  1. I used to have this resistance too. I always thought it was a fear of disappointment or leaving my comfort zone, but eventually I realized it was actually because of my low self worth and believing that I don't deserve happiness or success. I am over coming this through meditation (with a special focus on self love), unconditional self acceptance/ love/ care/ forgiveness, and surrounding myself with people who make me feel worthy. Reflect on what caused you to feel guilty or worthless and then try to accept it. We all want you to be happy!
