I would suggest the same. I had a severe lower back pain that didn't seem to budge. Then, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) did the work.

Whatever may come up in meditation may come up in life anyway too. The experience of a demon may arise anyway too. Ultimately, the question is how do you deal with fear, how do you deal with the feeling/emotion present in that moment. If it happens to me, I would sit and witness it with all my awareness and put all my effort to be as emotionally imperturbable as I can. Whatever emotion will come up, I'll observe it and let it go. Also, having some adage that reminds you that all that you experience is just consciousness or 'an illusion' can be of help. For example, Verse 18, Chapter 1 from Ashtavakra Gita: Sakaram anritam vidhi, nirakaram tu nishchalam. Which translates to, Know that which has form to be unreal and the formless to be permanent. One way to deal with fear is to become willing to experience what you fear. Requires courage. But does the work. Often, we are looking for a way to deal with something without actually dealing with it. The way to deal with it is to deal with it. You ask how does one deal with it... Dealing with it would require you to face it, right? There is no other way to do this. So when you do face it, you will be 'absolutely terrified.' This much is certain. Now what can you do? You will either react or not react. Reacting will not help, not reacting will. It may seem like you can't control it but you can. Requires some effort, can't be bypassed. -
It's very important to know how to break a fast. If not done correctly, it can not only undo the good that fasting brought but may cause damage too. The thumb rule is to break the fast in half the duration of the fast. For example if you are going for a 3 days fast, take 1.5 days to break the fast. Which means, for 1.5 days, consume more juices, fruits and salads instead of going for a heavy meal. You can check out this resource: https://juiceon.helpsite.com/ I have done a 3 day juice fast with them and it was a wonderful experience.

You can also do this; write a script. Then you can record an audio to create an audio course or you could speak whatever you have written alongside a presentation to create a video course out of it. Checkout this for an example:

I have been doing intermittent fasting for over a year. And I have gone for a 3 day juice fast. If you are going for a 3 day fast for the first time, it is highly recommended to avoid doing any kind of work; be it physical or mental. Your body may experience detox symptoms during a fast. And the mind needs willpower to persist. It would be advisable to be gentle with yourself and better take rest from work during this time.

That's good advice. @HERO_Start small. Don't worry about competition from apps/programs/already successful coaches. Even if you start with a basic fitness program that's not even way too creative or different but does help people get results, people will want to work with you. People are more interested in results, than something new/different. A part of your job would be to help them recognize this (communicate this clearly); that they you can get them results, even if you haven't found your unique style yet. Over time, you will start doing things your own way and build a unique brand. Or you'll end up getting clarity on what's more authentic to you.

There are 4 processes/techniques that I want to share with you. You can look into EFT (Emotional Freedom Tapping); It's a technique of releasing stuck/unwanted emotions by tapping on meridian points. I have had great experiences with it; e.g. I let go of deep feelings of pain of abandonment using EFT. Letting Go by David Hawkins or Sedona Method by Hale Dwoskin can help you deal with emotions in a powerful way. In short, it's about not expressing or suppressing or escaping from an emotion, and rather fully feeling it. When you fully feel the emotion, it gets 'released' after some time, when the energy has run its course. You can do Shadow Work, which is quite powerful; I would highly recommend reading Existential Kink by Carolyn Elliott. The Work of Byron Katie can help you tremendously too. It's a process of questioning your thoughts and beliefs, and aligning them with reality.

One of the best teachers to learn from would be Om Swami; someone who has spent more than two decades practicing serious meditation. Here are links to two of his books and his course on meditation. https://os.me/books/mind-full-to-mindful/ https://os.me/books/a-million-thoughts/ https://os.me/lessons/the-role-of-faith/

One really effective way of dealing with any kind of 'negative' feeling is to fully feel it. Dropping all your resistance, ignoring all thoughts and just being present with the raw sensations of the feeling for as long as it lasts. It's a really powerful way of transmuting feelings into 'pure consciousness.' You can read more about it in Letting Go by David Hawkins. It may feel even more overwhelming for a while. The feeling will reach it's peak, stay there for some time and then start to diminish. This whole process may take minutes or days or weeks to fully let go of the feeling. Stay patient, diligent and persistent. Keep letting go. -
A hidden intention. For example, one might say that they want a lot of money, but they want all that money because they think it will get them lots of sex. So the true intention is wanting sex which is hidden behind the intention of wanting money. There is no definite answer, unfortunately. You might throw a basket ball with the best possible technique, but there is no guarantee that it will go in. You can increase the chances of success by listening to a really good tape, listening to it consistently, letting it sink in without resistance, etc. Yes. I hope this helps. All the best.

Please do not shun the idea of listening to the program because you found this on internet. One theory is that Kevin revealed too much about Secret Societies, which in turn retaliated with all that happened next (Kevin being jailed, declared a fraudster etc.). Remember to look at the moon and not the finger pointing at the moon. Your Wish Is Your Command is one of the most life changing pieces of information that I have ever been through. The first 4 sessions, in which Teachability Index and Mastering The Basics is discussed, are Pure Gold.

What's the ulterior intention? We want to be able to generate wealth without much effort/action. Why do we not want to act/put effort? Because it brings up suffering, pain, aversions. Guess what! Even if our external circumstances change and we are indeed able to generate wealth without effort, the suffering, pain and aversions will still be in place. We will still be miserable (or not so much at ease, at least). So maybe instead of looking for something that might work for us, let's do the work. Does not mean we need to work hard. Smart and intelligent work is the way to go. Nevertheless, wealth hypnosis tapes might work in changing one's attitude and mindset towards wealth creation.

Reading success stories can help you get motivated. However, you know what's even better? Having your own experiences. No amount of others' experiences, no matter how good they are, will help you experience the truth for your self. Try applying the lessons you have learnt in small ways and see how it works. Kevin's highest teaching (in my opinion) is to, 'feel as good you can and feel even better.' No harm in feeling really good, is there?

@Anniey Let go of wanting to figure out what it means. Instead focus on the practice. Any thought/suggestion on what it means would just be a thought, a belief. How would you ever know that the meaning you are giving to it is accurate? Trying to figure out what an experience means is a distraction; a big one.

I would say it would be better to use the word, 'paradoxical' rather than, 'contradictory.' -
It could be because of several reasons. I would attribute it to having clarified my life purpose. Leo's course helped me do that. My life purpose drives me. I am excited to wake up each morning and work towards my life purpose. Meditation, semen retention, healthy diet, no distraction (no social media, no unnecessary internet browsing) could be other major contributing factors.

Check out The Dry Fasting Miracle by Luke Coutinho. It's an amazing book on the topic and will answer many questions and provide tremendous inspiration. My experience with intermittent fasting; very briefly, I lost 4 Kgs very easily. I haven't fallen sick despite many odds since I started intermittent fasting. I experience much higher energy. I wake up at 4 am and sleep for around 6 hours; and yet stay energetic and alert. I'd also add that intermittent fasting might not be the only reason for above results; other consistent practices like meditation, working out, taking high quality supplements could be a factor.
