I know as guys we all have lustful thoughts and its for sure one of the most challenging things to refrain from completely which means no desire for sex, pornography or masturbating. Are there any practical tips you guys have for helping someone slowly refrain from having lustful thoughts and then acting on them? Thanks

I wouldn't say false, just not permanent (because they are non-spiritual). A true perfect master comes from the 5th level hence they are perfect, most present masters and guru's however are from below the 3rd level so they can not take you any higher. Also their wisdom will be less as a result as well. Re-incarnation is directly linked with karma which is why this is also so important with massive implications to our lives which everyone seems to just overlook.

@Nahm Thank you, just sharing what I know. Correct so many false guru's our there and some which are not able to take you high enough which is the most challenging part. Once a person has reached master level he/she is able to initiate disciples (initiation) to transmit the divine spiritual knowledge. Whatever awareness Leo has reached I am sure is high for sure but to end real suffering forever one must go beyond the 3 worlds - physical, astral and causal. the endless cycle of birth and deaths will rob us off true freedom and everlasting happiness. These planes are ruled by kaal (negative power), only then will be finally free and enter the pure spiritual realms where we will enter after death. This has been validated by all perfect true living and past holy masters who have graced this Earth though they are very rare to find these days hence this information is known to very few. I know of one personally myself hence this point. - I have attached 2 diagrams that explains things bit easier. The only way to get to the pure spiritual realms are through the guidance of a perfect LIVING holy master. One cannot travel this path alone, to learn anything new in life we always rely on a teacher yet this ultimate journey that we are attempting we expect to do unaided? This inner journey can only be made with a guide (master) otherwise we will for sure get lost for we do not know the way to the ultimate destination where as the master does as he always knows the way. Otherwise no matter much progress one makes in this lifetime, we will still be stuck in the endless cycle of births and deaths! Why becoming Vegan is important for the environment and for our health. To not indirectly be a part of the suffering that is caused to animals (cows mainly) for our love of milk when there are other alternatives. Having a clearer mind will directly help in our meditation practice.
