  1. +1 I think this is gonna work out different for each individual, experience here for me is gonna be king always. I tried once a polyamory relationship with 3 girlfriends at the same time (each of them knew about each other but never met) and it din’t last long, like a month or so, I felt it was too much overwhelmed on a energy/emotional level, hard to point out a specific emotion but I remember I was feeling stress out and a bit lost or confuse. I even got jeleous a few times while I had 3 people? Something wasn’t right so I ended up staying just with one (maybe was a fear of losing my options). Maybe in the future I might try out a threesome relationship and we all know and share with each other. Because on the previous one well, if the other people is also sleeping with the other people, it can get very messy and sticky, pun itended hehe. I felt I was holding a weight of emotions with these partners back then, I had to divide and organice my time with all 3 and it was of course time and energy consuming, so I stayed monogamous since then.
  2. @Yali well, still, he is not calling you with any names right? Nutritionist people are doing their best to help humanity at large anyway so. I just think that we should threat others they way we wanted to be threatened too, depending the circumstances of course. If I don’t like somebody’s take, I move on, ignore it, if not then I see if I can expand awareness on the subject asking certain questions, either questioning somebody’s knowledge/belief system (maybe to help him out, you name the example) or try to move forward the conversation. I know for a fact that @Michael569 has done A LOT for the forum. But hey man, at the end, you do you. ??
  3. @Yali be more respectful towards @Michael569. ??
  4. @BuddhistLover I can understand how you feel brother, I thought I was straight for most of my life. I discovered I am bisexual on 2018 (I was 22) by questioning myself after one relationship, I was feeling that something was missing because my past relationships back then felt a bit “unsatisfied at times or something was missing”, until I questioned if I was actually gay or bisexual. After some exploration that year, sure I can confirm I am bisexual after sleep with a man, I think experience is king ? here so, if you have doubt, to make sure, sleep with a man or a woman if you doubt yourself (it is possible also to not connect with the right person at first so be patience, at least for me it was very instant with the first guy I sleep with and it was a “aha! So this is what’s up then” moment hehe). Because also looking by porn, I actually never if not mostly never search for gay porn, maybe trans people at times, but you actually aren’t sure enough until you have the experience. With that example sayed, to my understanding and experience, it seems that my % towards women is more than men, I still have to work alot more on the male side. Have the experience is what I better suggest. ???
  5. @SamC I would suggest to keep it cool. With the people I slept with, they never asked, we might talk later on with how many people we had slept but is not necessary. If they ask you either way and you are still a virgin then “well, it’s a secret brah!” -Frank Yang voice*. When you finish your business hehe, you can said the truth if you feel like.
  6. During a argument no, for me of course, you can hurt other people’s feelings depending their self esteem. I can forgive que person once but if she/he keep doing it, I will have to cut it off the relationship, I have nothing to lose here, you gotta value/respect yourself more. If is once I would said “What the fuck did you call me?!” haha, if the person is not willing to change on that point then I will have to break it off the relationship, the person would need to do some healing, I have no time for unnecessary pointing fingers and calling each other names, I deeply value my time with the people I love and care. I learned when I was younger thanks to the book “The 4 Agreements” by Don Miguel Ruiz, the second agreement it says “Do Not Take Anything Personally”, whatever people do or said, is a projection of their own dream. Is a short and fast reading book, you should probably check it out. ??❤️? Be also Impecable with your word (the first agreement). I don’t think anyone can control their emotions since is a body-mind reaction, but rather how aware/conscious and patience are you in order to transmute your emotion in a way that you don’t start to breaking stuff or hurting people emotionally and physically. You can scream like Leo he did once to his dentist lol (sorry to bring up that Leo). I don’t know if you get intensely angry everyday, how often, if it happens alot to you sister then, it should probably be something to look up forward in you, understand why you do it and heal it (one should look up what healing technique/tools works best for them imo) in order to love yourself even more so your next relationships get so much better?❤️?. Is ok to get angry at stuff, my question would be, to what degree.
  7. When you explain it, I get it, straight to the point, no BS, with him it seems I have to be some extra patience which I know is not my current situation (I’m constantly if not mostly working on projects). I might do a “30 days Sadhguru Listening “Challenge” “ in order to understand him more hehe, eventually I need to take some time to study his biography deep enough, etc. No doubt there has to be some golden nuggets…or golden hair haha.jk
  8. If you guys want to check what he was trying to focus on the podcast: https://consciousplanet.org/
  9. +1 Joe asks for the 100th time “well, what are the techniques to start improving this guy’s life?” Sadhguru gives a fundamental theory or just another anecdote “Well you see Joe…”. Also he said that books are for inspiration, not for instructions…*scratch my head on engineer, lawyer, chef, doctor, building something and other occupations head lenguage* All jokes and criticism aside, at least I know he had done some good stuff. Good that he wanted to give some awareness about the Soil subject, will give it a look now. ??
  10. I am vegan since 2018, it took sometime to transition because since the hurricane Maria on 2017, Puerto Rico was very limited on resource/food so I was eating for quite some time canned foods. I became first pescatarian, eating lots of canned tuna back then and bread (chef boyardee also but rarely, I had to improvise), when things started to get better I added Salmon and later on that year I told myself “well I’m here now, I think this is the time to change my diet for good”, and became vegetarian for 7 months till I became completely vegan. My intentions was mostly for myself, it made me feel lighter and less heavy compared after eating lots of meat. Nowadays sure, I have more reasons like helping the enviroment. I suggest two strong and good documentaries which make you understand the impact of climate change by supporting the consumption of cow products, meat and fish (I’m ok if is local and pasteurized/grassfeed but still by how climate change is looking, I will stay vegan): If I’m traveling and I have to improvise with eating some animal products (which had happened with eggs and cheese and I was starving af), sure no problem, I get back on track. Do your best is what counts for me.????
  11. That was “Mumbo Jambo” lol . No but for real it was a interesting listen, I felt Sadhguru wanted to keep focus on what he came to talk about Soil which is fine but, once he started to get out of subject I felt I could enjoy more listen to him and not sticking to the script or so to said, it seemed more human/natural to me. I felt at times he wasn’t answering straight foward to Joe’s questions just for the sake of avoiding answering them? Protect his image or try not to look bad on camera? I felt also that he wasn’t open minded enough that he could be wrong about certain perspectives and he has to be right, I don’t know, it was entertained tho.
  12. @Danioover9000I know hehe, today is my free day so why not do something creative and funny with the hype. @Myioko @Cykaaaa Aw, thank you both! I appreciate. ??❤️? Don’t give me anymore ideas for memes lol.
  13. Ok this is the last one. Sorry if it seems like I’m having way too much fun editing and drawing . I felt inspired by the hype. If is it too much you can delete them.??
  14. It’s out! I did this because I saw some humor on the hype, I hope I don’t offend anyone nor Leo’s work, I deeply follow his work. Sorry in advance. ?? Love you Leo!
  15. *Laughs in Maslow’s Pyramid of Needs*jk
  16. Yeah, to my understanding I’ve read that you don’t like the idea of vomiting right? (Aside of doing it solo). I can understand, I was the same too. Honestly that process of vomiting, at least with Ayahuasca and Kambo, had helped me to appreciate a lot more and empathize with my body overall and even my inside organs (weird to explain I know), detox and trust more my gut feelings/intuition, aside of course other insights, awakenings and confronting traumas. MDMA was my first substance ever before touching psychedelics, aside of weed and alcohol when I was younger (I don’t consume these two anymore), life changer back then. On summary, I had a real first time taste of what actually the present moment is (like being a kid again) and feel Unconditional Love towards everything and everyone around me to the point I would start crying to the beauty of everything and start forgiving myself and everyone, I might share my experience on a thread later on. Anyways, thanks for answering ??, I know this thread is about Salvia.
  17. @Leo Gura I would love to see your take of ayahuasca sometime, if you feel like to of course.??❤️?Maybe also Iboga, Peyote and Huachuma/San Pedro, these tribal or so to said ancestral plant medicines.
  18. Be careful of parroting what Leo says or anyone, sometimes is easy to just lie/delude yourself. +1
  19. You’re addicted to Leo to the point of what brother? You check out his stuff everyday? His posts here on the forum? For me Leo is just a human being with his insights, around the beginning of his channels (how deal with a break up video, those times) sure I guess I was in a similar place, I would not miss a new video but now I watch from time to time. I don’t know a step by step map for let go a little bit more of Leo’s content but to rather go outside or keep focus on your Life Purpose. Almost daily I work outside with my ipad so I tend to meet new people almost everyday that it made me clear that everyone has different perspective about how to approach life or how to do certain stuff. Spiritual-wise sure, I listen to him sometimes but I also listen to other people and podcasts, also thanks to psychedelics I could come up with my own conclusions and my personal insights. So again for me he is a unique person on his own way brother, so do you and others.??❤️?
  20. @Jahmaine I don’t think there should be a need to be recorded, in my eyes that is like for entertainment purposes depending the intentions, if you want to educate people, leave a lesson, etc. If I have a problem with my neighbor then I’ll just go and talk to him personally. In this case sure they are far away from each other so maybe I’ll try to chat first, if it seems limited for us to understand each other then we’ll talk by phone. Using the Connor situation for example, they talked each other by phone and that’s it, the forum seems to be more calmed after that and so both of them I assume, this could happen here too. For @Leo Gura @AdeptusPsychonautica, I’ll suggest to have a call each other if you feel like, no need to be recorded. You have nothing to lose except well, spend some minutes talking each other and try to find a common ground, that’d be my compassionate move, much love for you both.❤️???
  21. Not the goose Leo , but the act of the animation itself. Nvm really, he survived 3 hours of looking at porn lol, I couldn’t.
  22. This is NOT helping OP lol. Be brave brother!??
