  1. @Terell Kirby I keep questioning my beliefs and this is the way I do that. I observed my entire life the disfunction in monogamy long term and that’s my current conclusion.. Thank you guys for the comments. I’ll keep experimenting and see how it goes for me. For sure there is no black and white here.
  2. I actually was in a several long term relationships and I believe I transcended it into a more loving thing. maybe you have a bias towards monogamy because you’re scared to be alone and find it harder to survive by your own.(Not a personal attack). @Harlen Kelly Thanks for sharing those insights.
  3. I feel you bro..Same here. I got addicted to nicotine lately. I actually see this addiction very physical and not spiritual as the other claims. I overcame it before and will overcome it soon. Reducing the amount as much as you can in a realistic time line and then cut it off at once. I would say less single cigarette a week plan.

  5. Money gives Leo the freedom in order to make his valuable content. So the answer is yes.
  6. My only advice would be to expand yourself to Reality.
  7. @SQAAD You’re God = You’re Love. So of course it won’t feel good any other way. Just be Yourself. Until you deny it, you will suffer. It’s incredible.
  8. @SQAAD I had the exact same thoughts in the last week and got into the conclusion that Love is inherent in reality and when you’re not aligned with it shows you by suffering the way.
  9. @Thought Art Thanks for sharing! I really enjoyed your vid and think about trying it out. Well done?
  10. Life is the hardest and most satisfying game you will ever play. I would say that daily habits is the biggest “trick”. There are no shortcuts/cheats in this game. To make results you must do the work.(whatever is it that you want to create).
  11. There is a guy on YT that talks about this stuff..Andrew Huberman. He recommended Tongkat. I didn’t try yet. Will report if I notice any changes.
  12. @Javfly33 Lol u basically summarized my life story..I couldn’t relate to it more. I see life more like a game now and if you want to live in modern society you must know how to play. Seems like Leo is able to know the rules pretty well and also live a conscious life. So maybe it is possible.
  13. @johnlocke18 The only problem you have is that you didn’t experienced how magical this work is. It’s just coming from ignorance and laziness to dig deeper.
  14. He is a lost case..He is too full of himself. probably not in this life time?
  15. Something very important to understand when someone wants to change their weight is that there is no fattening/thin food. It’s all about your calories intake. If you consume more than you burn, you will gain weight and it works in both ways. Bottom line, you need to increase your calorie intake to gain weight. Add more of the healthy fats into your diet: Peanut butter, walnuts, olive oil, coconut milk etc.. Maybe dark chocolate can be a good snack. They are dense in calories and for most people are great for the body as well. Try to eat early in the day and many small meals . For me it works amazing for my appetite levels.
  16. Something similar happened to me and I realized it was due to high anxiety. Maybe your case is related to that as well. To manage my stress levels I do deep breathing(5-5) to activate the parasympathetic system. Works wonderfully.
  17. I definitely disagree. There is a scientific proof that you can activate your parasympathetic system which relaxes the body. The one that works for me is deep breathing.
  18. Do what you love and that feels good both in past experiences and in the present. Understand the consequences of getting married(Legally wise..) Nothing is forever and trying too hard to control will lead to suffering. I personally think that marriage and having kids can be a useful way to enjoy, survive and thrive in society. Most of my close circle have their family and it can be nice to experience it together with them.

  21. Hi all? I’m struggling lately with high energy/emotions in my body(Feels like anxiety). I realized that when I’m expressing rather than suppressing I feel much better. At the end of each day I try to reflect on what I felt and I do feel a relief but I still feel there is a lot to take out..(Maybe even things from my childhood). I have a friend who does ice baths and claims it helps. Any suggestions will be appreciated..Thanks?
  22. @kinesin Reminds me what @ivankiss recommended with the body shaking in the morning. I tried it today and it feels awesome.
  23. I have this book. For some reason was too much theory for me and I felt like he was beating around the bush. I’ll give it another try
