Okay, thanks all. I am trying to get my diet perfect, within reason. Just looked back on Leo's video on shopping for healthy foods, it seems he is anti gluten. Is gluten mostly in bread? Rice, pasta is okay to eat aswell yes?

Ok thanks, Looks like gluten is what he is saying to avoid which is mostly in bread. I eat oats for breakfast, and sometimes before bed as they help me sleep, any idea why?

Hi all, as far as I am aware, I am okay to ask/ post this question. If not, please delete thread. So I have obtained some psyilocybin mushrooms, they are in pure powder/ dust form. With Supreme Fire, do I pull the energy up my spine AS I am inhaling? Or do I inhale, and then after focus on pulling the energy up my spine? Also, if I am holding the energy at the naval area, or 4 fingers below, I don't need to pull the energy right up to the heart chakra, correct?

If I have no freewill, does that mean EVERY single mistake/ poor decision I've ever made has been made on purpose to lead me somewhere? That means I shouldn't be so hard on myself at all, as I didn't consciously make those decisions, some higher part of me did? Where is God taking me? To awakening I presume? What about inbetween? It seems like life is against me.

@Leo Gura So basically it is me all along imagining that someone on a forum had an experience of infinity via 5-MeO, which is kind of like a bread - crumb that I have left behind for myself to wake up? This is so fucking weird if so lol.

I thought because all you people that I am imagining (well actually, 'you other people' on this forum are just text on a computer screen), are like sign posts towards waking up? Some of the signs I receive are a lot more blunt, straight to the point, like from Leo, and others are subtle and I have to read beneath the lines? Maybe other than to enjoy other, imaginary peoples company this might be the reason I experience 'other people'?

'All you people' not understanding that there is only one consciousness are confused people I am imagining (or actually forum text/ pixels on a PC screen, which I created a backstory that 'other' humans wrote somewhere else on this planet, a planet Earth that doesn't even exist) I am imagining Leo as something/ someone else to me, but really he is a part of myself relaying theory about the Universe/ God/ the one Consciousness back to myself, through YouTube and forum posts. Fuck, this talking to myself stuff is starting to feel more and more real. It's starting to feel a lot more obvious in day to day life that there is absolutely nothing outside my direct experience. Cool story bro, I shall consider this post like a little note to myself, I can check back on in a few years time to compare how much more conscious I could be.

Hi, So I'm trying to get my health in absolute peak condition. I've invested in Reverse Osmosis filter, my diet is very clean, I exercise. The next thing I want to look into is the air I am breathing. Are those HEPA type air purifiers worth my money? I do live by a main road. Do any of you guys use one? If so, which would you recommend? It's hard to work out if something is marketed well vs if the product is actually good. Thanks

Best thing to do would be get some bite wing x-rays, then post on the Andy Cutler Chelation FaceBook page asking if there are any specks of mercury left. They have dentists which can help you.

Hi, Noticed there is a lot of talk on cleaning water supply on here, but perhaps what is even more important than water is the air we breathe, yet no one on here talks about air purifiers. Do any of you guys use one? Particulary those of us living in urban areas. If so, which do you use? Do you notice the difference? Better for your state of consciousness etc? Let me know, I'm looking to buy one as I want to do everything I reasonably can to improve my overall health. Thanks

Hi, I've been doing alot of meditation for the last 2 years, and been microdosing psilocybin. Last night I woke up in the middle of the night with mild phycedelic visuals, and now today I feel slightly dizzie, and my spine is vibrating (but not intensly). What is going on? Is this a sign of spiritual progress? I 've stopped microdosing as it's getting quite scary. I also woke up in the night a few weeks ago and my spine starting shaking very intense, and felt as if I was vommiting energy out my mouth (hard to explain) Thanks
