A book i'd like to share which really helped me understand meditation as a practice with a stage by stage guide of how to meditate effectively is The Mind Illuminated by Jeremy Graves this book is ideal for people just starting out with meditation to people at the highest stages.

I remember on one of Leo's videos i think it was the How to raise rockstar kids video he commented on how he has a whole terabyte of self actualized resources available that if played to children would really raise their consciousness. I think it would be great for people to share what resources they have - videos/lectures/books/podcasts to help put people on the right path the more we share the more we can learn together.
