  1. Yeah I definitely want to go grass fed at some point. I heard that’s the safest bet for raw meat as well as I’d like to know the animals I’m eating are pasture raised on a good farm and are healthy.
  2. You must be a doctor.
  3. I’m just eating cow meat. I don’t think it’s grass fed, that stuff is kinda expensive, but if this goes well then I’ll end up getting grass fed and pasture raised. The milk I’m drinking though is grass fed, pasture raised, raw milk.
  4. Booyah. There’s small amounts of vitamin c in meat too.
  5. Meditation for sure. I feel so much more satisfaction with life. Closing my eyes and contemplating my life purpose has been huge in helping me to gain awareness about what I want in life. Reading/Audio books every day. Also I think having conversations with other friends who are into self help is big because this journey can be lonely and it’s really nice to have the emotional support of someone who understands. These sound simple and obvious and I think it’s easy to underestimate the power of these basic techniques, but they’ve been extremely helpful for me.
  6. Oh gahd yuh need uh fahking gramer teecher brap
  7. Today I started with eating only meat and raw milk. If it goes well over the next few months I’ll probably switch to raw beef too but for now I’m cooking it. I’ll make another post to keep you guys updated.
  8. Compton, CA I heard it’s beautiful there.... ? Na I want to go to Barcelona next.
  9. All the essentials ?
  10. @Sahil Pandit Grilled PB&J. Not very healthy but damn it tastes good. Take two pieces of bread, spread butter on boths sides and fry in pan just like you would with grilled cheese. Once cooked to golden brown, take them off the skillet and slather on that peanut butter and jelly. Enjoy the orgasm in your mouth. Don’t forget a tall glass of milk.
  11. I second this. Raw definitely seems to be the way to go with most foods.
  12. @Nobody_Somebody holy shit. If you want to gain weight, the first thing you need to know is that you need to eat more calories than you burn. There’s a great app you can use called MyFitnessPal. You can put in your current weight and how much you would like to weigh and it’ll tell you how many calories you should eat per day to get there. Mindset is definitely important for anything. It sounds like you have some healing to do. Perhaps psychedelics can help with that.
  13. @John Iverson If it’s true that our beliefs change reality then I don’t see why that wouldn’t be possible. There’s tales of yogis floating into the clouds to meditate in the sky. Read Becoming Supernatural by Dr Joe Dispenza
  14. Screw that negativity man! Kids ages 8-12 go onto your roofs right now and fly into the night sky!
  15. I’ve been vegan for the last six months so I get it. I drank the koolaid too. Haha I’m going to try Keto for a month and see what happens. I just watched that video and wow that was a MIND FUCK!
  16. @Socrates Actually Frank eats raw as well and he’s a weight lifter. Whatever your opinions are of that other guy doesn’t change the fact that his skin disease was healed from eating raw meat. I can tell you haven’t done much research on Shawn Baker so I’m not going to get into that, but what I will say is he’s 50 years old and breaking world records in physical fitness. “Not healthy whatsoever”? Really? Haha I would say your close mindedness has gotten the best of you. No offense. Thanks for your input.
  17. @Socrates There’s four that I know of on YouTube you can check them out if you’d like. Shawn Baker Frank Tufano sv3rige Jodellefit There’s claims of people healing from diseases on all meat diets as well. It’s really interesting I think we have a lot to still learn about health and fitness.
  18. @Socrates I respect your opinion however I have seen people in the best shape of their lives on a meat only diet and claiming to feel better than they have ever felt before. I’d be interested in seeing what empirical evidence you have found. The funny thing is that I actually am drawn to raw steak. My mouth waters just looking at it. Same with sushi.
  19. @starsofclay the visualization while awake can be on that same level and he talks about it in his book. Definitely check it out
  20. @Anders901 That’s a belief. If believing something does in fact affect your reality then believing what you believe puts strict limits on your reality. You have to open your mind to new possibilities.
  21. @Nahm you’ve read that book? I wonder if Leo has read it because the first chapter about the Yogi in the Himilayas is fucking wicked cool. Haha @Richard Alpert Don’t be so close minded. There’s actually a lot of reason to suggest that your beliefs have a direct influence on your reality. If you have read any of the books by Dr Joe Dispenza it would open your mind to that possibility.
  22. @Jackthelad I think enlightenment would make you more effective especially if it’s something you’re passionate about. With low conscious comedians making up the majority of that field I don’t doubt that it’s be easier for you to excel. Im curious, what was your perspective on comedy before you tried it? Humor and playfulness is my top strength from Leo’s life purpose course so I’ve considered comedy but I don’t think I’d really like it, but I don’t want to trick myself either. My top three values revolve more around authentic, beautiful, connection with others.
  23. @starsofclay have you read “Becoming supernatural” by dr joe dispenza? It’s about the science of visualization and the law of attraction and it will BLOW YOUR MIND!
  24. @Michael569 I’ve actually heard that eating meat raw is easier for our bodies to digest but I want to make sure I do it right so I don’t those bad bacteria. Haha @RawJudah there’s so much contradicting information out there I don’t think you can say for sure we’re meat eaters or not. I’m just experimenting to see what makes me feel better personally.
