I used it up until purification level 2 but quit in January because I wasn't getting much if anything out of it anymore. I use this program now, I find it more powerful, plus it's free.

All brainwave audios that use ambient sounds along with the entrainment audios lose effectiveness because of the ambient track, but the ambience makes it much nicer to listen to. Holosync has a very nice track but the binaural tone is very low in the mix compared to the ambient rain and bell sounds. But it's still very effective. There's a program I used to use, I think it was Genius Brain Power, where there are raw entrainment tracks with no ambience. But holosync was decent for me, once it was used consistently. It's low frequencies are effective at somehow ploughing up the unconscious and cleansing the system, even if it sounds kind of innocent.
