  1. Matthew Hussey's videos would help. Complete channel dedicated to your question. For me it is somewhat different. I like girls who are not attached to outcome, have a complementary expression where I can have a good laugh with. It would be a bonus if she is somewhat involved in spirituality. Phone addiction, attachment to status, scared of being alone, addiction to series would be a big nope. At the moment, having a girlfriend is not really something that really matters. The ultimate way is spirituality that clears all those patterns. I watch Matt kahn, but it is for the ones who really are involved in spirituality for a while. Ofcourse you may try it out.
  2. Many enlightened masters watch movies. Mostly movies with a deep message. I know of one living that goes to the gym, so the masculin side of him can let it self out (after many years of stillness). Enlightened people do not stare at a white wall for 24 hours. They still make choiche when they eat at restaurants. Some enlightened ones still paint, those things. Enlightened people experience much passion naturaly, but ofcourse from many things they can feel passion (listening to specific music, retreats), Also much passion from laughing I see. It is much like childhood so it is really playful, spontanous, joyful. For the most direct path to enlightenment, it is focused in a heart-centered way, that is what many people tend to ignore. The path to realizing is not so painful as a bonus than 'crushing' the 'ego'. Have fun.
  3. Love has no identification. It is pure empty awareness, so what if we build a new pattern than identification and do what Matt in the first and second video says? It may surprise you very deeply after a few months. Any spiritual path that is not focused in the heart does not grant you enlightenment for sure, than willpower plays in it, judgement also etc.
  4. beautiful piece. Even pieces that do not relate To a something 'spiritual' is art and means beauty. Something beautiful takes our focus from thought and it goes into something before that! Maybe You can have a topic in the Journal section to show more paintings. for more information, Watch Rupert Spira his Video on art. Mooji paints too, but he also just paints a vase. Quote: You do not talk about consciousness, You speak as consciousness ~ Matt Kahn So maybe you may draw consciousness, but drawing as consciousness is already the most magnificent art there is. To enhance creativity Watch Matt Kahn, It's insane! enjoy yourself All.
  5. @Sayak I exactly know what You are talking about. Discipline did not work for me, I am Too of a Creative type where I like being spontanious. Those goals give You only more things to fail at. Spirituality gives here the solution: being more loving. I can not go into the dephts of the discovery I have found here, but check out Matt Kahn, I became so functional and completely my social skills are so awesome and healthy focused. So much more, but it is hard To believe. Scroll to his Youtube page and click on the Video that resonates. btw, all those nasty habits Will dissolve if You Watch a certain Video of his (True divine Nature). I Will send a link to that Video if you have watched the other one, otherwise it may be hard To understand (quite advanced and transformative). Unlike all things You have seen before.
  6. Leo is amazing! Happy birthday Leo.
  7. for significally feeling more expanded try watching Matt Kahn. After what it has done to my Life (and Will) it is something I would suggest for 1000000%. See of You resonate.
  8. @LinLin see the post above You for the answer To your question. Changed a lot for me, Life changing, like You never experienced before.
  9. @Abhijeeth This one was huge for me. It is that your lifepurpose is to be more of an embodiement of Your higher self. Enlightenment Will get itself handled while You do your life-purpose. It Will maturaly cross your way, there is no willpower needed for enlightenment (if You have integrated deep information from Matt Kahn). Handling your passion for a creation You want To settle here is what may be the most attracting for You right now, I don't know. there is no 'or', but both. Enjoy your life!
  10. your measurement of non-ego is the willingness to change.
  11. This is a new paradigm than setting a boundary. You will be not affected by the outside world anymore after watching this. It is so profound, it is wow if you watch it.
  12. fun intention: may every time I play with my hair, may everyone be more relaxed. Why does it work? Watch Matt his video on intention completely, this is just a part. This is far more effective than watching thoughts are setting that '30 day challenge'. This will break that habit FOREVER. Good luck!
  13. Having desires is okay, if it not gets in the way of everything else. Those will naturaly dissapear when you advance in spiritual work. Go after them, so you can release some resistance and enjoy it while it is there. The best kind of spiritual practices are the ones that are social practices, Matt Kahn teaches that new paradigm, no more spiritual perfection. Actually here are two videos that might help you alot: A really simple, advanced, profoundly deep spiritual practise that leads you to enlightenment: And about desires is here included:
  14. The ego is not 'the devil' and obsessive thinking is not a sin. Even meditation is not really a prayer. Everything is a cool creation and there is nothing shameful to it. Prayer does exist in saying kind wordt to yourself. It is really cool how you relate these things, but actually the ego and obsessive thinking is here to help you grow. Ones life is easier that way.
  15. Exciting! Looking forward to it! This man covered this topic also (sort of the Graves model with all stages of enlightenment included). This could be a video that does not present it accurately, I do not know if he is enlightened. I mostly watch Actualized.org and Matt Kahn. May you experience good fortune Leo.
  16. @Emerald Wilkins @abrakamowse I thought that by transformers it was ment that people come here to anker a higher state of consciousness where the rest is uplifted from. But in essence you mean also it is about transforming inspiration and expression in to art?
  17. I got a bit emotional after watching this video, I could not make it past 24:16. To know where I am talking about watch from 4:44 to 24:16. So what I think is that he feels he has gone trough the stages now and feels done with the physical plane, so the body will somehow organicly die at one point. He is in his 20's. Could you guys elaborate your perspective on the video? Note: please watch before react, the text written below the video is my own interpretation and can easily be misunderstood.
  18. @abrakamowse @Henri @Truth @Dummy @abrakamowse Cool insight. Eventually, will it kinda lead into problems if everyone was a transformer? No food that is being made. And transformers do not create? like they never paint? Could one of you (or more) share your perception?
  19. Thank you. In my experience I only wanted it to increase my creativity and freedom. I am now in a transition phase and there is sometimes the feeling of deppression and emptiness. It is that I do not feel like my time is done here. There is so much to explore, and to not explore a stage fully and evolve prematurely is not what would be nice to me at the moment. Still I want to go on and see where the guitar is leading me too. That journey has deepened so far. Every spiritual teaching I thought they talked about the thoughts about the relationship between the guitar and expression (ofcourse a bit misunderstood, xD). Spirituality was a way to write more creative songs to break through with a band (only there is no singer yet). Ofcourse, the journey contains much more and it led to other things, though the guitar is still with me. It would be fun if the universe would explore that journey with the guitar and a few years in would be preparing for satsangs or something (if there was full-integration and realization). Ofcourse just future thinking here, but if it would go straight into the full realization thing, I could be so awakened that the physical body would die. So just the difference is that I explored the guitar journey or not. Why would it matter to the universe that there is that exploration? I still want to explore that and then go into the minimal living. It is not really a seeking now with the guitar, more a passionate thing in the present moment. To share the music would be great, only no singer . I wish joy to everyone!
  20. Even if the specific person is dead, think in terms of when he/she was alive.
  21. Helps alot of people, great guy. I do not listen to him anymore, but when I was, I liked he posted so many videos. It was like 15 minutes of positivity and planting that positivity in your own mind.
  22. @Emerald Wilkins Do you actually have a longing to that? To be one infinite being. At such a deep level one person can not do activities almost. Being one infinite being is ofcourse the ultimate there exists, at the stage where I am now, I can not comprehend that I could not create again. The perception and non-perception illusion dissapears and all individuation is gone. Seems so much of a race to dissapear, while it is not really, but it in some ways. The idea of enjoying every moment while being in a full human experience seems more liking to me now, in a lighter stage of awakening. Seems a bit awful that your child tendencies completely dissapear and you are not able to create, do normal activities. Do enlightened persons miss to be just among other people, just doing normal things like walking down the street in the present moment for example? To not even be in a place and having no body (while there is one, but not percieved) seems like throwing away your gift of having a body. It is also a bit that I am still very young and I would understand that an elder would long for such a deep journey. I feel like it is going to fast with the spiritual growth that is occuring within me, just I can't explore ideas or phases fully. Somehow there comes a video by and it gives a new perspective or there is spiritual growth that just accelerates the whole journey. I want it to be slower, so much slower, just nothing to do about it .
  23. I noticed too. But the physical death could be something that cannot be ignored. When you explored everything in awakening in human experience, it is possible that you organily die because there is no learning or experience your higher self needs. It seems that people talk very open and casual about the complete melting away of the individual. When I looked at part two of this session, I noticed he is actually somewhat ahead of self-realization. It greatly discourages why I would want to explore myself in this way, now there is this notion that you die more quick (at 28 or something at his age). I do not watch him often, maybe about 5 videos in total. There is a spiritual ego I think, that does not take away the vibe in the video here above. Makes it more interesting, right?
  24. @Socrates what is being said is not like crap, look with an open mind. How would you like at it?
  25. Just probably you won't attract those friends to you when you become more heart-centered and evolve in spirituality. I had some sort of the same thing. At first being okay with the experiences, being honest with the experiences, thoughts and emotions I am having. I advanced in loving myself more and more later. Just that caused to release density in my body (low conscious patterns). They went away automaticcaly. You never need to reject friends if you say frequently to yourself: I love you. Watch Matt Kahn for this, he teaches mostly self-love that instantly solves your problems with this (in about 3 weeks), you do not have to do anything, just listen to his video and it integrates automatically (weird experience if for the first time).
