Day #6 Observing the thick face , Black heart I use to criticize and judge a lot successful people especially the extravagent ones... Or the ones into fashion , they seem cold at first, but reading the book on thick and black , All of sudden I see them through new eyes , they just know how to get shit done and most us don't ! Just finished watching Vogue 73 questions with the Versace owner , She is amazing ! At first I was like what is she wearing , why she speaks like that and da da da damn but I reminded myself to just observe without judgement .....It felt good , Such a strong a woman , she is even into saving children from starvation and stuff really great human being ! Don't get decieved by appearances ! Stay open minded and watch out for the cold ones , they are not as bad as might think !

Jack Canfield is an amazing human being , he loves to motivate and see people succeeding ! In this book he lays out , everything you need to know and be doing to be effective in your journey , whether you want to be Zen master or a professional writter or even an artist this is great read ! Just when I needed most , it offered valuable tools so I can navigate my path easily ! I encourage you read it too ! A must read for any guys/girls in their early 20's. His writing is simply, pragmatic and fun. Good Luck

Day #3 Feeling comfortable with my riskband After couple days using this risk band everyday I am starting to feel comfortable wearing everytime before it wasn't especially when it was time sleep ! I criticized my cousin for having "bad" roles models , her goal is to have a body similar to Graciane Barbosa , and this Brazilian model has quite muscular legs , I don't think it's beautiful . But thinking about it it's just our society, and the gym trend going on right now, everyone wants to get big. There is this guy that eats dead bodies , it's nasty ! It came on TV , I was trying to tell my mom that it was okay to do it , that there is nothing wrong with it , that we judge because of our morals values but even so deep down I know its disgusting ! But at least I don't see as something evil ! I went to a party, an event in a club, a long time I use to criticize the short clothes the girls put but now I am kind of kool with it ! It look good , it's sexy, sometimes it's a bit too much but you know it's interesting And nice too see !

Day #1 I have lost count at how many I have criticized but the two that I can remember are the following : Firstly a very famous celebrity in my country called Dygo because he uses fakes sneakers and designer clothes , me and my brother love to criticize him. I am starting to think there is no problem in using them if they have quality and the truth is people love this kind of stuff, it gives status. You can't blame him, society put value on those things. So yes to fake designer sneakers and clothes ! The second is Tyga new album cover , just opened google and it came right on some article critizing it!
