  1. oh no, do not worry, do not be afraid of your own energy, your can be vastly more powerful and energized, accept that you're afraid but do not believe the fear, this is natural energy, it is yours. there is not a single ounce of this that will hurt you, this is your native energy
  2. if your joy is telling you this then that is true. but enlightenment is such an immense process, always expect more, you will advance and accelerate, imagine how more intenser the energy spikes can become
  3. do you think the ego wants to surrender? it does not want to, so it resists the reasoning that you feel is yours, is the ego's resistance. where does your own innate resistance begins and where does it end in relation to the the resistance of the ego? can you make a difference between your own resistance and the resistance of your ego? who struggles with surrendering? belief is key, this is a psychic landscape, what do you believe in,who you are. the illusion dissipates if you stop believing in it. stop believing in your resistance, believe in your freedom, believe you are surrendering to the highest good/ truth whatever you believe is going on, is going on it takes tremendous responsibility to enlighten, to realize you are responsible for everything that is going on and everything that can go on that is how powerful and gifted we all are, there is no truth in hell nor is there truth in heaven, there is only truth in free choice and creation chose where you want to be, chose what you want your life to be, imagine yourself
  4. I want to add that the feeling of weakness over being skinny has left. as soon as I realized it was my own power, that that feeling was illusory, it left, faded away
  5. it hit me today, I have lost a lot of weight over the past month after not really caring anymore about appearances and trying to maintain some ideal weight. so here I am, much more skinnier then before, and as a man, I have this feeling of weakness streaming over me. I remember the feeling of a body that is more heavier, that feels more powerful in some way, more safe, and here I am now...skinny, more fragile. I'm bathing in this feeling of weakness and it hits me, the violence of feeling so weak, the sheer intensity of it, I recognize how powerful it is. it is the exact same power that made feel so solid and stable when I was heavier. except now I see being skinny as something weak and so I feel the edge of my own power returned against me. but it's still there.I can still feel it. one cannot be without power. if you feel inferior towards others you are feeling the intensity of your own powers returned against you, everything happens inside you. if you feel shy, you feel how powerful you are, if you feel unconfident, feel the violence of that lack of confidence, that is your confidence, that is your power. if you feel ugly, feel the rawness of it, that is your own beauty returned against you. take comfort in how powerful you are. there is always proof of your power. you can never be without power whether you feel good or bad, the bad is as much a testament of your power as the good, if you can feel horrible, you can feel magnificent. take everything as a clue towards your own empowerment. how we feel is really up to us to decide, and for that we have to take responsibility for how we feel. but above all, your power is always there with you, if you feel good, you feel it, if you feel bad, you feel it just as intensely.
  6. knowledge has to be taken less seriously. you already know every single thing there is to know about the universe. on a deeper level you know everything, so what's the point of knowing and discovering new things? simply for fun. don't take it so seriously, unless you find it fun to take it so seriously, your consciousness is yours to play with
  7. to redefine these terms I deem helpful time is not as we think, but more as we experience. our relation to time is more closer then we think, it is not some unmovable flow that drips down with absolute continuity. time is very personal, it is close to our hearts. to build a relationship with time is needed. time is one of our greatest and most magnificent aspects of our being, so connected with who we are we have the typical earthly vision of time, the future comes, the past fades away, and death approaches. time is seen as the increase of the distance between the birth of life and where you are now, an advance to the end of life it is a violent relation to time, time is seen as the sword that hangs over our heads, an unmerciful executioner time is a part of us though, it's one of our many children, it's projected violence merely reflects the inner conflict within our beings a beneficial way to see time ; the future is what you want, it holds all your desires, it holds more of you , its expansion, it's the truth the past is what you don't want, it holds everything you don't want more of here we use time, not as a way to measure our lives, but as a way to direct our attention, to direct it to what we want to see let's say you have a friend, and that friend does something to you that you do not like. now it happened, will you look to the future or the past? will you look at what he did to you over and over again, let it boil your peace inside, or will you look at the future? look at what you want see, you want your friend to be loving, or you want to have loving friends. in this event, a friend doing something bad to you actually made you think and move your attention more towards loving friendships. you can forgive your friend and take this as an occasion to work on a loving friendship or you can simply look for an entirely new friendship. but if you look towards the future you only see opportunity. if you look towards, towards what happened, you only see pain, you only see what you do not want to see it is a common saying that we need to learn from our mistakes from the past to move on, we need to learn from history. do this if you want to dwell in pain and misery and an ironed heart, there is no wall build around the heart that isn't made from its own ripped out flesh. you cannot protect your heart, you can only destroy it,a heart is vulnerable and naive, that is what a heart is. there is no strength greater then being sensible and vulnerable, it's much more easier to be guarded and predicting this saying is one that fits a world where you survive as an animal is an hostile world. this world is supposed to be your playground, therefore it does not make any sense the future and the past can be used as tools to look at your world. ultimately we create the world we see, the world we want to see it serves you no good to ever look at what you do not want to see, leave the past where it is, it has past, it has pasted, let wounds pass, let conflicts pass, if you do not look, they are past. hold your gaze towards the view there, the future, the beautiful view. look at what shines, look at what attracts you the more you look at the future, the one holding the truth of your desires, the more you will see it. time is not an objective force of the universe, time is a psychological tool, a tool of enlightening, the past is a psychic concept, so is the future, a psychic concept. these are tools to navigate your awareness, this are really powerful tools at your disposal to create the world you desire master time, let things be past like the wind passing through, and hold your gaze towards the truth of what you want to see, the sun shining in the sky, till you are enlightened
  8. wonderful share! I loved reading it
  9. yes the mind cannot do anything. do you chose which foot you set first when you start walking? do you chose the first face you look at in a crowd of people? there is an intelligence behind your mind that operates perfectly well without its input, that intelligence is you. learning to operate on that intelligence, bypassing the conscious mind will let you advance in life. the intelligence is so far behind your conscious mind you will have no idea where you are going, what are you doing, the only thing you will know is what you're supposed to do right now, that's it. sometimes I realize only after a few weeks where the actions I've done have been leading me, I start to see the big picture merely a hundred steps after treading the darkness. and by ''I'', I mean my conscious mind. the very idea of ''knowing what you're doing'' is a construct of the conscious mind, anything beyond the limited intelligence of the conscious mind cannot be known, it can only be, you can only be it, I didn't know what was I doing these weeks,I was being what I was doing. and then at some point my conscious mind caught up and started to ''know'' what I was doing. but the knowing part is really unnecessary, it's not even needed in my journey, but I guess its good in a sense that my conscious mind can relate what it knows to your conscious mind. this sort of intelligence, to operate, requires trust. you literally have operate without knowing what you're doing it's your higher self, higher intelligence and it calculates probabilities and circumstances beyond time and space. there's not a single ounce of your ''earthly'' conscious mind that will get to understand how this all actually works. hence the huge internal conflict. you've gotten in touch with your cosmic mind, and you are not used to advancing without knowing the next step, advancing without knowing the plan you have to learn to operate with your cosmic mind you are in darkness but you are being guided you have to learn to drop the concept of ''knowing'', the illusion of it, you already know every single thing you need to know, you are the universe itself, you don't need to know anything consciously to actually go where you have to go.
  10. I'd say they are simply harder then good environments....but consciousness work is so that any power that stands in your way is yours to master. the stronger the challenge the more you will advance when you overcome. so unhealthy environments are hard but they will hamper your enlightenment process. enlightenment is an inside venture, one has to be unmoved by external factors. in the end you will have to be able to be comfortable wherever you are, no matter what the environment.
  11. doing nothing? you are generating the entirety of the world that you live in, every cell, every plant, every human being is being generated in your consciousness by you. one has all the right to do ''nothing'' and be completely happy and fulfilled. the illusion of a world is strong, it's made from infinite intelligence, you're not going to figure out with concepts how the world is unreal when you're being fooled by a magician with an intelligence several billion times more then yours. but if you keep your feelings and your mind open, if you leave space, the feeling will come, of you generating the world.
  12. what I do now every morning I take a few minutes to slowly turn around like a spiral, like a tornado. I do it very slowly so that it's comfortable and it doesn't give me a headache...man the energy that it wakes up! my hands were tingling all over. there's something to this
  13. congratz man!!! well done! great work!! I don't know if you already meditate, but if you couple nofap with some meditation everyday I guarantee you you will feel the energy!
  14. I propose that we hold an actualized.org forum party. In the spirit world, in the inbetween. We can all meet up there when our current lives in the physical dimension is over. We could all celebrate Leo and the people in the forum! Any good ideas for the party?
  15. sleep on time, daylight is such a blessing...such a source of energy. for me positivity does not work, it only makes me think about negativity, if you label something positive then something else has to be negative, just the thought of thinking about my life in a negative way, no matter how small, I'd get depressed. I just endure endure endure, till my consciousness forgets its suffering what is suffering? if there's no one to acknowledge it as such.... there's only life
  16. from what I know there is something like negative enlightenment. souls can chose the path of negativity up until the 5th dimension. but our planet is of a polar positivity, there's only something like a 5 percentage of negatively oriented-souls. Or even lower, it's not really a path for anyone, well almost. Genghis khan is a good example of negative enlightenment, from what I heard he ascended as a soul into higher realms, where he joined negative planetary constellations. Interestingly enough Adolf Hitler was a soul that was positively oriented. So after he died his soul had to go through a huge phase of recollection healing itself from the self-inflicted trauma. I don't buy into solely blaming Adolf hitler for the holocaust anyway. He was as confused as the millions of people who supported and enabled him. sociopaths and psychopaths really interest me. I suspect that someone like Ted Bundy is on the path of negative enlightenment. But there are many sociopaths who chose to cooperate with society and not kill others. So I think even sociopaths can chose the path of love.
  17. do you imagine absolute infinity to have a tiny nagging voice inside its head complaining and comparing things all the time? wondering where it's at, wondering where it's going? wondering if it's doing well? if you want absolute infinity , you have to be it. let go of the inner voice, the inner scenario, meditate your life, be a stream of experience
  18. true, simple steps are very important. I do want to let you know I'm not really talking about thinking, although it seems that way. I try to think the least possible, what I meant is that consciousness works invisibly, even when you're not thinking, when you're not doing anything literally, your consciousness is evolving, and your subconscious is at work so to speak, tuning your behavior and emotions towards helping you reach your goals and desires. as long as you somewhat stay in the present moment and in touch with your feelings of course
  19. yeah that's a good observation. it's definitely easy to get lost in the lust and the relentless pursuit of pleasure in sex. but sex is really not bad in my opinion, it's just the approach to it. either having sex 1) because you have an intimate and affectionate relationship with someone or 2) having sex because you find someone attractive and you feel like feeling good. I think that's a better way to put it. From which place the desire of sex comes. If it's an act of trying to feel better, you feel sort of average and you long for sex, you long for the ecstacy of it then you're trying to escape your dull feelings and get to a better place. This would be sex as an act of moving up into a state that's more pleasurable. I would really see it as an upward movement, trying to get somewhere Then there's the downward movement. Having sex as an expression. an expression of the love between you and someone else. it's not sex for the sake of sex, it just sex as a natural consequence of being in love with someone. In this case you already feel good and complete, you're in love with someone, the sex is not about filling up a void, it's an expression of something that is already there and thus sex flows out from you, it's an expression. Instead of you trying to flow into sex, which is more an act of seeking. but depending on your level of consciousness you might not be ready to commit to only having sex when you feel a really genuine connection...if you still feel there are things to explore in casual sex there is nothing wrong with that either. For all I know random casual sex can certainly fit with enlightenment, but for me at least, personally, it does not fit with my path
  20. I may take me three or four days sometimes to do something simple as my laundry. Meaning that from the day I actually intend to do my laundry, it takes that much time to muster the willpower. It's not that obvious though. Doing the laundry requires a certain amount of consciousness, not much but it does. in the meantime that I'm not doing the laundry my consciousness is trying to figure all sorts of things about life. like my relation to the world, detachment from things and events, detachment from sexual desire, detachment from comfort, detachment from others....there's all sorts of things that are running in the back of your mind. I may not do the laundry for a few days but in the meantime I'm figuring out all sorts of neuroticisms. You need time to do your emotional work, you need time to develop your consciousness, to be conscious about new things, to absorb and learn new processes that bring you closer to enlightenment. real time and real energy are needed for this which is why meditation and doing nothing is great, because you're not doing nothing there is no such thing as not doing anything, it's not because you're not engaged in a physical way doing something that you're not trying to figure your life out. a hundred percent of the time, you are figuring this out, when you sleep, you dream, you're still figuring out. you're doing nothing, you're still figuring it out, the stream of knowledge and consciousness is non-stop. this is invisible to the eye, but it is a real ongoing process that sometimes demands real energy and real time, and if sometimes you feel like you're being ''lazy'' and without motivation, you're not really being lazy, it just means your being is very focused on metaphysical processes and development of consciousness and the resolving of emotional issues. if you're having a hard doing something simple it means you're working very hard on figuring out stuff in your consciousness, you're more focused on working on your frame of reality rather then in it directly. it's better to know that this activity exists, you shape reality from within ,but also from the outside, as reality exists within your consciousness
  21. I remember reading somewhere that for your oversoul the entirety of your life going by is like a second for the oversoul...this relation between psychological time and attention is interesting for me. time is very complex and interesting, time can go by faster and yet the same time can be more abundant. That's the thing with enlightenment, time seems to go by faster, and at the same time it is going by slower. the quantitative property of time passing by, the feeling of how ''fast'' time goes by in my opinion has to do with ''smoothness''. If you're unhappy time doesn't go by smoothly, obviously. If you're happy, this smoothness, this gliding of time comes in. But this gliding of time doesn't mean time is going by faster, it is just that you're not paying attention to the passing of time, you're outside of time so to speak. Those magic times when you're really happy, they are filled with more details and events, because that's why you're so happy, what makes you happy are incredible things, they're filled with these immense experiences. So even though you experience more then ever, you go through so much crazy happy stuff, you lose your relationship to time. doesn't anyone else experience this? when you're really having fun time you get into this trance and suddenly it's over, you notice time flew by. but it didn't fly by, actually you went through so much stuff being happy, what we experience is a loss of the concept of time. this bond between happiness and loss of relationship to time is important. we live in a made-up world of time, of past and future. When we're genuinely happy we get pulled out of that illusion, because happiness pulls us in the present moment, because happiness is in the present moment, in the ''now'' so to speak. We all through enlightenment aim for the ultimate happiness, the end of suffering forever, we aim to live in bliss and happiness. This does mean though, that we're aiming for a place outside of our world of time. If we live our lives in bliss and happiness...in consequence our lives will go by in the blink of an eye. We'd enter the truth of the world, where everything happens now. This is why death is such a major key in enlightenment. You cannot attain this heavenly happiness if you're afraid to die. Because deep down you'll be afraid to step outside the world of time, and to be literally racing head-on towards your death at thousand miles an hour. The fear of death is what sustains this world of time. It's what sustains the past and the future. The implication of being truely, genuinely happy, to live in the present moment in bliss is that there is no time, you cannot keep track of your death, you cannot keep track of your life, you cannot shield yourself from death nor can you see it coming in any way. you cannot predict or look out for it....it is coming to you with absolute certainty, it's as if it's practically there around the corner, and if you are genuinely outside of time it is there. everything happens now the best way to put iit s that you're genuinely happy you're falling of a cliff straight towards the ground which is death and as long as you have a problem with that you can't be in that place. the degree in which we fear death is the degree to which we cannot attain true happiness, we cannot step outside of time. It has to be said that and I'm starting to see this, is that to live in time and suffering, is to delay your death. if you're suffering time goes by slowly and you get to sorta stay put. this to me seems to be what most of us get out of living in the past and the future. We get to watch out for death, we get to stay far away from it. we're getting something out of not being enlightened and it has to be recognized so that we can work on overcoming this shield of comfort made out of time, just to protect us from death. to be enlightened is to really die, ultimate happiness goes hand in hand with death. if you're ready to die, you're ready to really be happy
  22. @Fredrik Andersson the thing with consciousness is that is not so much about what you do. once you start becoming really conscious which you are as to what I perceive it is inevitable, inevitable that you will find your way. in that sense you are really perfect it doesn't really matter what course of action you take whether you focus on living without going after girls and straying away from your lower desires or whether you engage in actually going after girls and fulfilling that lust, that feeling of void.... in both cases you will feel the pain, the limitation of having your life centered around women. whether you go after women or not, they're already imprinted in your consciousness if you manage to so to speak stay away from your impulses you will feel the pain and the longing for women, which is good it means its healing if you go after your impulses, you will quickly find out how unfulfilling that is, and how painful it is to mold your life, to sacrifice the shape of your life just for the sake of being with women. either way, you will suffer/heal, because the 'problem' is already there, it's not rooted in your actions, women are in your consciousness and they have taken a central place in the midst of your being to the point where you feel incomplete without them. the content of your consciousness has to be emptied enlightenment is a return to a natural state.. so it happens automatically, it doesn't matter which path you take because you're not going somewhere in a sense, you're going back to who you really are. so all the roads lead to rome....all the roads lead to you.. this is when the freedom of enlightenment comes in, it doesn't matter what you do man really, so you're free to do as you want. as long as you pay attention, and you remain conscious, you don't lie to yourself, you pay attention to your feelings and not your mind you will learn from everything, and every road will lead you to victory. I can be sitting on my desk watching a youtube video, the most random, juvenile and mundane video you can imagine and I can feel my consciousness running a hundred miles an hour with lessons all over the place. it doesn't matter what you do really, there's always a stream of knowledge flowing into you that is helping you get to that place of happiness. when you know that life has your back no matter where you go, unconditional victory, unconditional love, these are the truths of life that grant you freedom to do whatever the hell you want, this life is supposed to be your playground enlightenment is never limitation, it's freedom so it might seem counter-intuitive to what I said earlier, but because you seem to have reached a certain threshold of consciousness I feel pretty confident in advising you that there's nothing wrong with going after women either. if you feel like doing that you can. in my experience it just didn't work out but it was a valid experience to do to get me to where I am now. this is something very personal for you to tune in and out and to find your balance in...my experience is not yours, and who knows how things can work out for you
  23. I went down that way...trying to meet girls, but I couldn't align it with my enlightenment. So I chose to focus on enlightening, but still girls are in the picture...except not when you want it explicitly. The only advice I can give is that life has your back and everything will fall into place naturally, all your desires are rooted in a reality that is true and that is alive. it is a reality you can manifest and you will at some point if you're on this path. but it does require sacrifice...see that's the tricky thing about enlightenment. it requires a sacrifice that you're not really making. you sacrifice girls, the comfort of having girls in your life, you have to let go, you have to detach, let go of girls entirely so that you can be a complete being. but that doesn't you will actually let go of girls in your life see? you will still meet girls and probably have way more meaningful connections then before. you have to let go of them in your being, your idea of life cannot be bound or chained by anything, you have everything, but at the same thing you have nothing
  24. we might all be wearing the same ''clothing'' that is being a human being, which subjects us all to certain possibilities and limits but we're all much much further from each other then we think. the illusion of ''race'' disappears and the exploration of consciousness is unique to each and everyone. my life now is practically alien if I were to compare it to when I was a 'human surviving in a world' and yet I still harmoniously fit into the play that is human society. so as far as I'm concerned, I don't have a single clue, not an ounce of understanding of how other people live and experiences their lives. this post is a nice observation. we're really not that alike, yet we are, but we're really all unique in our exploration. It's easier to nice on obvious outliers like people who enlighten ''instantly'' but soon you will see it everywhere. somehow we can relate to each other but at the same we do not have a damn clue what's happening beyond our personal life. that is pavement for the awe of life to come in, the awe is the intense realization that you really really don't know what's going on, you're just in awe from the miracle of it all, it's just so beyond and immense. What's more, what does ''instantly'' mean? we know that Eckhart Tolle suffered immensely before he enlightened. Do we know how long he suffered? the entire night before it? that doesn't really mean anything. from experience I know that when it comes to enlightenment time is completely warped and bended sideways like magic. and for someone to enlighten overnight, that is very intense, enlightenment is insanely intense just doing it gradually overnight?? for all you know he might've suffered an entire month or an entire year psychologically in one single night. Eckhart that wasn't really familiar with enlightenment before that might've not even realized that time being warped this way was possible so he might've not been conscious that his happened. He said he suffered a lot right before he enlightened, but what does that mean exactly? it doesn't tell us anything really, that's my personal opinion words cannot convey such an experience
  25. I have a better question for you momo. at what point is a person next to you? when does a person being next to you start and when does a person being next to you stop? if you are aware that that person is there, that person will be there. if you let go of that awareness that person disappears. the truth has always been right in front of you what are you not aware of, does not exist. there is nothing outside of your awareness if I see someone on the street,I create life. If I hadn't seen they would've never existed. you could argue that people exist outside of my field of perception, but all that is, is a thought construct. the very fabric of life is not a concept, life itself has only been perceived by you, by your own awareness. never by anyone else, every single thing you know about life has you in the center of it. every moment happened only while you were aware of it. we're talking about an illusion made from infinite intelligence, it is absolutely normal to be completely deceived by it and it to seem incredibly complex to unravel. the truth though, is that we create the world as we go. the truth is right there in our dreams, in front of our eyes. we dream up scenario's the same way we dream our life. there is not a single difference between a person in your dreams and a person in real life. they're both real and they're both dreams. that is the illusion of the veil.
