I am afraid that my body gets used to it, I mean, for example the UPA Yoga, I am afraid that my body get used to for every stretch that I make my body will gets stretch and stretch until such time that my body cannot be stretched and yoga will not effective, like my spinal become very strong and the stretch to it comes to its limit and there is nothing effectiveabout it anymore.. and for example the shambhavi mahamudra.. my eyes will not feel any pain anymore and to do that is very easy for me in a way that my eyes get used to it and it will become loose because my eyes stretched until its lmits, this is my third day that I don't do yoga..

I feel the ego is more stronger than before, more wiser.. and more powerful to manipulate me.. everystep makes me stuck.. even you say something my mind has a unpredictable sneaky attack on me... being proacttive this time my mind has a counter attack i feel sad... it is like gravity.. i cant take a step... choices? What are the differences of each yoga has?? Like yoga of inner engineering of Sadhguru, Kriya Yoga, and the one you tell about second yoga you mentioned I forgot the name, is it, it has a different effect to you? If yes, what is the effect?
