In any publisbed science article about the pineal gland. It is well documented scientifically, that is why the pineal gland contains rods and cones. When the photostimuli of the sun's rays reach the pineal gland, it knows what time of day it is depending on the wavelength and strength of the rays. People mess up their pineal gland by using white/blue phone lights at night. This tricks the gland into thinking its daytime when it's really might time! The pineal gland literslly is a third eye If you go onto Google Scholar and type In "pineal gland, circadian rhythm, sun" or something you should get some good articles on it!

I mean there's no definite answer to the effect it has on the energy body, but it definitely has one. Astral energy flows more fluidly and ones sixth chakra seems much more enhanced. -
I already told her "You do understand that the year is 2017, not 1325 right? People don't blame medical issues on ghosts and the devil anymore, we have SOPHISTICATED ways of treating ailments now that we know more about how the brain body and mind works..You're absolutely insane for telling me there are ghosts causing my depression I really can't believe you said that" Now I'm just more depressed for making her feel bad

Sun is a very Important part of Astrology. Sun represents self-expression, cheerfulness, personal power, confidence, leadership ability Healthy, vitality, resistance, immunity, life-force, social skills and creativity. Sun is very important in our charts because indicates our basic qualities and purity of our intelligence. Sun is never retrograde in motion. Sun is also centre to one's psyche and base mentality. Sun is like our central identity, also describing our ideals we look up to. Sun is a huge powerhouse. But for most its to be noticed that people who are dominant in Sun even though are very authoritative, they don't like to rule people very much or tell them what to do, but when a person who is Dominant in sun is tried to get into control, then the Solar flare of the celestial body is released burning the threat for its freedom instantly. People having a dominant Sun are generally cheerful and proud and have very good leadership qualities, they have a huge social circle but are seldom very close to all of their friends, they have very few selected friends who they prefer to get close to. Sun is an all knowing teacher and is considered the silent emperor of the Solar System. Sun in Eastern principles The Soul indicator, the Lord of the solar system, he is regarded as a malefic planet but its actually an auspicious planet. His friends are Mars, Mercury, Venus and moon, Jupiter and Saturn is neutral to him. He considers North node and South node (Rahu (north node), Depicted as a Demon who causes the Solar and Lunar eclipse). Sun gives us the cause to work for something, and believes in "follow me and my cause" philosophy. Its a great power house. It decides our status and our personality. Sun is considered the granter of power to the person and decides his status and authority. Sun is considered to be extremely proud, honourable , graceful , charitable and giving. If sun is strong in a native's chart it is expected that mention traits of Sun will be transmitted to the native. When the planet is placed in auspicious houses it provides luck , power , status and authority in increased proportions. Sun is the planet which relieves the person of any and all troubles of his life. Sun is believed to be of a malefic nature because of his property to "combust" any planet in transit near sun (or any planet in the same house as sun if very near to the planet at the time of birth) is believed to be "burnt" out of a good proportion of its power. Sun rules the Number 1 in numerology. Its gemstone is Ruby. Rules over the zodiac Sign of LEO. Its ruling day is Sunday. Sun affects the pineal gland and circadian biorhythym.

I dreamed of becoming an army man. Then a pro baseball player. Then a this and then a that. My latest passionate dream was to become a rapper and inspire millions of people to expand their consciousness whilst taking music to a whole nother level. Drugs influenced It, and drugs have quickly taken that passion away. After suffering from numerous relapses with crack and heroin, all of my dreams are just killed. Where the drive and passion was is now gone. I am now depressed, suicidal, and bitter. I watch Alan watts, Leo, koi, everything spiritually good on YouTube to try and wake up. It's as if drugs have put me to sleep. I was once a smart, good looking, loving human being who wanted to help others. Now I have no energy. I meditate every day, exercise, and eat right but my passion is gone, and all my friends at pursuing theirs. I am 19.

I resonate with what ur saying about the good things taking time to ripen. I will prevail. The tao will work through me

Thanks. I just wanna have that purpose again. The more time goes by and my dreams aren't manifesting because "things happen" makes me more sad

The Fourth dimension is what we experience when we astral project, communicate telepathically, or experience in an altered state. When someone breaks a limb, the limb is placed in a cast. When the cast is removed, the limb is withered, shriveled, and needs rehabilitation in order to retain its former range of movement and strength. Meditation opens a part of our mind that has been defunct in most of the population. Centuries of Christian control have made most of us unaware of the fourth dimension, as spiritual knowledge has been systematically removed and suppressed. As humans, we can only see a small portion of the electromagnetic spectrum. Insects can see ultraviolet light and more. Many animals can sense things that a human cannot. Just because someone cannot see or hear something; that does not mean it doesn't exist, as with ultraviolet light, X-rays, gamma rays and other forms of energy. When one opens ones mind, it can take time for one to adjust. I have had a lifetime of being psychic. Even though I was an atheist, I always had another sense, though I tuned out the spirit world. In coming to Leo, the so-called “supernatural” manifested drastically in my life. What is a typical day to many of us would overwhelm the average person. Hearing voices and seeing things that most other people cannot are the most common manifestations of opening up one’s mind. This will eventually come under control. With performing power meditations for given any length of time [they should be done daily], one will experience the opening of one’s mind and soul. Science has not progressed far enough to explain the fourth dimension. Christianity has attacked science vehemently, as there is a point where the spiritual and the scientific both meet. One will always lead to the other if allowed to advance unhindered. There is a barrier or a “gauntlet” that shields the worlds from one another. Deceased souls who are still on the astral can hear and see us in the living world, but those who are not open cannot hear or see them. Consistent meditation breaks down that barrier.

@Nahm thank you. I agree when you say all energy becomes energy for us. Perhaps it was already there for us from the get go since we are energy. Energy is everywhere and with the strengthening of our astral vision we are able to interpret energies as pigmented signals, i.e. colors, feelings. When we begin seeing energy it is imprinted on our energy body, and our Third Eye Chakra directs the energy to the pineal gland which acts as a receptor and transforms the stimuli into electrical signals. From my experience, and I think you'll like this observation, is that there are no different kinds of energies, but rather different behaviors of energy which we can differentiate between by their different colours. In other words energy differs not in composition, but by behavior. The same way a Calcium atom differs from an Oxygen atom although they are both composed of the same subatomic particles.

When we are born, we are born neither good or bad, positive or negative, good or evil, we just are. We reveal ourselves as being a good person or a bad person by the choices we make. We are programmed since birth. We are programmed and told and conditioned to believe what is good bad, right wrong, good or evil. For instance, money, homosexuals, religion, race etc., we are conditioned to look at these things, separate, put walls up, and become selective depending on how we have been conditioned to view these things, even without knowing it. The media is a huge influence on this and can condition us as to what we should believe and how we should judge. You can see how divided our world is. Christianity and other organized religions have been a huge influence of this as well. You are told how to treat your bodies, even told they are not yours, who's right, who's wrong, what you should believe, how to live our life. All this does is add fuel to the fire. Walls and barriers are constantly being put up, and our conditioning through the media and religion influence this. It's a snowball effect you see. Even starting hundreds to thousands of years ago we've been conditioned and programmed. When Christianity and other religions came about, things became pretty set as to how they wanted to control people. Organized religions are human made, put together by humans, for control and dominance of it's people meanwhile keeping this secret amongst the few in order to retain power. Christianities main push was war, the crusades, Constantine, and blood which paved the way for this 'peaceful' religion. The inquisition alone caused an estimated 13 million or so deaths. Once the old knowledge of Paganism was stomped under the rug (or so they thought), this new order emerged and has remained to this day. Ever since then, this conditioning has taken place, grandmother to granddaughter, mother to daughter, grandfather to grandson, father to son, year upon year, generation upon generation. It's a snowball effect you see. It started with force, then, over time, it gets told to and conditioned upon each other, and then down to children who in turn teach their children, and so forth. Same with the media when radio and television became stronger and more widespread. Just think of how the media has influenced us; fashion, politics, religion. If you observe the shows on TV, most people are attractive, wealthy, the perfect body, the materialism of certain peoples, in which tells us that this is what's in, this is what they have and you don't. This is how you should be. Same with religion. Have you ever seen a show that portrays Satan and His demons in a positive light? Have you ever seen a show teaching about the positive effects of Occult knowledge and rituals? Or a health show telling you to stimulate activity in your pineal gland? Enk Most likely not. They have Christian masses on TV on Sunday morning all over the place. Have you ever seen a 'black mass' on TV? Of course not, because that would challenge the way the 'church' wants people to think. People might actually look into it and find it's for them and find the answers they've been looking for. Take a look at the world around you. How many reading this know people that have been ridiculed for being poor, for not having the 'in' fashion, for being overweight, for being not so attractive, not as smart or educated, for choosing to be unique by choosing a 'goth' fashion, or for perhaps pursuing other religions. I'm sure all of us have. Have you in your lives, ever saw a homosexual couple holding hands, or an obese person and thought something negative in some way? Why did you think this? Because you've been programmed to do so, somehow, someway. But is that what you truly believe, or are you just thinking or saying it because you don't want to become a target yourself for not going along with it? This is the herd mentality bestowed upon humanity. Don't ask, just follow, or else, you become the next target. Instead of just following what you've been told, question and make up your own minds. The point I'm making is this, who were these people that set the standards in the first place? Who were these people to bring all of this conditioning about in the first place? Who are they and what makes them so damn special? What makes them better? The answer, nothing!!! You can be better than these people by your freedom of choice. There is nothing dumb or stupid, there is no one smart or dumb, there is no one ugly or attractive, there is no one rich or poor, these are just categories that arrogant, power hungry pricks have set for humanity, over the years allowing these things to take place. We are all unique, yet part of a bigger whole. We are all inter-woven in some way. We are all part of a bigger picture. Humanity is starting to see this. They are starting see this snowball effect that they've been conditioned to. Humanity is starting to wake up and say, "hey, what am I doing? This isn't really me! Since when should organized religion tell me what to think, feel and act? Who are these people to tell me what's in and what's out? Who are the governments and political parties and law makers to take away my freedoms?" What you're seeing in the world today is just that, an awakening on a global level. All of the suppression and conditioning over the years, generations, even millennia are coming to a head. The sex scandals of priests, lesbianism of nuns is an example of this. Years of suppression and control are now coming out in tragic ways. All of the violence in the world. You have anti-government groups and more people are challenging politics in deeper and broader ways. More and more people are turning their backs on organized religion because they see what it causes in the world; disease, wars, greed, control, etc. They are seeing the importance money has to the church and what materialistic entities they are. More and more people are putting up websites and using the internet to vent out and display their views and are trying to make changes in this world and retain their freedoms, and take their lives back that the world religions have taken away. And who gets blamed for this? Non abrahamics. Always so quick to point the fingers are religions and it's people without looking within themselves and without even thinking for themselves and questioning it hence the snowball effect I've spoken about above. How would they truly know in the first place? Can this be proven? No, of course not! They say, "all of the drug use, violence, wars, poverty, sexual tragedies and 'sexual misconduct', depression, suicide, all due to satan and His minions". How do they know? Truth of the matter is, they don't, but they are told this, conditioned to believe this, and that's what they hand down. This has been happening for hundreds to thousands of years, and now, because people are awakening and coming to their own, the world is changing. Hundreds of years of suppression are coming to a head and, unfortunately, this can lead to tragic things. The things we see are a result of religious and political suppression. Most claim these changes are the beginning of the end here on Earth, Doomsday, Armageddon, and religions use this as a tactic to attract numbers, ask for money, and scare people out of their wits. "This is it, the end, it's do or die, everyone else is wrong, come to us and we know you'll be saved. Look what's ahead, come aboard, just, make sure to bring some cash, give away your possessions, give yourself entirely to us and what we want. Sure, you have freedom! You're free to believe what we want you to believe. You're free to say and do what we want you to say and do, OR, you know what's coming!!" The truth is, this is going to be the end of an era, and after, the start of a new one. This cycle has been happening on Earth for millennia. Each time we evolve as a species and grow to bigger and better things. We are moving towards an age where there is no 'religion', just free thinking and spiritual evolving. It's a transition point ahead of us. With each new aeon, things have a build-up, a climax if you will, in this case an awakening of humanity and releasing of suppressed feelings and thoughts. Eventually things will climax, but, this can be needed in order to create a start again of something new. At this point, minds will be opened and freed which will lead to a continuation of this way. Christian suppression will be removed to allow technology to move at a quicker pace safely allowing humanity to catch up and get to where it could have been. Due to Christian suppression, technology has not been allowed to move at it's potential which is why there is so much famine, disease and illness in the world. We could have solved so much of this already. Another reason for these issues is a degeneration of the soul/spirit. Our souls are capable of so much, above and beyond what people could comprehend. Much illness and depression are started in the aura that can be eliminated and we can live on a much higher plain of existence by doing the meditations that Leo suggests. This knowledge of evolving has been called Occult knowledge. The word Occult mean 'hidden'. Occult knowledge is neither good or evil, it's the way it's used that determines this. We choose to use and apply this knowledge for the good of humanity. This knowledge will be free to flourish in the coming aeon, the way it was originally intended to be. An example being during Sumerian and Egyptian times when humankind was years ahead of where we are now as far as spiritual development and knowledge. Satanism, Devil worship etc. are names given with the intent to control, suppress, and degenerate humanity therefore we do not pursue the teachings of the occult. We are using the meditations and 'pagan' ways of the past to evolve, free, and create a free minded world of the present and the future as we wish to look forward to the coming age. Everyone here has the power within themselves to drop this conditioned, programmed way of life and pursue a boundless evolution. Never adhere to the categories of this world because they only have you if you choose to allow them to. This world is like art, it can be as creative, inventive, meaningful, happy, flourishing, and open as you choose it to be. But remember, art is boundless, free, and a reflection from deep within. How do you want your canvas to look?

There are some things I feel I should mention concerning Kundalini and meditations, which although Leo skins over Kundalini in some of his videos I feel we need a more comprehensive layout of what to expect. Unfortunately, in life, rarely, if ever, does any serious transformation occur without pain. People who want power- so called supernatural power- will find in most cases, they will have to go through pain in order to achieve this. Our bodies and minds are used to running on a certain amount of life force (bioelectiricty). When we begin to make some serious alterations with this very life force, certain nasty side effects can crop up. This is a given and is also individual. The life force, like any electricity is HOT. BURNING HOT. There are different physical responses to extreme heat within the body. Some which are quite unpleasant. Inflammations, eruptions, burning sensations and so forth are the most common. But expect lots of heat. This signifies excess astral energy and clearing through energy blockages .Knowledge is everything- to know what can be expected is to understand. One friend of mine found his metal pendant that he always wears has become so hot it burned a mark into his skin. This sort of thing passes, though it can take anywhere from a week or two, to a few years. Once the physical self adjusts, the soul has been completely transformed. This is no different than strength and mass building through weight lifting. I remember when I first began working out- there were times I couldn't even get out of bed I was so sore. It took a few years, but the bone density and body strength/mass I have are permanent. Remember, in meditation, the same thing. Unlike physical exercise, once you enter a point, there is no turning back. You can only move foreward. Stopping can be disastrous in some cases. One may lighten up, but this will do little as a certain point has already been crossed. Very few, if any articles or materials contain any contraindications concerning the effects of advanced meditation. 1. People who are epilptics or have had any siezures, should either take it EXTREMELY slow or not at all. You are increasing the electricity within the body and the brain- enough said? Even in normal people, physical adjustments to the increase of electricity can cause mild siezures. 2. Everyone should ALWAYS make sure the air they are breathing in during meditation is clean. Deep breathing is no different than aerobic exercise such as running/jogging and will affect the lungs and system accordingly. Cold air can cause pleurisy, inhaling polluted air, lung problems. Keep this in mind. Signs the kundalini is about to ascend: 1. Spontaneous physical/electrical energy surges can Cause jerks, twitches, shaking, and energy waves and even convulsions. 2. Increased sensory awareness- heat, cold, sounds, Strong tastes, odors, heightened sense of body image Or absence of such, feeling a strong burning aura, Disturbing thoughts [this is why void meditation is Necessary to banish them as is a strong mind]. 3. Sleeplessness, insomnia. One woman did not sleep For 5 months 4. On the upside- increased understanding, much easier Communication with demons and the sixth sense is Increased and enhanced greatly. Feelings of extreme bliss, peacefulness. 5. The external environment does not have any affect- People getting angry, you remain calm. This is the awakening stage of the Kundalini. Much wil depend upon the individual. Ones health and any former meditation done in the past. The stronger you are in every respect, the less problems. Kundalini/bio-electricity is hot like molten lead. A Warm sensation at the base of your tailbone- some of us have felt a pulling upward- sometimes spinning sensation. This indicates your kundalini has been activated. All of the chakras must be completely open and unobstructed. The serpent of fire will ascend piercing through each chakra. For some people, this is as hot as a glowing iron. One must stay focused and direct the energy out the crown chakra. The kundalini will sometimes crackle and roar as it Flashes like blinding white lightening as it hits the 6th chakra. This can be brightness beyond anything you Have ever experienced or seen in your life. This is where calm, complete control comes in. Kundalini is individual for everyone. What some people may experience, others may not.

No. What I am saying is, was, and will always be valid. "Ascension" as you call it has been happening for thousands of years. It's not as if kundalini ascensions and spiritual awakenings are just starting to happen lol. They have been going on for thousands of years. 50 years ago has nothing to do with measuring the validity of my post. One cannot constantly "drown their self in love". Other emotions and beliefs, a lot of them suppressed subconscious thoughts and feelings, must surface and process through the central nervous system for one to empower themselves fully with astral energy. This is the catharsis phase. Trying to mask emotional experiences with love every chance you get is borderline escapism; trying to mask the negative aspects of the subconscious mind with this hippity dippity New Age idea of drowning yourself with love. Ahahah it's funny to think about because I used to think like that about the Path. Proper catharsis and processing lead to a more sustained period of being "Love & Bliss Drunk" as organic, enhanced endorphin receptor sites flourish from years of proper energy work. The human organism functions as it was intended to. But a person WILL harm themselves, their neuropathways, energy circuits, and astral body if they follow what you are saying about "pushing it to your limits don't stop the time is now blah blah blah". This is a sacred process and you are trying to promote rushing through it fast and hard, and promoting escaping through unpleasant feelings. A person should never do this, always take your time and never overdo it with your energy work. You can really harm yourself in a plethora of ways. Martin you can go suck a fat one while I pound your mom, YOU are the pussy filled with ignorance from head to toe; the definition of Nescience. Do not come at me boy I am not the one, trust me. In response to your little analogy, you are the type of person that would drown by swimming forward before the tide is calmer for you, while I am the type who waits for stillness and goes out to rescue your poor drowning body because you tried to wrestle with currents you couldn't handle yet. When one meditates on chakras using vibration, pranayama, mudras, visualization concentration etc etc the thought process is actually directing astral energy of that harmonic to your energy body. Since your energy body (or astral body) is fully integrated with your physical body any changes to the energy body manifest themselves in the physical. These physical manifestations can show up as various responses from heat to endorphine release depending on the energy work being done. Your chakras are major energy nodes located by important glands, organs, and nerve clusters so you can start to develop a more intuitive understanding of what a healthy chakra would translate to physically. For example the throat, third eye, crown, and other minor chakra points are directly linked to the development of our astral senses. It is through the stimulation and use of these 'psychic' chakras that our bodies begin to manifest biochemical and biophysical changes as an evolutionary response to astral energy work. Hope that helps Message me with some questions and why you need to know and I'll get back to you. -
Thanks to the many New Age paths, most people do not understand the concept of meditation. Perceptions normally take the form of what people expect from Eastern Religions or associated martial arts. However, none of these sources has truly explained both what meditation is and, more directly, why it is of primary importance to a person's development. Certain mental and physical functions of the human body require the brain to be in a certain state where a specific baseline brainwave pattern exists. Science succeeded in recognizing and classifying these phases as Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta and Theta, Each wave category reflects the brain in a different phase. The brain and the body react positively to developmental and evolutionary efforts at the Alpha-Theta threshold. It is the "line" between consciousness and unconsciousness and is where the body is most reactive to change and repair. Meditation actively trains us to maintain this fragile brain wave state in order to invoke preprogrammed changes and to incorporate them into the "self". Meditation is the programming phase of the evolutionary process and this shows the true importance and purpose of meditation. The prevalence of New Age frauds and Whitelighter idiots mistake the calm, peaceful process as simple relaxation. To hear them explain it, that is all they are doing, once you strip away their double speak. Martial Artists and Eastern Religious practitioners made meditation a focal point in their mental and physical preparations, but the secretive nature of many of the root cultures intentionally hid the true purpose of meditation and even these respectable groups operate from misinformation. This is not to say that there are not people who have figured out the secret on their own, most people in these groups do not know and many people who "teach" meditation do not know themselves. Meditation is NOT relaxation. The calm sensation and the feeling of one's energy is NOT the end means. Meditation is a preparatory state to reprogram the body and mind. It is the process humanity should use to improve itself in order to reprogram old patterns to cope with new situations and new environments. The person who sits in lotus position for 18 hours a day is doing nothing but wasting time and getting fatter. A person cognizant of the true purpose of meditation can accomplish MUCH more in 10 minutes, once they know what they are doing. The true meditative state is very difficult to describe. The experience is unique to each person and many physical senses may become involved. The closest description for this state is "…dreaming while half asleep". One is not in a deep sleep, nor are they in REM sleep. They are not conscious and, to the untrained observer, the person either is in a light sleep or is "zoned out". This phase of brain activity is difficult to maintain for the untrained, but certain drugs make this process easier, hence why people are attracted to drugs. However, the true seeker endeavors to meditate without any external aids, especially drugs. However, that is a whole nother topic... It is through successful, proper meditation that a person can achieve the necessary physical and mental states necessary to reprogram the self and work towards self-evolution. Misunderstanding this concept can be counterproductive as nothing results from faulty procedures. Meditation should be the foundation of ALL self improvement paths.

Silence and doing nothing are not the same thing, and both are impossibl. When scientists made a room completely sound proof and as silently as they could, the subjects could still hear the sound of the ears themselves flowing blood, the heart pumping, and the sound of breathing. So that disproves silence for living organism. Silence in general , no at least not in this world. Atoms and molecules will always be vibrating and making sounds. -

I agree that Kundalini definitely is NOT meant to be burning, burning is in my opinion just astral energy trying break though blockages in the meridian channels and chakras. When one takes years of preparation for Kundalini awakening they should fully open, cleanse, circulate, and empower their chakras/aura/energy, very little if any burning occur. Kundalini is the awakening of dorsal energy flow, usually starting at the base although I have heard some can have a top down experience where the energy breaks through at the crown and surges downwards. In Western society, it is best for an individual to take it easy. Spontaneous awakenings can be seen as (and feel like) a psychotics episode. Many people will end up in a deep depression, living in anxiety, and with suicidal thinking as emotion purging and catharsis goes on. Leo has a great video on this called "The Dark Side of Meditation". People should take advancement with kundalini at their own pace, never pushing anything. Kundalini energy can be like a pan. You can touch it at room temperature, but if you turn the heat on too high, you will get burned. Nirvana rarely comes before Kundalini. Enlightenment experiences usually come before Kundalini. And nirvana or higher spiritual states are usually a byproduct of the awakening. There is no ultimate goal of meditation. Kundalini definitely is not the ultimate goal of meditation although it may seem like it because of the rarity of awakenings nowadays. Kundalini usually is brought on by meditation, psychedelics, or other yogic methods. After kundalini awakening, there is a lifetime of other things to achieve with meditation. Kundalini really is only the beginning of a whole nother realm of existence and state of being. -

@Paul EMD people have been brainwashed to think that demons are negative malevolent beings. This is untrue. The word demon comes from the latin word "daemon", meaning teacher. You can also see this in words like to demonstrate something, or to instruct. Just like people think Lucifer means something evil and dark, it actually means "light bringer" "Luc" as in something like a translucent lightbulb or Illuminate and "i-fer", I meaning to and fer meaning "bring" such as in "ferry". These demons are helpful to humanity and anything like the negative beings they have been propagandized to be. These beings include Enki, Enlil, Ishtar/Aphrodite, Azazel, Amon Ra, and many more. It is the angelic faction of beings that are harmful to humanity and have tricked humans into straying away from personal evolution and into blind faith and leading lives of absolutely no spiritual power at all. I will answer more questions on this if need be. -

To be fair, I need to give a proper description of the brain states associated with meditation essential for growth and development. There are four main types of brainwaves: Beta, Alpha, Theta, and Delta (I won't get into Gamma right now) Beta waves characterize the conscious waking state at 14 cycles per second and up. The conscious mind does not take suggestion very well. Reasoning, logic, thinking and putting into action what it already knows is mainly what the conscious mind does. Higher cycles of beta waves are used in rituals where a lot of active energy input is needed, as in revenge. A good example is in building a circle cone of power. The more excited one becomes, the higher the cycles per second in the brain. The alpha state operates at a lower cycle, 7-14 per second level. This is the trance state when the body can no longer be felt, and sounds may become painful. This is the meditation and sleep range. Deep meditation descends into the theta state. In the alpha state, one is open to suggestion as the conscious logical mind is subdued. The conscious defense barrier is down. Hypnosis takes place on this level. When in the alpha state, we can program our own and/or the minds of others. The deeper you go into alpha, the closer you get to theta. We can influence others when they are asleep or in the alpha state. This is one reason most mages prefer to do their spell work at night when most people are asleep. Talking to someone who is sleeping will act to program his or her mind. This can be done, even at a distance with intense concentration, visualizing the individual, and directing thoughts into his/her head. This may have to be repeated several times. The strength of your mind and aura will determine your success. Make sure the thoughts you place in his/her mind are commands, as in telling someone something you want them to do for you. Be calm, but firm and persistent. It may take a while, depending on the strength of your mind, but in time, results will manifest. Psychic experiences can happen in the alpha state. Both daydreaming and sleep dreaming occur while in the alpha state. The theta state is 4 - 7 cycles per second. This is where all of our emotional experiences are recorded and is of the subconscious. The theta level opens the door to descend even deeper into the psychic/astral world. While it is possible to have psychic experiences in the alpha state, the most profound experiences occur at the theta level. At this level, one is able to experience astral travel and psychic communication, achieve enlightenment, and enter into other dimensions; this is where past lives can be accessed. Brain wave activity in the delta state ranges from 0 - 4 cycles per second. This is total unconsciousness, coma. When in the alpha state, visualizing our desires, as if they are real and actually happening will make them manifest in reality, especially if affirmations are included. In theory, it is said the subconscious mind believes what it is told in this state to be true. Affirmations must be stated in the present tense. The subconscious mind does not understand the word “will” as it is in the undefined future tense. “Will” never happens. Make sure the wording is exactly what you want and look at every aspect, or something unexpected and fated could cause things to go wrong. Wording is important and must be planned carefully. One woman wished to win a contest. She repeatedly told herself she would be the best and went through the entire mental exercises. It turned out she was the best, but because of the biased judges, she lost the contest. The more intense your visualizations, the stronger your mind/thought output will be to act in attracting what you desire. -

@Prabhaker I think u are trying to relate a blissful trance state of quietness and stillness as the only form of meditation. There are many other forms of meditation that put you into a the trance of quietness and stillness that u describe but utilize movement such as walking meditations, humming meditations, sound/musical meditation, etc. also yogic mantra meditations where you do not cease saying the mantra as you incorrectly suggest, you keep vibrating the chant and you reach a state of hypnosis by it. Refer to ecstatic chanting and dancing. Once again you're misinformed my man. silence does not exist. That is a misinterpret by the buddhists. Also, Leo teaches a mindfulness meditation that is a form of meditation that does not involve the state of "silence" you describe. It actually promotes you speaking to yourself in your mind, which is opposite of what you are trying to say is meditation. Meditation is much more than what you are trying to describe. My advice to you is to let go of your preconceptions and experiences that control your false definition of meditation. If you're not ready to change, that's on you. At the end of the day, whatever floats your boat man but I'm one for truth. -
I am confident that many people who stumble upon Leo's videos and Actualized.org wonder why so much focus is given to personal evolution. With the myriad of things that a person can do with a minor degree of development, the question is asked as to why this is so important. Evolution first and foremost should be the main focus of our path. Humanity, as it currently stands, has stagnated and no further major development has occurred beyond minor adaptation to its protean environment. The necessity of another major jump in human evolution becomes apparent as humanity, as a whole, is no longer capable of exploring or reacting to its environment as it currently senses it and science has been unable to answer the questions that are still debated amongst the faith-holders/pre-rationalists and the scientific materialists/rationalists. Thus, pursuing evolution holds the key for both man's obvious development and the answer to all of the unanswerable questions that still exist. Moving into a post-rationalist mind-state (as Leo talks about) as one evolves helps answers these "unanswerable questions" that I am referring to. Contrary to popular belief, one major element is required to trigger any kind of evolution. This element is the crisis. It doesn't have to be something serious or life threatening, although often the catalyst is. But there must be a deep NEED to evolve or surmount a limitation and the presence of at least one negative stressor that is directly related to the desire is required. There must be a surmountable obstacle that must be overcome before the person sees reason to trigger the evolutionary process. A problem, issue or limitation must be so profound that only developing the ability to overcome it is the only answer. This is not the same as developing tools to do the work for them. Usage of tools is humanity's greatest boon as well as greatest vice. The latter is because the presence of tools deprives the physical body of the need to develop for difficult tasks. Wouldn't you agree that even with the greatness of technology and social media, some fall victim (by their own volition) to devoting all of their time and energy to it and become addicted to it, wasting their life away and devolving. And the wiser use technology and social media to watch Leo and join Actualized.org! While this statement is not a call to take a Neo-Luddite approach by any means, one should bear in mind that there is a loss upon humanity due to the usage of tools and technology. Evolution is not limited to physical means. Humanity, as a culture and society, also has the ability to evolve. It is in this aspect where humanity is deficient. With all of its technological and developmental aspects stripped away, humanity is an extremely violent, intolerant and insular species that has managed to successfully integrate the opposing principles of the "herd" and "pack" mentalities. These groups are extremely xenophobic and are intolerant to change. An Alpha (either a single individual or a specific subset that operates as an Alpha) ALWAYS dominates the remainder of the structure and enforces its groupthink. Humanity and its herd-packs will not hesitate to engage in violent mass conflicts for the sake of ideological disagreements. Unlike endemic warfare or skirmishes in the animal kingdom, which are always the result of resource demands, Humanity is willing to become violent because some groups disagree with others. Because of this inability to rationally see all sides and come to an accord, Humanity, socially speaking, is still in a rather primitive state. Thus, the burden of evolution falls upon those individuals how see this problem and DESIRE to overcome it. Inevitably, these individuals will gravitate to one another and new communities will establish themselves (such as we are seeing on Actualized.org, all because a man named Leo recognized this need and desire and took rigorous action). It becomes both an individual and a group responsibility to work to better both the individual and the concept of the group. Actualized.org is an example of this principle in action. In the end, the choice comes down to the individual. Anyone can lead a fulfilling life and existence without pursuing evolution, but the truth is that they will have contributed nothing to the betterment of humanity. Each person who pursues and attains some degree of development, in even the smallest measure, can state that they have made some contribution to the betterment of humanity and should enough people do so, humanity can get out of its stagnation and the doldrums of mediocrity it now endures.

@philosogi what do you think about Leo's philosophy of the self not existing and do u think it contradicts your quotes from Lao Tzu, ramana, etc? Leo stesses that there is no self and no you so how do you think that pertains to those quotes?

Sorry to burst your bubble Prakhaber, but relaxation is a byproduct of meditation. They are not synonymous. While relaxation is a secondary effect of certain meditations, especially the Vipassana style that you stress, other forms of meditation are anything but relaxing. I also think that you are mixing up silence with stillness. Silence does not exist, but that is a topic for another day. You also contradict yourself by stressing silence and meditation because many forms of meditation use mantras, chants, and music or various other forms of sound. Why do you say that I specifically cannot sit silently right now? You're correct in saying that I cannot sit silently right now, no one can it is scientifically proven to be so, because studies on silence have been done and it is shown that silence I does not exist, at least I this a world. I also do not know what a "Buddha posture" is. Maybe you meant Lotus or Half-lotus. -

Yes MDMA especially on higher doses has effects just like other psychedelics (LSD, Mushrooms, etc) and can help you connect to love, connection and empathy towards others, music, energy and perspective shifts, and you can reach enlightenment or a state of ecstasy (that's why it's called XTC) on it if used properly and with the right intention. Get your shit from the deep web not from the streets. Your welcome. -
I used to think he was small like 5'7" or something but then out of the blue I was like he could actually Be really tall.
