Oh wow. I had planned on studying in the US as an exchange student next year, but with this level of instability I'm not so sure really. It doesn't seem to be getting better, either. Just curious, is it alright living there, despite the absolute shitshow that seems to be going on? -
I've seen you mention this time and again, usually in situations where it's not even relevant to the topic. But fine, I'll take the bait and discuss this thing you seem so eager to discuss. What you say is obvious to everyone in here, I think. No one questions the fact that you have to interpret your experience somehow. So you seem to fail to capture what people are really getting at. I will try though, to explain as best as I can. To me personally, who have spent the most of my life in my head, getting to the point where I can consistently cross-reference my concepts with direct experience has been a major breakthrough. It allows me to very efficiently strip away dogma, which by default is out of touch with reality. It allows me to share my insights in a relatable manner, because it's rooted in the human experience we all share. It allows me to put my ideas into action, through visualizing them and then executing them. (And if it can't be visualized, then it's tossed away). It allows me to share my ideas without fear that other people might reject them. Because even if my words might be wrong, I know that my experiences, that which I ground myself in, will never be wrong. They are what they are. It's authentic, and authenticity is just that. Truth. Your very own truth.

Not if you're at solid stage Turquoise. I'm not saying that anyone in here are, but you never know.

@Conscious life Stage Coral is presumably going to be the tier 2 equivalent of Red. So it could be something like that, yes. It will at least be more individualistic in nature than Turquoise.

Ask yourself: "Which technique do I need right now?" You don't even need any theoretical knowledge of techniques. Everything you need to know can be found within yourself. It might not even be a technique you have heard of before. After all, how do you think new techniques were invented? -

I have experienced the same. And the more time I spend in solitude, the more I want it. I would love doing something similar as this guy, at least for a period of my life:

? Preach. It's quite sad how strongly this place encourages suppression. Particularly when such a huge part of awakening is embracing the human experience in its totality. True spirituality is honest and real. Not the kind of ideological, holier-than-thou nonsense people will gladly serve you in here. -

@Bill W It means not just talking about your insights, but actually being them. Putting them into practice. He tells you not to believe the things that he's saying, but his attitude and presentation is a whole another story. He will tell you not to believe him, but then he will spend the rest of the video trying to convince you. And that is just one example. This pattern of not embodying what he's saying is a very common pattern with him. I don't care about beliefs. As previously stated I'm just making observations that may or may not help him in his growth. And I guess it's up to him to figure out whether he resonates with it or not. -

No one? You haven't noticed that many people have shared similar concerns? As in, lack of embodiment? This is probably the one I hear the most, by far. -

@Thought Art If you really had to watch tons of videos to extract that message then that kinda proves my point ... Most people in here seem to have a pretty toxic conception of what criticism really is. Sincere, honest criticism helps people grow, and I honestly wouldn't be doing this if it didn't. Leo is an influential person, and by aiding him become more aware I might also indirectly help all of those who are watching him. So this is not a personal thing to me. Personally I would love to have some attuned people pointing out my blind spots. But still it's somehow perceived as "dirty". -

No, it's about the presentation, the attitude. It's about practicing what you preach. Because he could very well present his message in such a way that it encourages the viewer to find their own inner truth (for example), without sacrificing anything on the content. Yeah, this goes much deeper than just giving some warnings. If he really had done this, no warnings would be necessary. Because he would be fully embodying that message. -

Change in your subconscious. I thought I made that pretty clear. -

A couple of warnings here and there of not believing the things that he says is not going to change anything. His attitude of the remaining 2 hrs of the video is still what is going to get ingrained in your subconscious. So if he was actually serious about his warnings he would embody that through the whole video, as a couple of warnings here and there is not going change anything. But of course, that would be a huge threat to his business model so I see why he wouldn't do that. And yes, it's glaringly obvious that his videos are pretty much just hours upon hours of him trying to convince you, and that his entire conversational style reflects this. His catchphrase "but Leo!" is a very telling example. -
No problem, I'd also like to mention that the first point that I mentioned is mostly enough, as when you stop focusing on your problems and things that make you feel bad your mind will naturally gravitate towards things that are enjoyable and actually makes you grow. You might wonder, "If I'm not focusing on my problems then how am I going to be able to fix them?", to which I'd say you need to just have faith and trust the process. When you're not focusing on your problems the nerve bindings to said experiences will be weakened, which will make them less likely to occur. You will literally forget them, it's the same process. And forgetting deeply held habits does take a long time, so be patient. I'm not saying that you should not be aware of your problems (you should), but you won't get anywhere by endlessly repeating them in your mind. Just give the occurring problem some detached awareness the moment it arises, and instead focus on the joyful experiences that you would like to have on a general basis. You might not have the courage to fully realize said experiences just yet, but over time you will soften into it and it becomes easier. More specifically for social situations, focus on staying grounded in your own internal validation and joy for life (search "RSD Tyler" on YouTube for more on this). And if you fail at that, be kind with yourself. Changing your deeply ingrained habits does certainly not happen overnight. And don't feel bad about not socializing as much as you'd like. It's completely fine to give your amygdala some rest, and find your inner grounding (where long walks and getting plenty of solitude could come in handy). So in short; stay aware, and focus on what brings you joy. @Lento

Leo is amazingly good at convincing people that his way is the right way, so I can empathize with those who are led to believe that. In one way I think it can spur amazing growth as it has a tendency to kick people out of their complacency. In another way I see how people can easily become too attached to his teachings, which might prevent them from finding their own truth. So it can certainly be a double-edged sword. The fact that Leo is so convincing does in my view make it a great opportunity to in fact find your inner truth. A final boss, if you may. -
Firstly, don't give them any attention (like you do now) as that will only strengthen them. You can literally think yourself to mental illness by overfocusing on your problems. This happens because of neuroplasticity, a well-known concept within neuroscience. Cells that fire together wire together (Hebb's law), so when you "activate" the problem in your mind by subconsciously visualizing it, you are making it more likely to occur in the future. Secondly, focus on the experience that you would like to have. Visualize it, to the point where you can literally feel what the experience is like. In a similar fashion as stated above, this will strengthen the nerve bindings associated to said experience and make it more and more "accessible" in your day-to-day life. So what you essentially want to do is to use neuroplasticity to your advantage. Within spiritual circles this is commonly known as the Law of Attraction. I've been into personal development for a long time, and I must say that this principle, which builds upon Hebb's law, is by far the most powerful one I have ever put into practice. I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say that this principle alone has been responsible for more than 95% of my personal growth.

You may not be able to stop criticising, but you can take away its negative charge. At which point it just becomes a mere observation. This is in my view just a natural consequence of inner harmony and an opening of the heart.

We have a pretty accurate picture of the structure of a leaf or a tree, but does that make the tree any less beautiful? Only if you think it does. Because the scientific model is really just that, a model. Even if there was an objective reality, what would that reality exist within? Because really, what allows such magic to exist? How is it even possible that something can spring out of nothing? Has it always existed and might reality be infinite? There is so much mystery to life, and it reaches way beyond just the scientific model, or the understanding of us mere humans. I would advice you to contemplate these mysteries deeply, instead of ruminating over minor little details. Not to "figure it out", but to let the mystery of life sink in. Keep resting at the borders of science. I think it might help you.

Scientific explanations are way more accurate than the vagueness one is usually served within spiritual circles. One got to realize that most spiritual traditions were developed in times where one quite simply didn't have the necessary means to explain phenomena with high precision. But now we have, so why not cherish that and use it as a tool to develop our spiritual practice? Self-love CAN indeed be explained scientifically, but really, why would that be a problem? Science really only becomes a problem if you treat it as some sort of authority and let it prevent you from seeing the magic of life. Edit: From a scientific standpoint, I would say that self-love is likely just affection being developed between certain networks in our brain. A prime example would be the rational left brain developing respect for the emotional right brain, and thus the emotional right brain in turn develop fuzzy, warm feelings for the left brain. So more generally, brain networks which had previously been separate and at odds with each other start molding together in order to create a coherent, integrated self. I've read about it in trauma research and it matches my own experience. But that explanation makes the experience no less magical, though.

@Average Investor From the research I've done Bitcoin seems very slow and expensive, with outdated technology. A mere "store of value" is nothing new and is not going to change the world. Its "store of value" properties are not very impressive either, as its value is constantly fluctuating. Also, Bitcoin's presumably largest industry, the banking industry, does not seem eager to adopt it either. They seem to have developed a preference for Ripple. So really, what does Bitcoin bring to the table, other than being a fancy slot machine? -
There's probably a lot more. Of course, like anything it can get excessive, but don't be afraid of "dwelling" over things. Grieving is a very healthy habit to have, in order to resolve emotional baggage. The whole "letting go" thing really tends to happen naturally once you get it out of your system through tears, and it happens on much deeper level since you're involving your entire body. So yeah, get out all the tears that you can muster, dig deep into your past if you must. After a while you will notice all the pain inside you dissipating, and you will feel lighter on a consistent basis. This has the potential of healing very, very deep-seated issues. @Preety_India But it matters to @Bridge to Infinity though, something which you blindly rejected. Just saying.
