  6. @AndylizedAAY you'll have to speak to your parents and find a way to convince them to see a therapist or counselor or doctor. It seems like you have bigger problems than just lack of sleep. It could be something psychological that is making you look for coping mechanisms in masturbation. Regarding the metal toxicity, you can only figure it out if you run diagnostic tests.
  7. It is certainly possible that there could be types of experiences that do not rely on spacetime as we currently understand it. However, it is also important to note that our current understanding of spacetime is based on our best scientific theories and observations of the physical world. These theories have been developed and refined over centuries of scientific investigation, and they have been able to successfully explain a wide range of phenomena and make accurate predictions about the behavior of the physical world. Space time is created in consciousness. It is possible that our current understanding of spacetime may be incomplete or may need to be modified in some way to better explain certain phenomena. For example, some scientists have suggested that there may be additional dimensions beyond the three dimensions of space and one dimension of time that we are familiar with. Alternatively, it is possible that there may be other fundamental principles or laws of nature that govern the behavior of the universe in ways that we do not yet fully understand. Obviously we haven't yet figured out the whole universe. However, until we have more evidence and better scientific theories to support these ideas, it is difficult to say for sure whether or not there could be types of experiences that do not rely on spacetime as we currently understand it. Till then.... Keep contemplating.
  8. No need to worry about the subfoum.. Mods kinda place the topic wherever it belongs. Maybe this belongs to the first subforum of personal development. You could create two different topics - one for the technical difficulties and the other for the sleep thing. Maybe you take the sleep thing to the health section Talk to mods.

  15. I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with your homework and health. It's important to prioritize your physical and mental health, and seeking medical attention when necessary is a good step to take. Have you spoken to anyone about this? Regarding heavy metal toxicity, it's important to speak with a medical professional about your concerns. They can provide you with a proper evaluation and recommend any necessary testing or treatment. If you want to convince your parents to take you to a doctor to be tested for heavy metal toxicity, you can explain your symptoms and any concerns you have. It's also a good idea to do some research and come prepared with information about the potential causes and consequences of heavy metal toxicity, as well as the available treatment options. I was going through similar struggles and I asked a question about heavy metal toxicity weeks ago and here's the thread that might be of concern to you. As for seeking support for masturbation, it's important to remember that masturbation is a normal and healthy part of human sexuality. You might feel a bit shamed but that's okay, I would recommend keeping a journal regarding your sex habits. If you feel comfortable talking about it online, there are many resources available that can provide information and support. You can also speak with a trusted adult or a mental health professional if you have any concerns or questions regarding that. As for the notifications issue you mentioned, it's possible that there could be a problem with the forum's notification system or with your device's settings. Load the website again and wait a minute I'll check myself and let you know.
  16. What exact solution are you looking for? Are you having terrible sleep quality?
  17. It's completely normal to have thoughts and desires related to sex and attraction, and there's nothing wrong with engaging in self-exploration or masturbation. However, if you are having difficulty managing your behavior or are finding that it is impacting your daily routine or ability to meet your goals, it might be helpful to consider seeking support. In terms of trying to get up early for meditation, contemplation, and self-inquiry sessions, it can be helpful to set a consistent sleep schedule and establish a routine around getting up at a certain time each day. This can involve setting an alarm and placing it out of reach to prevent yourself from turning it off, as well as finding ways to make your bedroom more conducive to sleep (like keeping the room cool, dark, and quiet). As for the music you mentioned, it's ultimately up to you whether or not you find it helpful. Some people find that listening to certain types of music can be a helpful way to relax or focus, while others may find it distracting. You could experiment it on your own. But my personal suggestion would be that excessive reliance on music is not a good idea, it didn't really help me. Try to sleep without any aid, it's best.
  18. Conspiracy theories exist because of survival strategies. Some conspiracy theories are harmless and can be amusing to consider, while others can be harmful and have serious consequences. For example, some conspiracy theories have been used to spread misinformation, sow distrust in government and other institutions, and even incite violence. It's important to be critical of conspiracy theories and to carefully evaluate the evidence that is presented in support of them. While it is possible for conspiracies to exist, it is important to recognize that most events and situations have a more straightforward explanation and that it is important to base our beliefs on reliable, verifiable information. That being said, look at conspiracies like this. They're a hit or miss. They're a narrative. This narrative can be both true or false at the same time. Conspiracy theories rely on the slight probability of something being true, that means half baked evidence. Actually all conspiracy theories aren't completely untrue. Some of the conspiracy theories that actually turned out to be true.
  19. A human being is like a mirror. What you give them, they will give you back. If you give them good, they will give you better. If you give them bad, they will give you worse.
  20. If you don't want to respect someone's individuality then even they don't have the right to listen to your criticism.
  21. I'm glad to hear that you've been able to make such positive changes in your life and that you're feeling better. It sounds like you've done a lot of hard work to address your low self-esteem and to break free from patterns of behavior that were holding you back. It can be challenging to make lasting changes, but it's so worth it when you see the positive impact it can have on your life. Keep up the good work and don't be afraid to seek support if you need it. Remember that it's okay to ask for help, and there are many resources available to assist you on your journey towards healing and self-improvement.
