  1. Use it so much that you get sick of it. Literally.
  2. He said the only thing holding him back is actualized.org
  3. Yeah I wonder what Leo has to say about the pic
  4. It's kinda offtopic but guys, I just found the pic that I think shows what "pure, transparent, empty awareness" looks like http://imgur.com/1JQjkuA

  8. Big goal=Big motivation=No need to discipline yourself anymore, because you are goal driven. So set big goals. Throw "quick fixes" away. Usually, habits can be developed after 21 days of struggle discipline, the rest of the time you go with the flow of going through motions, thus doing the work.
  9. 17 years old. Been following him for the last two years The best decision in my life
  10. We humans simply can't multitask. The mindless stuff we do multitask are the things that does not require your focus but your MUSCLE MEMORY. Yep, there's such a thing just for the record... so you don't really multitask, your body is doing it like an autopilot while your mind is onto something else.. so don't be surprised if you tripp over smth when you're walking and multitasking
  11. @abrakamowseI suck at route tho ;D
  12. Thank you for this post now I know better. Once when I was meditating I've had an experience where I opened my eyes and looked down at my hands and percieved it not as "my hands" but just as part of the universe. It happened unintentionally. I thought it was no big deal
  13. As Leo has said in his videos,Vision is the key! Visualise how you would feel like and be like when you complete the thing you want to. Visualize with all five senses if possible, and do it on a daily basis. Think of the outcome everyday. This worked for me
  14. Leo what the hell is the cake, key, the prison. You've got me thinking eversince you gave the puzzle! I'm not even near the answer. You normally give golden nuggets straight away. But this one was as a puzzle. What makes it different from other "nuggets". Is there a reason behind it? Is it neccesary that we find the answer ourselves rather than recieving it verbally? There are so many questions
  15. What? Why not go to the college for education?? Personally I am going to go to architecture college. How else am I gonna learn and study it when I finish high-school this year? Plus it's my passion. I don'tknow why are you questioning it... Tell me if I'm missing something
  16. Am I the only one who enjoys being alone? hello? any introverts here? I think meditation is the best way to overcome loneliness issue. Self-reliance is the key
  17. Just choose one way/program/plan to train and stick with it for a year. Don't look anywhere else if the current plan doesn't work, but find out what are you doing wrong in your current plan and fix it. Some real serious results don't take less than a year. have that in mind so you won't have unrealistic expectations that lead to de-motivating you. It will require your focus and consistency.
  18. I'm not sure of benefits of the tea, but I've been drinking it everyday since i was a kid because I just love it that much :3
  19. During my fast time I drink as much water as I want. Nothing but water. In fact, if you want to burn some extra calories, choose cold water. Your body will have to use more calories to generate heat to even out the water temperature to the body. You definitely do not want to be dehydrated, ever. I hope it helps. If you have more questions, ask away! Good luck
  20. Hey guys, I was thinking about having an app for this forum would be useful for me, as well as other people since I only go to the forums with my phone. Not all Website features work just fine in a phone. So here's an idea for the developers, why not make an app for the forums, and maybe all in all: actualized.org app. I think it would be nice to have one. I'd be using it everyday. What do you guys think?
  21. Ok thanks for the info, smartass
  22. Yes, but I mean app would be smoother than web version. Also in app you would have everything in one place
  23. My biggest issues with studying was fixed when I started eliminating distractions
