  8. Yes, I try everyday, not everyday I see it or I do but Maya doesnt let me go. And its not in my control.
  9. @Nahm For example these last 3\4 days i have done meditation and i havent seen much progress. This is not quitting though, I will keep going, I just want lasting happiness now but this also creates suffering. Damn. How am I suppose to want enlightenment when you got to stop wanting it in the end?

  12. @Nahm Maaaan, I have been meditating on and off since summer 2017, it hasnt slowed that much...well, it has a little bit but not as much as I wanted it too. Any advice?

  14. Please dont hurt yourself. I dont know, its a long term process. Meditation is what helped me the most.
  15. @Faceless Even the meditation I just did, thoughts were trying to manipulate to do what they want very subtly, for example I was trying to focus and thought showed up saying: "focus". I think it was trying for me to indentify and think about it!

  17. @Dan Arnautu I have been meditating on and off since summer 2017 and being aware of my thoughts like clouds everyday since 2016. What advice would you give me to transcend these thoughts? I heard every type of advice but the progress is still slow. Maybe all I can do is keep going. I want a quick fix but there seems not be one.
  18. Just let them be Dont try to push them away, they are probably not going to leave your mind any time soon but if you keep going at being mindful for as long as it takes, one day, possibibly , they will leave your mind
  19. Just be mindful of your thoughts Create a meditation habit, start as much minutes as you can, even if it is 1 minute
  20. I just feel numb. Yes, I have been feeling more pleasant more recently but I its like I have a small headache everyday and its like i cant even feel my body. I want to feel fresh (energetic) and less mentally tired. Most the days, I dont even put a lot of effort, I just post on forums and I rest (always sitting most the time) but i still feel tired... Yes, Im also on anti-depressants and I think it was because of them I feel less tired, I used to feel exhausted doing the same as I do today.
