How is this going? Are you still experiencing your shift? -
Leo’s Life Purpose Course really taught me how to apply the theories to my life. Before I started that course I had a lot of knowledge but I didn’t really know how to apply it to my own life.
-
No. Just the opposite. I feel like now I know so much I can actually clean my life up and get it running very authentically, which I have been doing. If you feel that way, you likely have some blocks you still need to work out.

Are you frustrated because you are trying to change reality or control reality? Don’t do that. You wanna accept the Ego and just watch it. Everything that happens is reality. It’s the Ego that is trying to repress the Ego, so don’t do that. Just watch the Ego and just watch your bad behavior and traits when you do them. All you wanna do is shine the light of awareness on reality. What’s real could not have happened any other way. So, don’t judge or fight what’s real. It’s like banging your head against a brick wall. -

All the beliefs that you are clinging to sub-consciously and their connection to the I-thought is what makes the Egoic you. When you look at reality from a sensation standpoint, you can see that none of the components of reality are associated with the the Egoic self at all. That’s when you’ll start to see that the Ego is just a nest of associated beliefs, a set of thought-stories. The Ego is not Existentially True. The thoughts that are associated with the Ego are real, but what those thoughts say — their insides — are false. -

Watch this video if you wanna learn about what non- conceptual reality is. -

Maybe instead of questioning the Mind, just watch reality for a while. Are you just mindfully watching reality as part of your practices as well? Reality doesn’t hide anything when you just watch it. -
I realize now that it’s not one or the other, it’s both. One must both seek and not seek Enlightenment simmultaneously. This is one of my recent insights.

What you want to learn how to do is watch reality very keenly. When you do that you”ll realize that rank, hierarchies, authorities are all based off culture. And culture has nothing to do with reality. When you can see that, you just watch it. You don’t try to control anything or repress anything. You just become aware that Existential Truth has nothing to do with culture or beliefs. -

There’s no point to reality, reality just is. You’re trying to wrap your mind around reality. Ain’t never gonna work. We miss reality when we cling to our frameworks. -

It’s actually unlearning things that gets you to Enlightenment. I know, it’s paradoxical. -

It’s funny, the answer is both yes and no. Yes in the sense that you need to understand some features about reality that can be framed conceptually. But also no in the sense that reality has nothing to do with thought-stories. But without the theory no one would have eyes to see reality without looking through a lens of ideas. The Mind insists on associating knowing with conceptual knowing. -
It seems like the more enlightened I become the more I'm just watching my awareness. I feel much less reluctant to discuss this work theoretically now or to provide any kind of theoretical insight to anybody. I still have my list of topics to write about, but I'm not itching to write anything right now. I'll still write though sooner or later, I'm sure. But I now clearly see the mental-masturbatory quality of the theory in this work. Meditation is the best practice you can be doing. Just watch reality. That's it.

Take 2 weeks off. Use website blockers and unplug your internet cable. Only use Internet for business. Go unplugged as much as possible for these 2 weeks. Let’s see if you can do that and see how you feel after. This will be a good test for you. It’s long enough that you’ll likely find out a few things, and short enough to not have to change your routine right away.

I do 1 hour of do nothing meditation in the morning. Then I do 2 hours of walking meditation per day on my walks to and from work (1 hour each way). -
What work would you do, that would be solving your life’s biggest problem, that would also enable you to help others similar to you too? Now, this is just a pointer. You gotta do Leo’s Course to really get at your life Purpose. There is no substitute for that course. It takes you through a lot of hoops to find your life purpose in a very deep way.

How do you know this? -

You might be a bit too bought in with the theory. That’s gonna confuse you. Reality doesn’t have anything to do with thought-stories. -
Make a list of 10 to 15 beliefs that you hold sub-consciously that hold you back. Then we’ll analyze those.

Newbie — studies the basics of self-help. Doesn’t really know how to apply the principles to his or her life yet though. Intermediate — knows about Life Purpose and Enlightenment work but still has a long way to go to get them working for him or her. Has a better grasp of the basic self-help principles than the newbie does. Advanced — has a definite life purpose. Is pretty advanced from an enlightenment standpoint. Applies the self-help principles directly to his or her life. -

Emerald explains it very well:

I'm kind of a nerd so I work on it all day alongside my work work. I have my own solo business, so I work on this stuff all day long in my office. I do other things in my day, but I always have a toe dipped in this stuff. I am working hard on identifying my limiting beliefs relative to my life purpose now. I am also mediating, writing some essays, journaling, doing psychedelics, and participating on here. I also just got done watching all Emerald's YouTube videos, which are very good. I also took amazing notes on her videos as I watched them. I have a knack for taking just the right couple few notes so I don't end up with a lot of notes. If you end up with a lot of notes, it's a pain in the ass to read them. You want just the juiciest meat when you take notes. -
