  1. Lately I dont like to do anything, nothing seems to make me have fun, all i can do is distract myself with movies. I stopped meditating already a week and a half. i meditated for half a year and barely had any noticable effects. I wanted to start yoga but i cant bring myself to read the book, i was extremely excited about it but now i just dont want to read the book. I dont want to study (i study in university), I dont want to do anything, even movies dont bring me joy anymore. I find myself having fun only in my dreams. im very angry lately, I feel desperate and I want to cry wtf am i supposed to do?
  2. just an update: i tripped on lsd and now life is magical again lol, I know much better what to do
  3. @OEN so to sit/lie and do nothing the whole day?
  4. but thats different from not enjoying anything I do
  5. if it's day, dont sleep. go to sleep at the usual time and put an alarm at the usual time you wake up. dont nap and be strict about those times. itll be ok, you'll just have to readjust your circadian rythm, happened to me too.
  6. of course when you refer to people (even unspoken) as "unconscious", "trapped in mind patterns", "lost" they're going to be offended. It's that spiritual arrogance thats holding you back. look at how unconscious and trapped you are. the communication obstacle is not in the people, its in your words. how you choose to say what you want to convey is everything. i also had difficulties with that, but now i know better what to say and how.
  7. @who chit from my understanding kriya is you dont some exercises, then you have a concentration session of 5-20 minutes, while regular meditation is usually a lot of time just sitting.my question was whats the difference between them
  8. exercise deeper relationships gratitude practice - that is so fucking easy, yet because its so easy people dont do it. daily gratitude routine will elevate your life to extraordinary levels. when you focus on negative, you think your life is bad, while its not true at all. if you focus on positive just by allocating a few minutes in the morning you will notice your life is actually extremely good. thats the number one thing that gives happiness besides enlightenment i guess. read the book https://www.amazon.com/Gratitude-Revolution-Inspired-World-Around-ebook/dp/B0716BRYT1 it's 3$ for the kindle version. a short book that makes you realize how important gratitude is and how to implement it.
  9. @LiakosN @SgtPepper i have the same thing more or less but i want to take lsd, is it also recommended you think?
  10. @wakeel55 if you would smoke weed while being "normal" go for it, dont expect it to "cure" you somehow though. what @MikeB said. exercise is extremely good, its so underestimated.
  11. how do i look at my forehead from my neck?
  12. hey i was in the same place recently, after some emotional releases. it passed.
  13. this is completely mental masturbation and doesnt matter, but i guess ill give you my opinion so it wont distract you in meditation. yesterday and today is a duality, while everything is one (including "time" in this case obviously), tada.
  14. @Gligorije do all said above and other than that, enjoy your life. you dont need to do too much beyond that, it might actually be damaging, having fun is the whole point of life, dont be too anal.
  15. is that what you experience on 5 meo?
  16. did someone here study the kaballah? as i understand it it's kind of an enlightenment guide for jews. is there any stuff thats worth investigating into? like enlightenment practices or stuff like that.
  17. @d0ornokey no then my question becomes: is that way of approaching those text has some useful concepts one could implement in order to advance spiritually?
  18. im extremely restless. I work out a lot but the energy is still there. i feel a lot of times a need to flex my muscles. I feel a lot of energy in my head and sometimes on the forehead. sometimes that energy becomes pleasant (joy like), but i feel restless and i dont want to do anything and want to do everything at once. i feel the need to eat a lot and it continues after i eat, like im never satisfied. that lack of satisfaction applies to everything.
  19. @Lynnel @Neo looool i guess "dog" is a nickname for a friend.
