There is plenty of occultism within Christianity too. Even the official church has departments that deal with paranormal phenomena like miracles, saints, stigmata, exorcisms, healings, etc. Doesn't mean all of it is true, but it's definitely not all fantasy either. Jesus likely had some strong paranormal abilities. Which allowed him to draw big crowds and ultimately pissed off the establishment. It would make sense that Jesus wasn't just your regular enlightened guy, but a bit more. There's a story of the Buddha stopping a raging elephant sent charging at him just by gently raising his hand to it. Just a story? Maybe... or maybe there's some truth to it. Certainly not outside the realm of possibility. So when you follow the breadcrumb trail, all the sudden the dots connect very easily. All of it can't just be wishful thinking and folktales. There's commonly a kernel of truth to many folktales. I recently learned that will-o-the-wisps are a real natural phenomena. Of course none of this is to say that you should go chasing will-o-the-wisps and distract yourself from what's most important: liberation and psychological maturity. Although some people are really drawn to the occult. My theory is that some people have naturally high paranormal sensitivity because of the structure of their brains, so they naturally get deep into the occult. And left brained people simply can't understand how anyone can believe in such nonsense. Well, it's cause their brains are different! The logical mind is very limited. Deep intuition is required for this stuff. -
@Sanguine would you consider an alpha male a high value man?

We want to embrace spirituality but we don't want to give up judgment.

As we are an intelligent species we will be able to consciously tap our emotions to serve ourselves as we become more intelligent as a species more easily . The reason for this is because intelligence is defined as the ability to adapt and not just defined as the ability to know more and learn faster or more advanced information, therefore humans will evolve to adapt to (potentially) control and use emotions more effectively provided we become more intelligent as we evolve as a species and require emotions to survive as a species, and even if we don't require emotions to survive as a species in the future but we still have them anyway humans will have adapted to use them more efficiently as they become more intelligent, as adaptation goes hand in hand with intelligence. -

I don't think intellectuals care too much about definition. They care more about meaning. But the real question should be why we should care about what intellectuals think. -

Are you a deeply emotional man?

The ability to say "fuck you" to a woman should be number one on the list. That's the most compassion he can show to her.

An abundant man does not restrict a woman. He let's her play around like a child. He let's her use his body and mind like a playground. He might act tough by being assertive. Notice the difference between aggressive and assertive. Girls feel mortified by aggressive guys and girls feel proud of assertive men. Difference between aggressive and assertive Assertive Girl - Opinion A Guy - Opinion B. I stand by my opinion. These are my values. I respect yours. Aggressive Girl - Opinion A Guy - Opinion B. I don't agree with you. You're being stupid. You need to listen to me. You are wrong. I want you to follow my words. The second example is showing lack of containment. No space for her ideas or thoughts or identity. Basically the guy is trying to push his frame onto her without any consideration for her frame of mind. The first guy exhibits containment by showing respect for feminine thought/feeling. He accepts her for who she is meanwhile still preserving his Masculinity. He is not bowing to her yet he doesn't behave belligerent. The second guy is being dominant in an unhealthy toxic pushy way with zero containment. When women smell lack of containment and excessive Domination on the guy coupled with constant aggression, they lose all attraction for the guy. Relationships are intimate. You cannot relegate the other person to something stuck to the bottom of your shoe. That doesn't work. Most women feel off and smothered by men who lack containment. Relationship with a woman is about raising your value in her eyes as a man. If you fail to do that and exhibit your insecurity then she loses all interest in no time You have to be a man of abundance. This does not mean more women, what it means is the ability to express openness and flexibility to a woman, generosity rather than insecurity and fear. You have to make the woman feel that whatever she does has zero impact on you as a man. And not feel triggered by her actions or words.

Make her feel accepted. Be chivalrous.

I don't see it as a golden age exactly. And to say that western society is on the verge of collapse is being hyperbolic and putting it tooo simplistically. No it's not. Meanwhile I agree with you that the cornerstone of a healthy civilization is a strong family unit. You could say stage Blue systems are fastly dying out and being rapidly replaced by an unstable world. Not sure if this is good or bad. Unemployment rates are too high to vouch for great family values. -

Rip Queen. But the monarchy needs to be done with. Too much drama politically. A group of people living lavishly at taxpayers expense. -
