In my opinion before taking the life purpose course, one sould take the "delete believe system" course. Most spiritual communities wants something from you: money, time, you work for them. This is not necessarily bad, but the problem is they set strong limiting rules that anulates yourself as an individual by force, For example you have to cut contact from your family, give to the community your ownings, do what they tell you, which in my opinion is moro a cult/sect than a spiritual community. Spirituality is different in every person, and have its own pace and rythm. Pretending to accelerate it by imposing rules in people is complete bullshit.

I been into fitness for about 14 years. Is the most ungrateful discipline. The good things is that gave me big confidence, but also big ego. In a health aspect It gave me lot of negative stuff: -gynecomastia. -altered liver function. -general body tension> psichologycal anxiety>introversion -hormonal imbalance. -aging more to high protein diet. If I had 20yo again i would only do vegan bb with no supplements, prohormonals or roids.

Im 35yo and dont know what I want to do in life. Tried like 7 different jobs, and I get tired of them easily. The most hapy time I remember is when I was a student and my only duty was learn, mantained by my parents. We are born in this system to suffer working as slaves, only a minority work on what they love, ar are born rich, or work in family business, my purpose is te be free of that slavery.

Im in the same situation. Just view it as a sacrifice youre doing for your future. What helps me is seeing my mental strength and resistance while im doing this hateful job.
