Truth isn’t a lens, it’s what’s actually literally there. -
Ok. Lemme try to give an answer here. I might do another one of these later too just to see if I can get at a different angle on each Spiral Stage. Red -- look at Donald Trump and how he talks. Is that subtle and nuanced thinking? Red is into manipulation, so the extent to which they will be subtle and nuanced is the extent that they get something from doing it. They're not gonna be subtle and nuanced as a value held for some higher purpose. Blue -- Blue can be subtle and nuanced. Look at how subtle and nuanced religions can be and how subtle and nuanced law is. What Blue lacks is a kind of nuance that comes from skepticism and from considering other perspectives from an impartial point of view. Blue will rarely qualify their beliefs with nuance and usually prefers black and white thinking. Orange -- Orange can be subtle and nuanced. Orange has a skepticism that Blue lacks which enables Orange to admit that they might be wrong and to want to cross-reference information in order to get a sanity check on their own beliefs. Orange doesn't really see the value in Philosophical questioning though. Consideration of other people's perspectives is also tough for Orange. Green -- Green can be subtle and nuanced. Green is where you start to get a certain modesty emerging about beliefs and knowing. Green appreciates Philosophical questioning and also values and considers other perspectives. Green can be subtle and nuanced, but tends to have a weak spot for their own moral ideology. Green is not subtle and nuanced on issues they think are "wrong" or "evil". Yellow -- Yellow can be subtle and nuanced. Yellow loses the morality of Green and sees the world as a set of competing systems that all have their own unique view of reality and that all have an Egoic interest in preserving that view of reality. Yellow will often talk about problems in terms of different affects that change will have on the network of systems being impacted by that input. Turquoise -- Turquoise can be subtle and nuanced. Turquoise realizes that all perspectives are one, yet different at the same time. Turquoise realizes that problems only make sense when tailored to a particular perspective. So, Turquoise is very subtle and nuanced with what they say because they realize that one-sized-fits-all advice doesn't cut it. Coral -- Coral can be subtle and nuanced. Coral realizes that sloppiness with Metaphysics is what causes ignorance and Ego. Coral is very subtle and nuanced about identifying the actual vs. the illusion in reality. Most people don't do this, but Coral is engaged with this. Coral is breaking down the illusion of reality like a keen observer breaks down the illusion of a magic trick.

In what sense? Can you give us an example? -
JP is not alone in being trapped in his mind. He's just the scapegoat for other people who are trapped in their minds as well.

The best way to raise your self-esteem paradoxically is through Enlightenment. God Awareness doesn't need anything or desire anything from Maya. Once you realize that Ego is an illusion, that gives you incredible self-esteem. In fact, you're the only thing that actually exists! Self-esteem is actually a non-issue because it depends on Others existing. If you're all that actually exists, then self-esteem is a non-issue.

I think Leo said something about this in one of his videos where he said that because men can't have children we need to give birth through our work. I recall Billy Joel saying that his songs are like his kids, and that each song was birthed into the world much like his kids were. Men need to find a way to birth their ideas into the world. I think that's why men outnumber women in the arts and sciences. That said, women are just as talented as men, they just direct their energies into their own families. Now, obviously there are exceptions to this. But in general, I think men need to give something back to the wider-world much more so than women do. It's a need in men. Men need the wider-world to acknowledge to us that we were here and did something great while we were here. Every man that you've known thinks he's special and wants to contribute something back to the wider-world. This is in-built in men. I think this might come from the fact that men are more focused "out there", whether that's making money, or excelling in some art, or contributing to the sciences. Men seek to do their work and make their mark outside the home, whereas women seek to do their work and make their mark inside the home. So, women are just as talented as men, but they see less need to push their talents on the wider-world than men do. Now, obviously there are exceptions to this. Even boys identify with super-heroes that do extraordinary things in the wider-world, the outer world -- think of Spiderman. That speaks volumes. Every man thinks of himself on some level as a super-hero -- now, he may not be appreciated yet by the wider-world, but that's a different issue. Girls fantasize about totally different things when they're children. Little boys want to be Power Gods basically, which is the spirituality of Stage Red. Red wants to be the strongest person in the world that controls the world and has everything he wants. Think of He-Man. Think of Donald Trump! Donald Trump took Stage Red spirituality to its pinnacle -- even becoming president of the United States. Don't mistake thinking Stage Red is immoral, that's a trap. Nobody thinks of themselves as immoral. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/He-Man -

Here's the crazy thing guys -- I was thinking about this too this week and I can't really decide between Orange, Green, and Yellow. I'm still thinking about it and considering different angles about it. When I come to some kind of settled land, I will post my answer on here too. I think there might be facets in the sense that Orange develops a certain facet of subtle and nuanced thinking; and then Green, and then Yellow introduce their own facets so it kind of builds. Or maybe, alternatively, the answer is more solidly one color like Yellow. But see the question is how does Yellow's nuanced thinking compare and contrast with Green's? How does Green's nuanced thinking compare and contrast with Orange's? How does Yellow's nuanced thinking compare and contrast with Orange's? This requires a lot of gathering together all of your experiences of people at these stages. That's why it's taking me a while to come to some kind of a conclusion that isn't just some off the cuff conclusory statement, but rather has some meat behind it, at least on my end. And I actually think the best kind of analysis here would be to trace this issue from Red to Coral. That's what I'm going to try to do in my answer.

If you’re not prioritizing and defending your sleep that’s like an automatic F in personal development work. Nobody is gonna prioritize your sleep but you. And you gotta enforce that and let the chips fall where they may too. Running through life on shitty sleep is something that you need to nip in the bud.

Oh yeah? But it’s easy to say you got something too without ponying it up. I can show you a way to make a million dollars, maybe I’ll reveal it to you and maybe I won’t. If you got something tell us what it is. We don’t need to play the cliffhanger game.

I’m a little leery about the Kundalini stuff personally. But I don’t want to dissuade others from looking into it themselves. I’m just being honest. I never needed anything from the Chakras theory to become Enlightened. But I get how with the right teacher, Enlightenment might be taught Around that framework. But at the end of the day it’s love of truth that is more of a driver to Enlightenment in my experience. Some people have high love of truth and some people much less so. -
Authenticity is something that becomes much easier the older you get. This is why elderly people don’t give a shit what they say to people. You just get to the point where you stop caring about having that filter. Children are raised to have a filter, to not be blunt, to not talk back. But as you get older, that falls away like a husk, like an old skin. Authenticity and assertiveness go together like ham and eggs.

Your sleep should be like the sun of your schedule. Everything you do in your day should be less important than you getting proper sleep. Your whole day should revolve around you getting awesome sleep. First you get your adequate sleep, then you go do your day. You gotta enforce this in your life. It’s called sleep-prioritization.

I don't understand the adjective powerful as it's used here. The present moment is just as powerful in terms of God Awareness than being under the influence of any psychedelic. The most powerful you'll ever feel is when you realize you'll never need to take another psychedelic to glimpse God because you already are God.

I can't really recommend because I don't want someone suing me saying I encouraged them to take something that maybe harmed them. You don't know what people's medical histories are like. All I'm posting is what I'm taking and I assume each person is doing their own research into these substances before taking any of them, just as I did before I started taking them. Not trying to be a dick here, I just can't go to the point of recommending anything to people. I can just post what I take. The problem with listing supplements is people just take your word on it and don't do their own research. So, what I want to say here is this is what I take. If you take any of these, you do it at your own risk. Just because it passed my research meter doesn't mean it passes yours. And maybe my research meter is wrong too, you can't assume I'm right.

What I find is if you grow to love eating a lot of veggies and cut out all junk food that will handle a lot of your health ailments. Raw and steamed veggies are like tonics that cleanse and energize your body. Eat some meat, beans, and supplement with a little protein powder. I’m the king of veggies though. A lot of the supplements I used to take I no longer take because I just go for the fresh fruits and veggies. Mostly veggies, I’m not big into fruit. Lentils are good for vegetarians too because they have iron and stuff that vegetarians usually don’t get as easily a meat eaters. I eat a little meat, but I don’t usually eat big portions of meat. Veggies are like nature’s medicines gotten straight from the source. My body just sings after I eat a big salad or a big plate of steamed veggies. I can feel it. -

I’ll tell you what, whether this is true or not, it’s well worth a read by anybody on the path. It’s well-written and detailed. You gotta see what you resonate with and don’t resonate with — don’t just buy anything like this whole hog. This is like fillet mignon for contemplation work. I might do a point by point written analysis of this just for my own growth. Very nice post. -
Assertiveness, but without being cocky about it Physical strength and calm that comes from working out hard everyday at cardio and strength training Being task-oriented and being able to execute and get things done Being on point with your time instead of at sea; you're always going somewhere with your time Having an organized and put together life that allows you to perform excellently on your small picture and big picture life purpose goals Being focused on making money and saving money (a man is a provider to himself and to others) Being no bullshit with people (or you might say "on the level" with people); a man says what he means and means what he says

I know what you’re talking about. Things change and eventually get better. When one door closes another door opens. Someone told me recently a very powerful thing about death that kinda applies. When someone close to you dies, you go through a stage of grieving and crying — but five years later, instead of crying when you think about that person, you might be smiling. You smile at their memory. But of course that can’t happen until that storm has passed. But the key is not to judge yourself for going through what you’re going through. Pain is a part a reality, a part of life. To try to avoid pain in life is like trying to force your own preferences on Mother Nature. And that just sets you up to get mindfucked and all distressed when the downs of life happen. Life has ups and downs, it’s so true. Reality contains ups and downs. It’s not fun to go through the downs, but it’s part of what’s here. You wanna allow the downs to exist in life. Give the downs permission to exist in your reality. I think sometimes we guilt ourselves because we think we should have done something to avoid the downs in our lives. But you can’t avoid all the downs, so don’t beat yourself up. The downs are gonna happen and the best thing to do is just to let them exist and let them pass. A sunny day follows a gloomy day eventually. I have downs in my life too. I just had one recently. And I just watched it happen and didn’t cling to it one way or the other. Reality is always cycling between things that I like and things that I don’t like. The best thing I can do is not make it mean anything about me. Probably the biggest down in life is watching your own dying or somebody else dying that you care about. But if you take the perspective that it’s not personal, and it’s just the way things are, that puts a totally different context around it. If reality contains death, then the idea that death is bad is mere Thought about reality. It’s a preference of reality being expressed through Thought. Death is as natural and as normal as birth. But we spin birth to be positive and death negative, but they’re both equally here in reality. Death could very well be thought to be a positive and birth a negative. That too would be a Thought about reality. But reality just is what it is, it doesn’t depend on our preferences or Thoughts about it.

I got off the caffeine and it’s been a real success for me. I used to ingest caffeine life a fiend. I like the Macha Green tea that Leo uses in his smoothie video. That’s good stuff. I bought some of that and use it.
