  1. very amazing and courageous post. remember don't be too hard on yourself, and view things in a gradient, rather then black and white. you have a portion of negative energy of discrimination inside you, you've done well to identify it. as you work it out you'll be able to embody higher qualities of love, you will enlighten more, good luck
  2. your desire to not believe is proof that you're already not believing. if you didn't believe it you wouldn't desire to stop believing it. belief is like a gradient, there's doubt, then there's many different shades of believing, then there's knowing. the first stage, doubt is a void between different beliefs,it's like trying to tune yourself, then you have the beginnings of beliefs, which is where you're at. desire to belief, is the beginning of belief, you're not doubting anymore, you know what you want believe and you want to let it come down to your reality, you don't want to believe, you want to know without any doubt, that you're worth of being accepted. recognize that you're already believing. what did you do to start believing? nothing, it's effortless. you recognized something you desired, something you know is beneficial to your being. to change belief is to change your awareness. your awareness changed effortlessly, belief is effortless. you can't manufacture awareness, you can't ''do'' anything. you became aware of something and it entered your life, that's it, it's automatic. there's nothing more to do, you're already doing fine, as time goes, you will believe more and more automatically, just trust the process. recognize that you're already believing, relax into that mindset, to relax into your belief is to make it grow, the more you're comfortable and used to the idea that you're already believing, the more you will believe, till you can feel it with absolute certainty, till you know it. that's how belief works. know that you already believe, till your belief becomes what you know
  3. where is the problem? your annoyance is the essence of your transformation, the proof that your entire being is paying very attention to the ego and it's chit-chatting. you are a thousand miles in front of people who don't even notice their ego. attention is as powerful as a nuclear reactor, nothing can last under your attention. you're already doing perfect, as you keep paying attention to the ego, as you keep being annoyed with it, it will be deconstructed. but the ego is an immense thing, you are taking on the pain of an entire civilization, the ego is not something that's part of you. don't expect the ego to disappear overnight, have respect for it, almost everyone on the planet is under it's influence, and many generations were....what you're doing is absolutely amazing, so be patient, be appreciative. be grateful that you're annoyed with the ego, the annoyance itself is the healing process, there's nothing more to do, just sit back and watch it fall like a desert slowing losing its grains of sand , your annoyance is the wind blowing them away
  4. love is unconditional, it's an act of being. love is our true nature. how can you love unconditionally without love being your nature?if love is not your nature then you cannot give it unconditionally, you'd be trying to get something, to pretend deep down we are love, and that's why we imagine someone to be fully enlightened we imagined them to be beings of immense love. love is beyond the thinking mind. it's beyond reasons, status, qualifications.... It's easier to understand love when we look at animal relationships. People love their pets...do they love their pets because of a specific reason? because the pets dress nice?because the pets wear the latest fashion, because the pets have nice muscles, because the pets are cool?because the pets have a lot money? no, they love them because they are there, period, no condition, as pets have no ego the relations we have with our pets are sometimes more pure then the ones we have with our fellow humans. you don't expect your pet to go to college and be disappointed if it doesn't, unlike some parents towards their children. love is about loved just for being there, just for existing, that is true love. someone is there, you love them simply for being there there's a tree, you love the tree cause the tree is there. and why wouldn't you love the tree for being there? if you love someone just for them existing, there's not a single condition placed upon them, they're entirely free to do what they want, you'll still love them. people will absolutely love you when you're able to make it to that stage and radiate such a pure love full of freedom and affection. this is absolutely not pretend ....it is possible to love people that much, purely, genuinely, where you feel completely grateful and fulfilled to see a 'stranger' on the street. To feel a deep instant connection to person you never saw before,as if that person was always part of your family. I'm certainly not at that stage fully but I'm getting the glimpses of it here and there, so I know it's possible.
  5. always see things in a gradient how resistant were you when you first started? how resistant are you now? how huge is that difference? now imagine that same decrease of resistance, between before and now, in a future setting like now and now in like 6 months. if you managed to decrease the resistance so much why wouldn't you be able to keep doing it? you can obliterate that resistance if you want to, slowly, gradually , and you could go beyond resistance....to the point where you approach meditation in an entirely new way. as you keep decreasing resistance what would resistance turn into? once you make it past that point where there is no resistance? that point of zero resistance a negative feelings turns positive, try to imagine the positive polarity of resistance and aim for that. your imagination is your limit.
  6. One thing I've noticed is my spiritual growth is constant rising and falling. From hope to despair, to hope to despair.. I've been trying a find a way to rise constantly without falling but after my last fall I realized that even though I've fallen so much before, I've advanced a lot...so maybe failure is alright. Maybe real progress can be made not in focusing on your success, but at that critical threshold where you fall, give up. Progress in falling and rising. getting better at getting back up on your feet when you fall, when you've failed once more to do what you wanted, whether it is to get out of a habit, to get a hold of a certain emotion or negative thought. I once saw someone describe spirituality as two steps forward and one step back. To live and die, each time you lose hope and regain it, to rise from your ashes like a phoenix. I guess it's a post about accepting failure, not only as a part of life, but a part of your being, it might be the very way you work, to achieve and to fail, but you have to be able to be conscious enough to see that beyond the failure you're still advancing, that you're advancing thanks to the failure, that it serves a function. so to be able to see the worth in failure, and despair, to not be afraid of these things. the better you accept the feelings, the more you can learn from them and move on. That to me is the picture of a spiritual being having a human, all encompassing of all the emotions, we try avoid our bad feelings, maybe we should just see them in another way. but for that you have to truly see, that failure is a essential part of growing up instead of something holding you back
  7. my advice, always follow the joy, follow what feels good. you do not ''need'' any specific spiritual practice to grow, there's no meditation that is so important that you can't grow without it. you are free to chose how you evolve, as you want it. one can try to awaken spiritually in a hardcore way by going hard, facing negative feelings as much as possible and that's fine if you're beginner and you're desperate to advance but ultimately the goal of enlightenment is to feel good. one has to keep that in mind, and ultimately the task to feel good will fall upon yourself, that's enlightenment. you'll be responsible to make yourself good, so the habit of going hard and pushing yourself because you're chasing something is never going to get you there. I think some people might be lost in this, thinking they can go as hard as possible till they reach a spiritual breaking point and boom, eternal bliss and happiness. That's not how it happens, that's too easy.that's why people fall in and out of enlightenment. going hard is easy, going slow is not the sooner you realize that you have to get rid of suffering yourself,it's not gonna fall out of spiritual sky, the more seriously you'll take your good feelings. you have to cultivate a state of good feelings, and that's only possible if you start paying attention to what feels good
  8. I used to force myself to meditate when I started my path of spirituality and it had great effects. I think when you're not very much in touch with your natural self and you have all this dense energy trying to get you somewhere to force yourself to face your own mind is effective. For me now this changed, and instead of planning my meditation I let it come to me when I feel I need it. And I certainly stopped forcing. If I meditate it's to ground myself, to calm down the energies, to let new energies sink in. Whereas before I meditated just to be able to open my third eye, just to be able to familiarize myself with my own energies, with what was going on. There are many kinds of meditation and some are more useful depending on where you are. Nowadays I practice mostly moving meditation. Awareness at most times. When there's no immediate need to think, I don't. Though I see that meditation enters your life naturally in many forms...like a trip on a bus going to someplace, a waiting line, during a walk...there's always these natural quiet moments that come and give you a chance to meditate, and they're even more intense because they're unexpected.
  9. every single detail in your life serves a purpose. I used to have the same feeling. Being bored by people's conversations. I used to even look down on people, thinking I was smarter then them. I'd take people for sheep, for idiots.... boy was I was wrong, it's gonna sting a bit,but if you find people uninteresting and stupid it's a mirror. there's no way around it, people are literally mirrors. I don't mean in it a bad way, I was stupid myself, to realize that you're doing that is a chance to open your heart to others and grow. to look down on someone is to look down on yourself, quite literally. people are only as interesting as you're able to comprehend. open your heart, start believing that people are interesting and intelligent and the wisdom to actually perceive that will flow down to you. Nowadays for me every conversation holds true meaning, whether it's a random encounter or a friend,I'm always learning. always being amazed by people of all kinds. And I see the huge intelligence in every single person. I assure you, it's there, every single person is amazingly interesting and intelligent. but you have to grow to see that. it's transcending, it's humbling. when I was young I used to look down on fishing. staying near a river all day long waiting for fish to bite?'' tsh how boring!'', I'd say. now I understand I was fooled by appearance, what does a fisherman see, what does he feel when he fishes? he could see and understand things beyond my imagination. you see as much complexity in things as your spiritual level allows you to.
  10. this picture is called ''show yourself''
  11. no source but my own my experiences, my own growth. remember your inner self is your greatest teacher, your intuition is your sense of wisdom, your higher self, to trust yourself is to cultivate it love is also a great teacher, only from a perspective of love can understanding flourish, fear is misunderstanding
  12. you might be stuck in a conditioned pattern. you have to give your soul space to breath. are you keeping up this routine without allowing a single break? repeat after repeat? that's very constricting. if you can't allow a routine to stop for a short while then the routine is an identity prison. it should be perfectly ok for you to have a day or a week where you do none of these things if you don't feel like it. I'll share this tip; in order to be good at working hard, you need to be good at relaxing hard you can't expect yourself to keep working hard and going a hundred percent all the time. if you can't allow yourself a break, you can't allow yourself to unleash your full potential. if you can't allow failure, you can't allow success. the deeper the ocean, the stronger the waves. everyone knows how to manifest strong waves, how to go hard, but do you know how to go easy?how to manifest a deep ocean? I would focus on that as well.
  13. to awake is to not stop playing the game of life. you incarnated as a human for a purpose, you wanted all these desires. to enlighten is to realize you don't need the desires, you are complete without them. you can see this as a return to the source but then you realize you still came here to do things, you still came here to play. from the source you go back into creation I like this quote : ''before enlightenment, play sports, eat, sweep the floor'' ''after enlightenment, play sports, eat, sweep the floor'' What changes is the way you view desires. you should never take your desires as something that will complete you but you shouldn't reject them either. if you feel like you're in pain if you don't get a certain desire, you're too attached. it should literally feel like a game, a very fun and light game. Don't get a certain desire? who cares you're complete! get one? yay! nothing changed, you're just playing around. you have to keep in mind you're a God, nothing can complete you, any desire is merely you playing around, so don't take anything seriously. the faster you detach you from your desires, the faster you will get access to them. if you're detached, you never notice when you don't get your desires...so you only notice when you get what you want, meaning you're always getting everything you want. you're immortal...you will realize every single of your desires and more, it's inevitable that everything you ever want, will happen. to detach is to transcend time, every desire will come in time, and if you don't notice the time between the desires you are always getting what you want
  14. the moment he got angry he stopped trying to help you. this was a struggle of identity , for the psychologist. Many psychologists are actually open to spirituality and some aren't. I think it's important to keep perspective. Like he said, he did help you start reading again so I assumed he did help you in some ways. It's important to understand this, no teaching is perfect, and no teacher is perfect. As you evolve you meet new teachers, and you need new teachings, but that doesn't mean the previous teacher or teaching was bad, on the contrary it helped you move forward to where you are. there always come a point where things need to move on. You have to see things in a nuanced way, this person is not being of help to you now, this person even exploded on you.But he was of help before. I'd be grateful that this happened. It's your higher self guiding you. Now you can make a new choice, take on a new path. You can find a new teacher or teaching. A new psychologist or maybe you feel you don't need a psychologist anymore. You could also feel like there are still things to learn from this man and continue seeing him, it's all up to you and how you feel. Can you see the beauty in what happened? I really find it interesting. suddenly your psychologist burst out and releases his inner identity struggles, shows you his vulnerabilities, shows you his weakness, literally shows you that he's got nothing left to teach you anymore. In your position I'd seriously rejoice! things in your life are moving forward, accelerating, But again don't take this as an opportunity to look down on someone, a teacher or a teaching will always become obsolete, because you will always move on to bigger and newer things in your journey. It's important to keep respect for the things that helped as you move on. respect the way your psychologist helped you, forgive his outburst, or even be thankful to it, as you now decide where to go.
  15. communication happens on an energy level, a subconscious level. if you want to help people you will not try to shoot them down and prove them wrong at every turn. understand that you are constantly vibrating an unique energy, you're in constant communication with others. Others can sense every one of your intentions subconsciously. What is your intention when you talk to others? Do you send out inviting waves of ''your opinion is completely fine, I see no issue with it, but I think this new perspective could possibly help you, you can take it or you can leave it, either way it's fine'' This is a very inviting and loving to actually help people. It's all in your intention. If you're sending out waves like this : ''you're wrong, and I know what's right, you need to listen to me if you want to be better, and if you don't something critical will happen in your life, you won't advance, I'm right so you absolutely need to take my perspective.'' Do you see the difference? the energy in the second part is completely dominant, it's not inviting, and it doesn't leave room for free will. In the first example you let the person chose. both intentions are an invitation to a new perspective but in an entirely different way;
  16. You're already perfect in every way. It may have taken you many lifetimes or just one, who knows, to start seeing the truth behind the illusion of the mind. And it was no coincidence, all your doing up until now brought you here, to this open-mindedness you have. And that's fine, it's not about getting there, it's about the journey. The world is perfect as it is, the universe is infallible, it's infinitely intelligent. Society is perfect as it is. There's nothing wrong with it and there never was. There's nothing wrong with people who aren't self-actualizing. To be enlightened is to start seeing beyond pain and suffering. Beyond life and death, beyond duality. See beyond ''I'm at this stage and she's at this stage, he's there and I'm here, I'm above he's below..'' Everything is inherently neutral.Meaning everything is fine.Everything is perfect. The resistance you feel towards the state of society, towards your own state is guidance. The bad feelings are merely guidance to where you need to go. That doesn't mean there's something inherently bad going on. Bad feelings guide you to good feelings which guide you to new places in your journey as an immortal being. To be enlightened is to see as the universe sees, death and suffering, the things we resist the most, have their place in the universe otherwise they wouldn't exist. You may not be able to understand why these things have their place in life, because you're not at that spiritual level yet. But you can imagine there could be a reason, you can be open-minded to the idea that there is a good reason. This is trust, it's putting your trust in the universe. Trust that these things have their place in life, that everything has its place in life, from the most innocent child to the most violent murderer. You don't understand what the violent murderer is doing here, but you can trust. What's the meaning of a violent murderer in a cosmic play where everyone is immortal? maybe we don't know it yet But trust. Trust is the bridge between higher self and lower self. It's being open to higher possibilities. infinite possibilities. You've learned so much on your journey so far. Until you've actually reached the spiritual state where you can merge with all that is, with the universe itself, which will be in a journey as long as eternity, you're gonna have to be able to deal with the fact that some things you won't be able to know their meaning but that doesn't mean you should judge them, you should trust in infinite intelligence. To judge something is to judge yourself;. The judge is the one being judged. To judge is to separate yourself and bring duality into your consciousness. To get back to the main point, you need to have trust in every ''issue'' you seem to have in your life. This trust will allow you to relax. You may have heard that spirituality is not about seeking or chasing, or achieving a new state. You're already completely perfect, you're already divine. So what's it about? It's about releasing constriction, the constriction of illusion. The constriction in itself isn't wrong, the illusion of the ego isn't bad, but you may feel it's time to move to another part of your journey. I repeat there's nothing 'wrong' with not being enlightened, only someone's who's not enlightened would look down on people who are not. To enlighten is to release the chains, to let your deeper self flow through. It's there, just waiting to burst out, but it's constricted by fear. That's why I call enlightenment an exercise of relaxing. Relaxing all of your fears, so that you may flow naturally. It can only be done this way. If you're already perfect as you are, there's no stage, no state to reach. It's important to realize how you're changing. You're not adding to yourself, you're just trying to relax. Enlightenment IS this realization. There's nothing you need to do or change. As a result of this realization you will change, but you won't change because you're trying to reach a new state. You'll change because you'll naturally relax into yourself, you'll finally let go of all the stress of trying to be something you're not and reach bliss, reconnect with your fully natural self. So to recap it enlightenment is not about changing through actually changing yourself, it's about relaxing yourself. a deep relaxation into deeper levels of yourself, you can relax yourself into a state of absolute magic and bliss...but for that you have to actually fully believe that you are fine and perfect just the way you are right now. this very second as you're reading this, you're already completely perfect and complete. And this is where the fight against the ego will come in, with millions of reasons as to why you're not fine. that's why fear is the ultimate enemy, your chains are made of fear. any thought, any idea, any concept that is making you feel like you're lacking something in your life is wrong,it's an illusion, a chain. anything that is making you feel afraid is absolutely detrimental to your spiritual evolution, do not believe in fear. feel it, let it go, but don't believe in it. don't believe in ideas that make you afraid. and if you fear something you don't understand, trust in the universe. you are completely connected to an universe of infinite intelligence....simply trust, there's no need for you to understand! you're effortlessly linked to infinite intelligence, trust, let go , relax,..you don't need to understand everything right now, just enjoy. stop fearing, relax, enjoy.
  17. there is never rejection; there's only suffering in it's thousand forms. everyone seeks love, everyone is love. someone's who's not able to be their free natural loving self is suffering. if someone rejects you, gives you a cold or intense look, it's not personal. do you think they would act towards you in that way if they were fully enlightened? They wouldn't right? It's never about you, it's about their pain, don't take it personally. Strive to see the good in people, beyond their current pain. It's undeniable that every human being just wants to be happy and in that state of happiness share their love with everyone. be compassionate for people who suffer of ego issues. it's really never about you, people reject themselves first, then they reject others. I can assure you the cold look, the intense look, they give themselves looks that are way more colder and intenser then that. what you see , what you perceive is merely the surface of what's going on inside themselves. don't take it personally. don't identify with the ego game of being validated by others, being rejected and rejected. the game never existed , and if you feel rejected it's a mirror for the fact that you probably reject yourself on some level. How would you look at the situation if you were completely enlightened? can you imagine that?how you perceive their reaction? would you take it personally?I'm sure you can imagine the mindset. that's why the thing about people being mirrors is absolutely true, every belief system you have, you'll recognize it in other people. the more you grow spiritually the more deeper you'll understand people
  18. it's important to understand the process of thinking. when you're lamenting the past you might think you have valid reasons to feel bad, and that these reasons make you feel bad. What actually happens is, you feel bad, then your thoughts make up reasons as to why you feel bad. bad beliefs, lead to bad feelings, lead to bad thoughts. you can make your future a hundred times as good as your past. which is why you need to let go of the past. all I can say trust your higher self. Your higher self is in control of your reality and it's trying to teach you something. but I can tell you right now what it's trying to teach you. get rid of bad beliefs. isn't there any way you can phrase what's going on in your life but in a way that actually reassures you? Would you say this to a friend? Would you tell someone their past was amazing and that now they have nothing to live for and they have no hope? Would you actually ever tell someone that? If the answer is no, then why tell that to yourself? We think we can get a free pass to beat on ourselves, to be emotionally violent about yourself, but that's just a big no, it's not how this works. Do this and you will not advance. You need to see how you treat other people you respect, and treat yourself in the same way. It's a matter of practicing the basic decency that you shows towards others, also towards yourself. There's no way around it. Spirituality is exercising that positivity muscle. You don't want to do it. You're tired, you're in fear, but it's the only thing and it's the only thing that will make you move forward. It's shitty to start believing in yourself when you don't, it hurts, but as you keep it up, push through the pain of disbelief, you'll reap results. Treat yourself as you would treat your own kid if you had one. Would you constantly remind your own kid about his mistakes and regrets, and how he's not doing anything worthwhile? It's insanity right? What kind of parent would do that? we'd all hate such a parent. that's what bad feelings are in a sense, they're the result of you hating how you act toward yourself. good feelings are the result of you loving how you act towards yourself. Everything you say in your head is for reals. It's not a joke. we think we are good persons, but if you're in head beating yourself down ,telling yourself you'll fail, only pointing out your mistakes and regrets, you're an emotionally violent and toxic person towards yourself. And the result is shitty feelings all the time. It's hard but you have to learn to take your own side. So what if it might not work out, so what if it might fail? let the world try to prove you wrong, let the world try to point out your mistakes, let the world push you down, but never yourself. Always believe in your success, believe in standing up, believe in absolute victory, never back down. You always have to take your own side. be absolutely vicious in taking your own side, in believing in yourself, and the energy of life will flow straight into you.
  19. Death is a human emotion. What do you feel when you think about death? Doesn't it bring up an intense feeling? An intense fear, sadness, feeling of destruction? We tend to view death as a one-time event in our life. But it's constantly with us, it's an human that you carry deep inside you, and the proof is that you can recall it at any moment. Just think about dying and you will feel the emotion. We are emotional beings. And I think death is the emotional translation of the valley between your spiritual identity and your human identity. You are an immortal eternal being. There's no death. There's merely a space between truth and illusion. Referring to this space, fear. Fear, I think is the emotional translation of misunderstanding. We view misunderstanding as an objective failure, a result of ignorance or lack of knowledge. We don't really view misunderstanding in an emotional way. But it is. Fear is literally misunderstanding. You fear, because you're not understanding something, you're not understand the truth behind what you fear. You fear death because you don't understand it. You fear the other because you don't understand the other. You fear the future because you don't understand what will happen in it. Misunderstanding is literally an emotion that hurts us, that feels horrible. I can testify that as soon as you actual understanding things, as you start gaining higher knowledge fear disappears. And I'm starting to get I was never ''afraid''..how can an immortal being be afraid? Fear is merely the signal button that is telling you that you're misunderstanding something. Feel fear towards something? you're not understanding that something. be open-minded to gaining a new insight about that specific something. Be ready to drop the idea that you think that you actually understand it and that fear is rational approach to it. Fear is never a rational approach as a result of an objective conclusion. Fear is misunderstanding. You don't need fear to know you're in danger and to move out of the way. you don't need fear to grow spiritually, shortly put, never believe your fears
  20. What is spiritual growth? Deep down you are the infinite one, you are god and you know everything about the universe and how it works. You already know everything, deep down, yet you're on a level where you don't have access to your knowledge. so what is spiritual growth? It's merely being open to knowledge and new ideas. Genuine open-mindedness is spiritual growth. The more open you are, the more of your own knowledge will flow into you. But what is being open-minded? It's acknowledging that you'll never see the big picture. As soon as you think you see the big picture you're closed to new information. How can you see the big picture when the universe is infinite and ever-growing and you're a reflection of that? there is no big picture. No one will never know everything there is to know, because the universe is infinite. There's always more to know, more to discover. The sooner you get that you have to stop beating yourself down for not understanding the big picture, the quicker you'll start understanding the infinite picture.
  21. You can't have everything you desire right now, so that you can practice an abundance of time and patience. I've been holding this investigation in my head about desires lately. What's the meaning of not receiving what we want right now, if our higher selves are in control of our lives, why would they not grant us our immediate desires? Isn't happiness the key to growth and love? But the thing is, we'd get what we want, but we wouldn't be able to savor it, to appreciate it to its full potential. Our inner time clocks are very short. We're not fully aware of our divinity, so we see life in a small way. We'd jump from desire to desire, consuming it without really getting as much out of it as possible. You'd say who cares about getting more out a desire? you simply want your desire. But look what happens if you have a desire and you're aware that you're eternal and that time does not exist. You could live in an average day the entirety of a week or a month. If you really understand the illusion of time, there's no such thing as hours or minutes or day you could fit what we now deem to be an ''hour'' an entire day worth of experience, beyond that an entire weeks worth of experience. How is that possible? it's only possible to understand when you really start to understand how time dissolves and how it really, but really does not exist. See how if you have that ability, you could savor your desire in a completely different and more fulfilled way, not only do you literally a hundred times more out of your desires, your experiences, but you can also move faster across your desires, the more time your pour into your life, the more time you have to enjoy a desire and get satisfaction out of it and move to an entirely new desire. Whereas before it would take you a year or 3 years to fully experience the extent of a big desire, it can now be done in a month for example. But that month, will be filled with 3 years of worth of time or even more if you can slow down your inner hourglass. In that way you can fit several lifetime's worth of experiences in one single lifetime. That is how you ascend as an immortal spirit in your reality, by stretching your time. And the sky is the limit, so I leave it up to your imagination. If you had all your desires right now, you wouldn't be able to practice an abundance of time, because you'd have nothing to wait for. If you have an intense desire and you long for it because you don't have it yet it's a perfect moment to practice an abundance of time. ''I am an immortal spirit, I live for billions of years, that desire will inevitably come to me in time.'' Then you might think : ''but I don't want to wait a billion years, I want it within this lifetime damn it!'' But then you're not identifying as an immortal spirit, if you have a billions of years to live, where's the rush? How can there be any rush? try to think about this. why rush yourself about any desire if you're immortal? The only possible hurdle is that you're not fully identified as being immortal.you don't fully believe yet you have a billion years to live. In order to realize that you are immortal, that can you live for a billion years, you need to be able to have the patience of a billion years. You have to be able to wait for something, as long as it takes. Whether it comes within this lifetime or the next. This doesn't mean your desires will come to you in the far future, on the contrary, the more patience you have, the more you're identified with your real identity, the more you ascend, the more powerful you become, so the quicker you will manifest what you what. that is what's so subtle about spirituality. The more you're willing to wait for something, the faster what you want will come to you. so that's what amazing about not receiving what you want right now, you actually get to reconnect with your immortality by practicing patience. but again, it doesn't mean you won't get what you want, the quicker you understand the lesson your higher self is trying to teach, and that is be patient,be immortal, the quicker you'll get what you want What helps is to see it in a concrete way : you're already immortal, what is simply is...so what is actually going on, what is the higher self trying to teach you? I think it's the constructs that we made in our mind. You're not going to change from mortal to immortal, but from a fake sense of time to your original divine sense of time. If we're already immortal what is identifying with a human lifetime? It's being aware of what a 60 or 100 years feels like. We're aware of it because we practice and base all our decisions around that amount of years. In order to reconnect with our immortality we have to be aware of immortality, aware of a million years, of billions, of infinity. You can only do that by practicing that sense of time with your decisions in your life. If you shift your view from a lifetime to a million years you'll reconnect with your immortality. So whenever you ''rush'' to do something, to get somewhere, to attain a desire, to catch a bus, whenever you feel rush or you rush yourself you're practicing a fake sense of time. Ask yourself this : 'Is this worth rushing for?is this worth stressing over'' ''How is this going to change my life over the course of a billion years?what makes it so important, that I, a being that lives for that long, have to rush myself at this moment?'' There's never ANY reason to rush for anything, ever. If you manage to practice this the next time you feel rush, in any sort, towards a desire, a destination a person, to simply calm yourself, get back at your own pace, you will rise spiritually very fast. Your 'own pace' , where you don't feel any stress, is your divine sense of time. When you feel like things go too slow, it's a distortion between your divine sense of time and your fake sense of time. Things feeling slow is very good, it means you're literally slowing down your inner clock and pouring more time into your life. The feeling of things going too slow is exactly what you feel when you're stretching your sense of time, just stick with the feeling, it will pass, and before you know it your days will feel longer.
  22. We've all heard it before. ''You're perfect just the way you are.'' Well that doesn't change what is right? You're suffering, and you want it to stop right, being perfect doesn't change the fact that you suffer and that you're unhappy. So for those who like to be real let's see enlightenment in a concrete way. Why do you suffer? Because you do things that feel bad, things feel bad because they do not bring you closer to enlightenment, they not do follow the guidance of your higher self. Why do you do things that feel bad? Because you misinterpret your own feelings, you think you're doing something which makes you feel good, but in reality it's making you feel bad. It's not common for people in this society to not know what feeling good actually means anymore. And that's why so many people are lost. They think what they strive is making them feel good but it's not, it's making them feel like shit. So how do you know if something will make you feel bad or good? How do you get back in touch with your good feelings? First of all, anyone who is not enlightened is like a drug addict. Yes, a drug addict. It's time to get your ego's out of the way. Just like an alcoholic, or a drug addict, when they drink alcohol or take drugs they feel good. Is anyone going to deny that? They wouldn't be addicted to those substances in the first place if they didn't get a 'good feeling' out of it. Everyone who's not enlightened has their own form of drug addiction. It's confusing pleasure with actually feeling good. It's like the difference between the climate and the weather. You can live in a cold climate but have sunny days, but that doesn't change that you live in a cold climate. That's what pleasure is, it's like the weather, it comes and goes but it doesn't change the climate. Are you trying to change the weather or the climate? If you do something that makes you feel 'good' for a period, but it doesn't have permanent lasting effects on your mood long after the activity is done or worse you feel bad or crave it, then it's pleasure. It's addiction. It's not a good feeling. It's the weather. Do you want a sunny day in a cold climate or a entirely different climate altogether. A climate of joy and magic? Recognize when you're chasing the weather. And recognize those activities that change the entire climate. It requires paying attention to how you feel all the time. Let's say you visit a good friend that you love much. It goes well. You feel energized after the visit. That's a good vibe activity. Or you follow your passion, dancing or making music, programming, whatever it is, if you feel like the activity is having lasting-effects on your life and your mood long after it, positive lasting-effects then that's a real good feeling.
  23. love the joy in your post! what better way to evolve spirituality then to do it with fun!
  24. id like more discussion on this, to be no-thing. to not be a thing, well what is a thing? an object, a form, a body, a thought, I think what describes a thing is that it can perish. Temples get destroyed ,bodies age and die, emotions pass, thoughts pass, people come and go...I think the nothingness is what remains unshaken throughout all this. Our perception, our awareness is the only thing that is persistent. We've never not been aware. It's who we are. So to identify with simply being aware of things is to be nothing. To identify is to be content, to feel completely fulfilled just being aware, which requires the emptiness of ideas and desires we think are a part of us, but are not. Desires are an outward motions, ideas are expressions of ourselves, both are creations of ourselves, but if one wants to be happy he should not identify with his creations, but with himself, the creator. The awareness that creates. Ironically to ascend you have to let go of the creations you love and desire so much. It's sort of counter-intuitive because we want to create, we want to fulfill our desires. But perhaps before we can do that, we should first realize our identity as a creator, and that means putting ourselves before any sort of outward desire. To be nothing.
