Hey, here is a couple songs i wrote i have yet to record: Labeling everything good and bad, can make you stress If you believe them soo much, you can be depressed I remember when i used to be depressed I couldnt get no rest All I wanted is to live my life without stress and anxiety, thought life was a mess Soo i meditate, make my fears dissipate Body levitates Consciouness concentrates And rises up the fucking the imaginary stairs --- Another one: No thought, meditation Had to learn that mind education Appreciate this creation Sight seeing the view from my apartment Nothing seems important The night lights Im not saying they give me life Another times i would call them nice But this days i jsut appreciate them with no label Appreciation, im able I appreciate the moments without thought Sometimes i wish for no thought But i realize there is good effects without getting it Its out job with realize it

  3. @AleksM And how do i connect to this silence? Everyday i have mindfulness, ii just focus on my breath, and experience silence for like 2\3 seconds. How do i expand it?

  6. @Ilya Opinions\thoughts have no importance unless you give them that importance, which you did. They literally cannot exist without your attention and energy. Give them no attention.
  7. Not completly silent, but silent enough. Meditated for 33 minu8tes and that was the result. Ima try to meditate for 35 min, every time i meditate. Just wanted to share with yall
  8. You can still have high consciouness while doing those things you stoopped doing. They dont raise your consciouness down Lmao

  13. @cetus56 I meditate for 20 minutes, and the mind is just as it is when i begin meditating, but this might be because i give my thoughts no attention all day. THere is not one day where i dont give them no attention.
