  1. true, what happens is what happens, whether I call it consciousness leaving the body or consciousness changing vibrational frequency and changing the hologram. in a sense what I mean by leaving your body is that you're not being as consciously focused on this physical reality with your current body in the center of it, you're more consciously focused. this is my mindset if for one let's say there is a person that views the universe and himself as a body with consciousness living in an universe with it's own consciousness, then there is another person that views itself as being one consciousness with everything, then there is another person that isn't even spiritual and sees life as a body with one single life surviving on a planet. to me these are all true, there is no conflict between these, for the universe is infinite even in its truths, everything is possible. and these truths can live in complete harmony and that is our powers as creators and explorers, we not only worlds but we explore consciousness itself. we can each explore and taste this world as we view fit, whether one considers it all one consciousness, or everyone with different consciousness or just physicality. it is the abundance of infinite creation and exploration that allows this. so for me the truth is not ''the truth'', the truth is merely a way to experience reality as you wish to experience it, if we keep that in mind, that even consciousness itself is a tool of playing we could one day come to enjoy ourselves doing amazing things. who knows in my far spiritual future what sort of consciousness I can enjoy? living life being conscious of 4 bodies with their unique personalities at once? living life being conscious of being the wind? being conscious of a planet? being conscious of light? being conscious of a personality living in the future and one in the past at the same time? the possibilities are endless being conscious of all that is at once? probably not for the next billion years
  2. for those who don't consider dreams to be real, it seems like nonsense but to me you pretty reincarnate every night when the most of your consciousness leaves your body to do its astral travels, its exploration in realms and planes beyond this one... you live multiple lives every night in the multiple stages on dreaming. dreaming is literally your consciousness leaving your body to go do other stuff on other planes. so you have already a massive amount of ''reincarnations'' and ''past lives'' that you barely remember, yet you do this everyday effortlessly.
  3. you raise very valid points, it is natural that things goes like this, I cannot communicate with verbal language exactly what is I'm doing and exactly how I feel towards others. I use enlightenment in a very fluid way, it is true that in the scope of the community of self-actualization, lightwork, spiritual awakenings, that enlightenment has a few objective criteria. it was in all in my aid and to many that are trying to take this path to use this definition of enlightenment like this so that we can get pointed in the right direction; ultimately though it is only a signpost, a guidance, to me enlightenment in my personal definition now is deep connection with what is, true acceptance with what is going on right now, to flow with life so what I mean to express with enlightenment is that everything is ok as it is, I consider enlightenment the state of being where one is harmony with the universe, if I call everyone enlightened then I mean to express that everyone is in harmony with the universe. if I allow in my awareness the perspective that everyone that I see is in complete harmony and already perfect in every way, there will never be conflict in my awareness again. this to me, is entering the grounds of non-duality consciousness, I cannot separate my own consciousness from the consciousness of others. if I am fine so to speak, then everyone else is fine too, and if we're all fine, the label fine, stops to mean anything, we simple are. but I used the label of enlightenment to specifically offer more information on what I mean
  4. to address fear of death is a very big part of enlightenment, it's the main reason why we resort to our mind and distrust our inner self It seems that when talking about acceptance is it that fear that surfaces for you. Acceptance doesn't lead to death, but it leads you to face your inner fears. the very thought of acceptance puts you in front of your main fear in life, it is a chance for you to eventually address this fear of death
  5. and I hope they interpret it this way. acceptance always leads to love, which leads to a connection with the self. I see that you are afraid that accepting laziness and complacency leads to degeneration. on this I disagree
  6. no, what did you do, to spark the desire to balance this addiction? what did you do , to get to a point where you wanted to change? because one moment you're doing these things, and the next you see them as an addiction that needs to be moderated, what did you do to switch from the first to the second?
  7. we are immortal multi-dimensional timeless spirits, our very life is our purpose. how funny is it to see a child, a dog or an old man on the street. it is all a play, a joyful child is not a joyful child, it is a spirit playing a joyful child, a dog is not just a dog, it is a spirit playing a dog. how funny is it to see a spirit of infinite intelligence incarnating a ''dumb'' dude that likes to drink beer all day and shoot at cans? or as a mother that seemingly struggles with her kids. or a spirit incarnating itself as a disabled person, that is courageous. there is no dumbness or struggles, behind every bird, spider, insect, behind everyone you see there lies infinite intelligence and purpose. you're right now playing a human that is seemingly looking for a purpose in life, that is your spirit's purpose, acting like a human that doesn't know what's going on. and why not , it is valid experience. it's all so hilarious when the ego fades and you see that it's all just a play. the bees that flies above you, the pigeon that shits on your car, they're all just as intelligent as you are, we're just playing the game of life. if you're here your purpose is already fulfilled , your very presence is purposeful and full of infinity we are brought up with society ego that teaches us that value comes from improving society be it by entertainment or advancements. from the point of view of the universe, infinite creation, value is in everything, everything that is here is another creation, another blooming of infinity, another facet of reality. what's the value in a lazy dude that does nothing all day? if it wasn't for the lazy dude, we wouldn't have an universe with a lazy dude that does nothing all day , for the universe to be infinite everything has to be explored and created, and every creation deserves respect for that your very presence is the purpose of the universe
  8. did you do anything special to come to a point where you want to balance those addictions? what did you do to come from an unconscious state of addiction, to a conscious state of wanting to change that addiction?
  9. it is one of the most intense natural experiences, there is an insanely intense longing for it in most people. when people have sex they can briefly feel complete again, as one. it is connection to the source to control your sexual energy is core chakra work. we long so much for it that the process of using our sexual energy in harmonious way is very rewarding.. to stop something like smoking or drinking is hard, but to be in harmony with your sexual energy takes some severe introspection. enlightenment is pretty intense....I had times when resisting my urges wasn't just hard, it was flatout torture, like being daggered in the heart, times where my longing for sex was so intense I was thinking of killing myself. but it was normal, as you purge these beliefs that you need another human being to feel good and complete you get super sensitive to the suffering your belief is causing. not to help that my third eye is wide open, the further I go, the more divinity I see in the physical world, so women look like pure goddesses and models compared to the women I used to see before my path of enlightenment. so its resisting urges while desire increases and increases, it was just madness,I'm glad I'm starting to get at the end of this
  10. after careful consideration I agree wholeheartedly with your post! you're basically get in touch with the inner layers of reality, the planes and the dimensions , the timeless experiences beyond our conscious awareness, or slipping right under it, but that are still apart of us and our experience
  11. nofap is like a spirituality cheatmode. it is insanely effective for enlightenment
  12. exactly, the difference is always in the consciousness, if you are doing these things unconsciously then no that is not good. but if you are very conscious of your intent to enlighten, you are conscious of your desires to advance, and your instinct is guiding you these things then let it happen. can't you see how absolutely wonderful this is? the beauty of it, it feels like letting yourself go, like you're giving up on your life, and just by doing these ''unproductive'' activities can we invite this feeling of life threat. just by these quite innocent activities really can you feel your ego being threatened to death. feel the sheer ridiculous immensity of your feelings involved just because you are doing these small activities. what's wrong with tv, porn, internet, food, video games? you are dabbling in culture, art, sexuality, you are living like no human being has ever lived before...people couldn't do this a thousand years ago, your lifestyle is amazing and IS worth exploring. why else would you do this?if not that there is amazing things to be discovered? but you have to be able to get past the society ego that is screaming shame and laziness. you are literally the one upholding your reality, nothing in your life came into your hands by luck, you are sustaining reality, every instant of your life is yours, you don't owe anyone anything. contribute to society? each of us is upholding the very fibres of physical reality with our spirit, we are not our bodies , we are the environment, what more do you need to do? what more do you need to prove? you are free to relax and do whatever the F you want. we are gods if thats porn and video games for now on your list , honestly let it be as it, explore, take your time to enjoy. how will we enjoy greater things, divine realms and experiences, when we can't even enjoy being lazy and doing these small ''unproductive things''. accept, enjoy, and growth will come inevitably, if you are attracted to these things now there is a reason, there are amazing things to be learned,if you want to learn the lesson, look for joy, love and acceptance as the guides
  13. this is consciousness work, it's long but it's definitely worth it ups and downs...I can really relate to that, but haven't you in the meantime made steady progress the thing about this is that it's really weird, you really have to give up on success, on condition, it's not that there's anything wrong with success, but the label itself, putting identity on your life is painful, the label has to be dropped, so that you may simply be, whether that qualifies as success or not, your mind has to be emptied of the meaning of ''success'', and ''good'' and ''bad'' the most honest answer is that the cycle will be broken, when you truely stop wishing for it to be broken. meaning that you have to find ways to accept yourself now without ulterior motive, truely accept, and find solace in your life as it is now. to manage this is to win, it's the key to unlocking unconditional self-love and freedom from suffering, its a bit normal that this will be a long road. but it will only be as long as you resist, enlightenment is infinity. if you were truely able to give up on getting better, and accept your life as it is right now, this very second, to be satisfied with your life as it is right now, you would enlighten immediately. the you that expects results pretty much has to die, whether it's through a thousand stabs of dealing with the pain of expectations or with a sudden realization. or maybe a few more expectations that will hurt will get you there...I definitely don't want you to think this is supposed to be long and hard, enlightenment is always just around the corner, its up to us to figure it out personally but not a single second of suffering is wasted, everytime you suffer, and you stand through it you grow
  14. you've done perfectly. to be this sensitive is all that's needed, as you steal you feel that you are quite practically stealing from yourself. you're far away from a person that steals unconsciously, even doing so with feelings of pleasure. you're stealing but being very conscious of what you're doing, understanding very well that you're hurting yourself. this is core consciousness work and heart chakra work it is inevitable that you will eventually stop this stealing, as each time you do it your heart chakra will make you hurt more and more, this hurting actually being the opening of your heart chakra, a good sign. so bear with the pain, and I know it's enormous, heart chakra work is very painful....but it's worth it. when you'll be done the idea of stealing will never enter your mind again, as you will feel it is literally like stealing from yourself and punching your heart in the chest
  15. you cannot accept your negative and bad habits if you're still hoping for them to go away. embrace them, love them...and who knows eventually you will outgrow them. don't even think about it, it's not even helpful. when you feel that distance, that distance that is true acceptance...so far is it, that you literally have to embrace your bad habits, let yourself go in them, completely, consciously, without monitoring if you're improving, without observing if the bad habits are being replaced, it is total surrender, a total let go of all control.....this is done with the trust in your instinct, the trust that your higher self is planning for you, guiding, so you don't have to keep track, you don't have to plan, you higher self will catch you and the other end of the valley and will make you change, but not because there is something wrong with you. the meaning of change has to be understood you don't change out of fear, out of inferiority, you change out of love. you don't change because there is something wrong with you, you change because you are perfect right now as you are change is the nature of the universe, it is not correction, it is life the universe is in an infinite dance of creation, to create is to be, to change is to be infinitely expanding, infinite creation, change is our property to connect with the nature of the universe is to love who you are right now, love is infinite intelligence, infinite growth which is why you don't have to worry about changing, just love who you are and you will naturally change, literally naturally, what is loved is meant to bloom you're not gonna stop changing if you accept yourself as you are, you will change more then ever, as a flower sprinkled with water...so is acceptance our water to our blooming
  16. enlightenment is never limitation, both successful and unsuccessful people can be enlightened. and I hereby use the term ''successful'' as it is used now in modern society. in spiritual terms everyone is successful just for being here, being another flower of infinity the ''average joe'' that shoots guns and likes to get drunk at bars is just as important as einstein or your favourite president. to see past the flashy parts of life, and see that everything is truely equal is a major lesson. but once you see it you feel it, the truth is there, and it feels good, these are things that cannot be explained, faith is needed, then the understanding lets itself be felt
  17. become proud of your humbleness your pride is a power, it is your immense belief in yourself, use that power in the right ways
  18. great mindset, peace
  19. if you want to investigate your deeper beliefs about life then I may help to investigate your anger, you just have to keep a wide perspective when doing that. you can play around in that way in my opinion, ultimately though, you'll have to stay conscious during your anger, and simply feel it, it's the last step. even if you investigate and discover things about yourself with concepts in the end you will end up having to simply feel it consciously, to learn from it in non-verbal ways, to listen to your anger truely. so in my opinion you will end up doing that anyways, but if you feel like investigating your anger on a mind level and you think you could learn certain things from that about yourself then go ahead, that might be the better way, everything is always relative, the paths to enlightenment are infinite, so follow what feels best! the environment adapts itself to you, just keep the right intention
  20. allow me to disagree with your disagreement my friend. see I believe enlightenment is about being, not about doing. one may watch media in an infinite amount of ways...you can be so many things while watching that media, and in the way you watch it. one can be unconsciously consumed by it, or one can be conscious during it. the way I consume the media is not at all the same as before when I did it unconsciously. I'll give an example of people dancing at a social event. one guy may be dancing but thinking how to approach a girl, one guy may be dancing but self-consciously thinking about how his dancing looks to others, one guy may be on the look out for a good song, one guy may be while dancing thinking about a distant memory, one guy may be while dancing be reminded of a dream by one of the songs, one guy may be while dancing thinking about getting more drunk, one guy may be looking to start a fight, one guy may be comparing the way certain people dance and their movements....my imagination is not nearly extensive enough to describe the infinite amount of states of can have during the activity of dancing. this applies to anything. you cannot put a tag of enlightenment on certain activities and not on others. would enlightenment really be as limited that it is impossible to consume modern media in an enlightened way? isn't enlightenment something that comes from inside rather then outside? then how can an outside activity prevent an outburst from the inside? everything is always in the eye of the beholder, media is human culture, from it many things can be observed and learned, beyond just mindlessly being entertained, that is my opinion at least
  21. why is a baby so authentic?it doesn't think when does a kid stop being authentic? it starts thinking when are we authentic? when we meditate most thoughts are a distraction, a hypnosis, pulling you away from authentic feelings and acts. do we need to think? how many calculations does our subconscious do automatically as we walk? how many muscles are moved at once in accordance with gravity and terrain? to think is to dumb down, even the best philosopher in the world cannot smile as brightly as a baby, the greatest scientist cannot look with such purity and innocence like a baby does at even strangers. to be joyful is to be in touch with infinite intelligence, to be loving is to be intelligent, therefore the baby is smarter then the scientist and the philosopher combined. our ego's don't like that idea, but a baby is basically the closest thing to enlightened being on earth, a baby arrives on this world with its spiritual perspective and energy and gets dumbed down by our civilization as it grows. to be dumbed down is to grow negative and hostile towards others,it is the hallmark of the absence of the infinite knowledge that we are all one. our ego will have us believe that intelligence looks like seriousness and logic, no real intelligence is joy and love. the one who knows why the universe is as it is, will smile in absolute harmony with it you'd say how can a baby know the truth about the universe,it knows it subconsciously, of course it will not know it in a manmade conscious mindset of verbal debauchery that it will soon learn and adopt so to answer the question of the topic, the less you think , the more authentic you will be.
  22. I do the same....I practice acceptance..while I'm fully aware that I want to do more productive things I let my instinct guide me, and there are days when I do nothing, where my instinct just keeps me pointing towards entertainment and doing nothing.... all the meanwhile I'm very conscious that I'd rather do something more productive. but the thing is,I could if I wanted to ,engage my mind, make plans and force myself to do productive things all the time, very easily..but then I wouldn't be me. I would be ''doing'', I wouldn't be ''being''. I'd rather have that eventually the will to do productive things comes and flows naturally without any effort. for that I have to endure doing things that are not so exciting, things that are not so productive..like watching youtube, then going on 9gag, then watching anime...quite the ''enlightened'' activities right. but enlightenment is not about what one does....even though I have a deep wish to do bigger things in life, my surrender to these small almost senseless activities slowly leaves me with a taste of freedom and authenticity. these are small activities, but they are really my activities. I didn't plan them, I am conscious of a thousand other activities. I could go gather leaves in the forest, I could explore the city,I could socialize,I could learn programming,I could learn a language,I could try to travel,I could ride a bike or try a new sport,I could try to develop a game, or develop a song, I could meditate,I could read....so many things that I'm very conscious of that I could do instead of browsing the internet randomly... but none of them have that real feeling of authenticity. they're just directions my minds wants to take If I feel like doing nothing, watching anime and movies all day, that is a sacred feeling and activity, it's the only activity that feels genuine to me in that moment, therefore it is sacred. is a real direction of my inner being, because out of an infinite amount of activities in life I feel like doing those in that moment. on the surface these activities may seem silly or they may seem to not get you anywhere but to me this is the perfect way to enlightenment. instead of forcing oneself to do activities which your mind deems productive, you learn how to muster that will naturally, how to let these activities flow out of you naturally. this a skill to develop, it is normal that at first it seems dull. so you have two ways, you can either start forcing yourself to do productive activities. or you can wait and be patient, let your body, your inner self, go where it wants, like water flowing down a mountain, it will take the path of least resistance. it may seem like your inner self only goes towards useless activities at first, but as you train this skill it will start flowing towards productive ones. training yourself to naturally drift towards more complex activities takes a lot of patience. both ways are good, whichever feels best to you is the right one
  23. more meditation, when in need meditate. if things keep going the way they are going, then take it as a path of progress, sometimes you need to become more sensible to your feelings, energy blocked inside may need to be felt...perhaps it is anxiety that haven't allowed yourself to feel. don't let the emotions overtake you, always try to be at peace, even when angry or anxious. fatigue may come because you're going through this intense phase. but meditation is always the key
  24. now that's a trip, congratz on getting there. remember, the universe is infinite, there are experiences even beyond that , it's never done
  25. how did you see people when you were 5 years old? how did you see people when you were a teenager? compare this to now... really try to compare your view of people when you were a kid compared to how you view people now, you will quite literally see 2 different kinds of people, 2 different kinds of friends, 2 different kinds of man , of woman, of elders, of heroes, of villains... yet you always lived in the same world, if people simply ''are'' then how can you have a different view of them now as compared to before? as you change, you see people in a different light. < it is undeniable that everyone is unique, but even more the way you see every is unique in itself. its like the world is a set of toys and props, all very unique and different, but we all use these toys and props in our own unique and different way. after a lot of heart work and positivity I now see people in an entirely different light then before, as I have never seen them before and I realize the way I see them is the way I am. I see people in a loving way because I am loving. are people actually loving? that's the freedom of creation coming from a place of depression I know people can be experienced in a very hostile way, a very empty, unloving way, that feels just as real and palpable as my view of the world now. if I had to compare how I felt about people now compared to when I was depressed you could say I was walking with monsters on the street. there is no truth, we create our own worlds
