Day 3 Yesterday I did what I intended and didn't sleep after lunch and got a headache towards the end of the day so I took a pill and managed to sleep at 12:30 which was a huge progress. just two weeks ago I would go to bed at 5:30 a.m and correcting that and bringing my sleep schedule all the way to 5 hours earlier was much more painful than I thought and it did take 2 weeks to correct . After watching Leo's last video I decided to replace my milk with honey and lemon and then an hour after that I ate eggs with no bread which wasn't that bad and I actually enjoyed it . Did I watch any movies the night before? No , I didn't . How many hours did I use the internet? About 3/5 hours and one hours Leo's video the other hours weren't that irrelevant either . Did I do my yoga practices ? Yes Did I meditate the night before? Yes How many hours did I study from morning up until now? Only three hours because I was agitated and I don't know why exactly . How many hours did I end up studying the day before? Another 3/5 hours with a total of 8/5 hours Did I reach my goal? If not what were the reasons? If yes what helped me do it? No , I didn't . I think because I was too tired to study . What are my decisions for making the next half of the day better? Cheering myself up a little bit and starting to study with a more positive attitude I don't understand why I feel pissed of . What is my goal for the rest of the day? 5 hours How do I feel right now? I feel shitty P.S : I have decided to study math and physics in the morning and biology and chemistry and the other general subjects in the afternoon because I would be too tired to do any analyzing and calculations after that much studying but if I put those first in line then in the afternoon I would even crave some easier subjects that don't require that much mental energy. yup I guess it'll be better that way.

@Solvinden I've seen people eating things with lettuce instead of bread I think it could be nice I haven't tried it myself though.

DAY 2 Yesterday I went for a "quick rest" and I ended up sleeping for 4 hours because I had only slept for 4 hours the night before and I was tired but I can't continue this cycle forever so perhaps I shouldn't even take that "quick rest" so that at night I can easily fall asleep and hopefully break this cycle . Did I watch any movies the night before? A TV show for less than an hour. How many hours did I use the internet? About 2 hours. Did I do my yoga practices ? Ahh I forgot . Did I meditate the night before? Yes , I did . It was better than the previous time. How many hours did I study from morning up until now? 5 hours How many hours did I end up studying the day before? Only 2 more hours and 7 hours in total for yesterday . Did I reach my goal? If not what were the reasons? If yes what helped me do it? Not quite because of my stupid sleep cycle that I have to correct. but for today I have reached my goal so far and I don't know what helped maybe starting studying right after I woke up. What are my decisions for making the next half of the day better? Not sleeping and getting to work immediately What is my goal for the rest of the day? another 5 hours . How do I feel right now? Not bad.

Day 1 Okay it was awesome. Last night I went to bed at 12:30 but couldn't sleep until 2:30 and then woke up at 7:00 not feeling as tired as I expected then got dressed and went to school which I didn't have to go since our classes are over but school is still open for other grades and I went there to use the beautiful refreshing forest-like yard and the library but my dad was too slow to get me there so I arrived at 8:30 and then started studying and now the checklist: Did I watch any movies the night before? Yes, I did but only the first 45 mins of the 3 hour movie so I consider that a success . How many hours did I use the internet? I didn't count. That starts from today. Did I do my yoga practices ? Yes, I did. Did I meditate the night before? Yes, I did a 10 minute meditation which was more like a daydreaming exercise than a meditation session. How many hours did I study from morning up until now? Almost 5 hours but to be more exact 4/5 hours. How many hours did I end up studying the day before? Didn't count . Did I reach my goal? If not what were the reasons? If yes what helped me do it? Yes, I reached my goal and being in the library helped a lot. What are my decisions for making the next half of the day better? A light lunch , quick rest, creating a check list and continuing with excitement. What is my goal for the rest of the day? To study for at least another 5 hours but the ideal would be to go for another 7 hours. How do I feel right now? Satisfied and excited.

@Shin good to know . At first I actually thought no one but me would read it . It's nice to have support .

I mean those kids who are about 18 and have rich parents and are living the most luxurious lives on their dad's money, What do you think about how far they'll go in life?
-
I don't want to argue but people in the past have done it and because they couldn't keep their mouth shut and showed it to everyone they got killed. After hearing so many stories about people doing paranormal things it gets harder to ignore all these instances and sweep them under the rug. It could be true.

I don't even want to quit it . Remind me again why it's bad?
-
@Sahil Pandit I mean way more than that.

If you lose weight by not eating , that'll create a loose skin but with exercise that is moderate enough that doesn't make you thin very fast you should be fine.

You probably know this if you're more experienced in mindfulness work but I'm very excited to have realized this. Each time I was meditating I would assume my thoughts were taking place in my skull because Leo kept saying it but all of a sudden I felt the location of my thoughts. They were taking place in my mouth and throat just the places I use for talking . That was huge realization.

@Omario You can stop over thinking with meditation and gain more awareness around your negative thoughts and becoming more mindful of what happens in your head when you encounter sth that affects you . Leo's video on awareness alone is curitive might be good for you.

@SOUL I'm not talking about where they get created and originate but where I sense them in my body . By the way what I'm saying is actually quite true because scientists tell us there are no sensory receivers in the brain so practically you can't feel pain in the brain or any other sense of your brain's existence so like you can't feel the brain so how do you feel the thoughts happening in the brain they all happen in the body all those thoughts you mentioned happen throughout your body not your head. At first they might be created in the brain but you don't sense it there you sense it in various parts of the body. You have no experience of your brain whatsoever . -

Maybe but I can't be sure can I? The feeling of it definitely doesn't come from memory that I know. because where is my memory I can't feel that. -
the 666 was on his wall in his first videos too but back then no one thought to make a number out of it until now huh? because of the context of the video you all of a sudden saw that.

@SOUL I don't know and can't be sure right now where thoughts come from, the brain or else where I just don't know for sure but the feeling I get when I'm thinking is the feeling I get when I'm talking . The feeling of thoughts occur in that area as I've noticed it. Have you ever wondered why people and specially poets is the past have always believed thoughts come from the heart until science stepped in and said oh no wait they come from the brain. so how could they actually think that thoughts and reasoning and all the other abilities of the mind come from their hearts . how could it be? thoughts come from where ever you imagine it to be, you can literally imagine it anywhere and that would feel true if you're imagining it in the wrong place. and for imaginations and imagery thoughts I realized they occur in my visual field where I would normally see them feels exactly like using my eyes and again not really felt anything in the back of my eyes, in the skull. -

@billiesimon Yeah a society like that would be nice. It's still happening , they say sth in tv do sth else in reality . It just might not be as obvious as in other countries. just count the number of female presidents in the world and then say who is ruling. -
sarapr replied to snowleopard's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@billiesimon I'm just saying the world is already ruled by men if you haven't noticed so now that women already are poor you shouldn't deprive them of this little amount that they have anymore, you know and we are different you can't treat both the same. it's always gonna be different sexes different treatment that's how things are. What Teal Swan says about how women reacted to being powerless by manipulating their sons well I'm not sure but it wouldn't have happened if they weren't powerless in the first place.(I'm not shaming don't take it that way) -

@billiesimon It is about poor women . you don't really have to worry about women hurting you! God how much more do you want to be dominant
