@AleksM thank you. Love u Soo, i get that happiness is beyond mind. But you said you felt good exercising. Is that pleasure beyond mind too or a positive thought? Enlightened people dont have positive thoughts because if you have than negatives will appear soo. How is the thought like? (THe content)

@BobbyLowell Of course people can love you. But that doesnt make you lovable. Action \=\ Concept Your parents love you, your friends love you. Why do you think you cant be loved? Everyone can love you. Crowds can applaud you, rural people can like you, NBA players can appreciate you. All of this is possible. How do we know this? We can always look at similiar people who achieved the same things. Can you find an example of a person who taught he was unlovable and then people loved him? Try to find that example.

@BobbyLowell You arent lovable or unlovable. You just are, those are concepts, they arent real. Can you find lovable or unlovable on yourself? Try to find it. In your room, is there any lovable or unlovable? If you think you are lovable, can someone think differently? If you think you are unlovable, can someone think differently? If there is "evidence (imaginary) evidence on both sides, how can you say you are one of those concepts? You are neitheir! Your true nature is beyond that. You true nature is silence. When you ask: "WHat am I?" You cant find anything, only silence. Thats what you are. Your true nature is stronger than any concept ever invented. Hope this helps.

@egoless Enlightenment cant be given with meditation. It can give you insights that you had previously thought about and now with a realization you understand. I would suggest mindful meditation.

@Ilya No... Enlightenment gives you happiness and the gift of living in the present moment. Having your current situation and stopping the goal of enlightenment doesnt change shit.
