sleep early
-
-
@Zigzag Idiot Thank you??
@now is forever Ok, I‘ll do that. Thanks!
13daysleft:
- met with my bro and we structured everything and cleaned up the text
- helped me to know exactly what to do for the next few days
- that minimized the fear to continue the work, because I know what to do and how to do it
- I realized that giving up is connected to a hurt and sad self image
- Instead of identifying with that I remember the self image of me already having finished this work successfully
-
Day30:
- what a coincidence, we both got the same band today?
-
-
@now is forever Thanks for the encouragement. I have about 50% left. I‘m getting some support tomorrow and will make a plan on what I need to do step-by-step.
