Oh wow! Two years later and I’m back here again. What a journey. I followed Leo on YouTube back in 2015-2016 (if I remember correctly). I eventually unfollowed him because his teachings are too advanced for my under-developed ego. I was constantly having panic attacks and experienced dark night of the soul without understanding what it is. That was very confusing and scary. Ego death is so painful. I also unfollowed him because I was on and off with my spiritual path. Like what he said in one of his videos, majority of the things in this world is a distraction. I got scared and distracted myself. I’m back on track and all of his teachings are making sense to me now. I’m glad my account is still here 7-8 years later. 🙏🏼 To Leo, Your passion for understanding where God is going and what he is up to and on top of that share it to us, your viewers, is very admirable. Thank you for staying here on Earth even though sometimes, I assume, you feel like leaving and focusing 100% on your own journey. Looking forward to your post!

When you are about to have an ego death is that when you feel like you are literally dying? Heart beating fast and feels like you are looking at everything with different eyes and then you realize there isn't you. It's just awareness right there. It happened to me last night, sober, and I was so scared. Did not know what to do. Yes, surrender, but my ego did not want too. I was loosing my mind.
