  1. @Vitamine Water I'm here because of @Shin, nice journal! I like the use of categories, keep it going! I started my own journal just now.
  2. My interest in porn has decreased and I don't see any value in watching it. Starting today and aiming for 90 days hard mode. Who wants to be my accountability partner?
  3. Intro: I‘ve done the technique a few times now, ranging from 20min-60min. From 30-60min my heart opens up and I feel less fear, more joy and love towards others. The longer the session, the more intense this feeling becomes. Heart opening and affirmations: After a one hour session I felt that certain sentences enhance the heart opening effect (ordered from less to more powerful) You can do it I love you I love you more than anything————————— That (After raising the level of love, something higher was beyond that and I asked the question: “What is god?“ The emotional answer was: “That“) Blood pressure (30min session): Before: ca. 120/80 - 70bpm ->30min of breathing After: +0min: 102/58 - 78bpm +10min: 119/75 - 73bpm +20min: 116/74 - 71bpm Hallucinations: During one session I opened my eyes (15min in) and looked at the couch cushions in front of me. For a second it looked like a real and alive bird sitting there: Questions: Does anyone else get the munchies after a session? What could be the reason for that? Can such differences in blood pressure have long term negative/positive effects?
  4. @kieranperez thank you!??
  5. I‘ll just leave that here... @Leo Gura @Peace and Love
  6. @Ampresus First off: You‘re doing great man, already doing so many things to calm you down and help you distance from all the emotional chaos you have. I had these arguments mostly with my dad back then, on a daily basis, sometimes for hours. And they still happen, 10 years later, but much less and if they happen, I handle them very differently, which is the key. You can influence the situation, anger cannot persist if you anchor yourself in acceptance. If you get into an argument next time, breath deeply into your belly and notice your breath throughout the whole situation. That’s really important! Don‘t get lost too much into the conversation. If she shouts at you, ask her why she is doing that. Try to be curious about it, do NOT believe that you deserve it, because you don‘t. It will also help you to understand the situation. You can also set boundaries and say that you don‘t think these arguments help either of you and that you respectfully want to end the discussion. If it still overcomes both of you to a certain degree, wait for it to be over and express all the anger immediately after that by throwing or punching your cushion. Lay on the mattress and kick with your legs, make fists and punch at the same time. Try to get it out of your system ASAP. Being 14 is really hard and I‘m proud of how you handle the situation, if there‘s anything you need DM me!
  7. @JustinS Thank you!?
  8. @Mu_ Thank you? Yes
  9. @Leo Gura What do you think is the best approach to delete viruses? Do they all have the same root cause and by that is there a general solution for all? Or is it more complicated than that?
  10. @winterknight Why aren‘t there any glitches in this life in comparison to dreams?
  11. @winterknight How did you build up the necessary focus/alertness for self-enquiry? Certain diets, supplements, meditation techniques?
  12. @winterknight Ramana Maharshi says: “Everything is predetermined.“ Why is your answer different?
  13. @winterknight 1) Is life predetermined? 2) Is there any value in using will power? Or should I just let go as much as possible and deal with the consequences? 3) If there is not my experience as solipsism suggests, are there different experiences at the same time? 4) I had many dreams that were very realistic and logical, is the same mechanism going on in reality? What‘s the difference between dreams and life? 5) Is it possible to process deeply suppressed emotions without moving the body? Just through talking and awareness for example? Or is stretching, shaking, shouting etc. necessary?
  14. @winterknight A few years ago I had an experience where I realized that there is a “reason for everything“. This was the first thought that expressed the clarity I had at that moment. It was life changing and helped me to sense that I cannot be something I perceive, because there‘s a reason for everything I perceive and by definition I didn‘t choose it freely. So I‘m not connected to something and thought: “I must be in another dimension“. I didn‘t have any knowledge of enlightenment back then. Now I feel rather stuck and more advanced than others, so the seperation is still intact even though I try to think my way out of it. Also the solipsistic thought is persistent. How can I continue from here?
  15. 5-Meo needed it's own theme song Lyrics Part: Ok I'm chillin in Mexico Got sunburn on my testicles Sippin San Pellegrino Preparin' for 5meo Ceremony with Octavio Heart beatin' like its cardio Inhaling smoke like Snopp Do Double G, pardon me, i gotta lay down, Way down im subconscious I got entities and enemies, waitin' to eat the inner me Pluggin' it like Leo (hey) Losin' my ego Until I realize that Jesus is inside of me - Rio Woah Hook: 5-Meo, 5-Meo (8x) Outro: ... Eternal Truth!
  16. Came across a trap while meditating: 1. Leo is plugging. 2. Neo is plugged in. Do not confuse these two!
  17. Lost my intuition/emotional compass for years, once I got it back I knew how important it is. Googled „how to strengthen the intuition“ and read about meditation. First introduction to meditation was by Leo and that‘s how I discovered actualized?
  18. @Hamilcar Anything is possible while dreaming, it feels like a lab in which anything can be tested. Two nights ago I dreamed that my father wanted me to trip. I layed down, he poke a hole into my thumb and inserted some special chili. I started to feel drunk and increasingly numb, my vision went dark. I was in total darkness, just drifting away like in a floating tank. There was no contact to anything and I disappeared more and more. Eventually I returned and told my brother, who was trip sitting, how it was. Then I woke up?
  19. Same here, it‘s good that you‘re aware of it. Whenever it happens, you can count as much conscious breaths as possible, you can make it your challenge. The other thing I see more and more is that strong determination sitting helps a lot with this. By not moving you increase your body awareness a lot and get out of your head, because pain will come up. But when you finish your sit after 30-60 min, you‘ll feel so much clearer and intuitive. Wishing you the best, really courageous to leave the substances behind!
  20. @Sirius I didn't have such effects through meditation, but I did have a psychosis once and sleeplessness is a huge indicator for that. Sleep regulates your mood, your sense of reality, your mood, thoughts etc... How is your energy? You could try to exercise a lot and find other natural ways for better sleep. If it doesn't get better, please see a doc.
  21. @pluto What makes you believe or know reincarnation (with that mechanism) is true?
  22. @Joseph Maynor Since I started meditating I remember my dreams much more vividly. It has helped me to see that reality is made of the same substance and also to become aware of the role I play and how I judge others. I had very realistic dreams where I would underestimate myself and praise others for genius ideas When I woke up, they were indeed pretty realistic and creative. So I'm also struggling a bit with this phenomenon of "reality" vs. "dreams" (and solipsism). I'd also love to hear a more in depth explanation for these distinctions if someone is able to provide them.
  23. @Max_V I have the same issue, but mostly when reading. Have you noticed a certain self-image when reading? If you do, focus on it and identify what it represents. Could be some artifacts of studying and pressure in school. I also see that my body tenses up when I do stuff I‘m not used to, so I shake my body for a few seconds and breath in deeply to release it and energize.
  24. @daniel695 I had a manic phase 2 years ago and because I didn't know it was one, I dealt with it for a month until I realized for myself I need professional help. I'm happy that I was able to go through such a long period. Towards the end I had en ego death experience and a lot of insights that are still very important and relevant to me. But without medication to get me down, I'd probably lose my mind, hallucinate and by that maybe harm myself because of the loss of "reality". The more episodes you have, the more likely you will have them in the future. This one was my first and last, because I'm taking care. Maybe in my 40s I'll be able to take small doses of psychedelics, without running the risk of an episode, to enhance my perspective. But for now, I have enough material to work through. So my opinion is, don't even let the episode begin. You can achieve so much just by working on yourself daily. If you did that, you can think about more extreme stuff.
