ego is the belief that you stand above, below or next to others, it is distance its the opposite of unity lets take a look at enlightenment, what is being enlightened? every second of your life, full of purpose, meaning, life, bliss, excitement, magnificence, heaven on earth how can all this be possible if only you are enlightened and the rest is not? spiritual ego how can there be heaven on earth if you mourn other people, their non-spiritual lifestyle, their suffering? you see what you are, if you see hell you experience hell, if you see ego you are ego to enlighten yourself is the beginning rise above yourself as the template of life, and now you also have to enlighten everyone else see how you are enlightened, see how your neighbour is enlightened, see how a criminal is enlightened,see how your mother is enlightened, life courses through everyone, infinite intelligence people are not human beings, they are moving galaxies, living artworks, as powerful as natural events, they are living stars, they are suns, moons, reflections, life,infinity all in symphony with ourselves once we move past the ego all this can be seen, and truly it is satisfying to see people outside of time, outside of what we think they are, what we think they represent, just their art, their energy, their presence, so magnificent, mindblowing

this a surefire way to make progress just making eyecontact with yourself in the mirror and looking this will nourish tremendous self love and conficence you will also meet your body consciousness in the mirror yes! its a way to disidentify with the body, not in a bad way, but naturally seeing and knowing that the body is a living vehicle, a friend who is very smart as well, and recognizing the body conciousness in other people ever since doing it has had a real consciousness impact I advise to do it for 10 minutes every few days and more if you feel you need it

in that comes the art of moving towards a goal without aiming to reach it sometimes the life flow comes from inside, and if life wants to make you desire a certain cushy job you can go after that while not seeking the going after the job can be a dance of the present moment itself, enjoying the artful creation of a human going after a job whether you attain the job it does not matter, we dance with life seeking is not meant to be cast away, its meant to be understood, enjoy the seeking itself, without any longing to achieve it be unmoved while you are moving and in such life can guide us through our own desires, the universe can move us, trust everything to life your outside circumstances and your inner drivings

whether its an escape or not depends if you expect more, if you're satisfied being who you are whatever it is that you're doing, you're being now or are you trying to be what you think you will be, in the future if a seeker is fully satisfied seeking then he is not seeking in the usual sense, is he/she really seeking at all? one can seek painstakingly or joyfully

I vividly think so many of us who started on this path of enlightenment started with very active minds,racing thoughts, next to no awareness and inner space despite the heavy burden the mind has put on us and the suffering the mind still seeked enlightenment while the mind was the cause, the mind also sought the solution its in the movement of mind that we seeked the truth, so is the truth really separate from it? the more I understand on a deeper level, the more it feels like my mind willingly tones down the mind seeks to serve, not to damage, and with enough insights the mind will understand its proper place of functioning

to me its as if enlightenment is this there comes a point in your life where you make a full stop and you ask 'who am I?' 'is happiness possible?' 'who can I trust?' and then you find the answers and go back to living life as if you were a kid trusting the universe, knowing happiness is meant to be, and being who you are a small break of being

love is so essential to unlocking our vast powers you would never allow yourself access to vast powers as long you think you do not have enough love for people because we do not want to ever hurt anyone, this is not a belief, its more, true love is the core of who we are the more love we have for people the more we have access, the more we can see, witness, the more responsibility we receive we're getting closer and closer to a form of telepathy but telepathy is a connection, we can only feel the deeper feelings of people if we are ready to share our deepest feelings, as and only if we know in our hearts we will not judge people's feelings, we have love full telepathy means we are open for people to know every single feeling we have, full open heart, open book to everyone and for us to have the love and the strength to read everyone's deepest feelings, it demands a certain responsibility of love there can be no one way telepathy realizing the truth is that everyone is already in telepathy, even people who are not awake subconsciously they know, their higher selves know its coming to the point where I see someone who's not looking at me who's busy doing something else and I can feel their higher self watching me, I know that we are in connection, and I feel that they know,I feel the presence powers so vast, love opens it all

the more you meditate the more you are able to hear the silence of the inner being a silence which will grow so loud your thoughts will seem like small pebbles in a sea, easy to ignore its very normal that you're jumping from topic to topic, that is the beginning of meditation I did as well so take it as a big sign of success , you're on the right road learning to learn, the art of being a novice

yet both I am done being grateful for things, as that would imply I do not deserve what I get whether its the universe or people I am done being grateful to anyone I deserve good things, I have love for this world,that's the end of the story, I will not get on my knees and be grateful unless I truly deeply feel gratefullness from the core of my being, but the concept of "gratefulness'' being pushed all over the spiritual community I am tired of it I am done pitying anyone for that would be be like pitying myself, everyone has the means and the energy to do whatever they want, everyone is powerful, we all chose our reality even if we're not conscious of it, to doubt that for others is to doubt that for me this universe doesnt have any pity anyways, putting people through tremendous pain and suffering then being told you have to be loving and appreciative for everything in order to get out of this madness, its evil being threatened with more pain unless I love everything? fuck that I recognize the evil in the universe and the evil in me, and I also recognize the tremendous love for the people I cross on the streets I love them I do not love them because of the spiritual sword of damocles hanging over my head telling me to love or else.. I love them because I do, its from a place of abundance,a place without an agenda

I long towards a society where everyone IS extraordinary the same way every flower on earth can be uniquely beautiful and breathtaking, so can we be infinite springs of life and amazement

@eputkonen I'll agree, to appreciate to appreciate that feels more open, more free, more now still I have to think about the relationship between a parent and a child would a parent expect his child to appreciate what he/she does for the child? do such concepts take place in genuine love does a child appreciate the actions of his parents? or does the child simply love the parents in genuine love, natural love,as between a parent and a child for example exchanges are so intimate and close it would seem that appreciation and gratefulness implies distance on the scope of this greater love perhaps I am wrong, as I have never been a parent

Today I wondered why my interest in movies dwindled and my interest in books and reading is so intense right now. I realized that my interest in movies hasn't dwindled, and my interest in books was always there, I was merely focused more in the past on physically rendering movies as opposed to now physically rendering books and texts. I know that my experience with reading right now is filling up and enriching my experience with watching movies, the same way my experience cleaning up my home is enriching my experience of eating food, everything is related and I realize that I'm living all of my experiences of my life right now what happens in front of me right now, is a physical shade, a physical focus but it does not contain all that I'm doing, and it does not contain all of where I am not all of life activities are contained right here in the physical focus, to do something in physical focus has meaning, but it does not contain all of our doing, better said being we live our potential futures right now, our potential pasts, our events in the past, we live events in dreams that we don't remember when we make a decision, we come across a point of different probably realities, whether you decide if you will buy new red curtains or new blue curtains, or if you will quit your job and start a new one or stay at your current one we live those parallel realities, in a shade much more subtle and abstract then the physical shade, but we do live through them which is why making decisions can be so tedious we decide to bring into physical focus one certain probable path, our locations are across time, across many places and events, right now its very subtle at first, but we can feel this being that is across many shades

does the mind exist when we stop being aware of it? does my back exist when I stop being aware of a ''back'', do my limbs exist when I'm not aware of them does my father exist when I'm not aware of him? until I am aware of him again who's journeying, who's enlightening, what's enlightenment?what's the mind? where am I? what are these symbols, what is a symbol? what is what? ....

too much reduce the meditation to 5 minutes a day I have done this for the past year now I start a meditation and I meditate till I feel there is no purpose each meditation is unique in its ''duration'' and I use this word very carefully because during meditation I aim to step out of time each meditation carefully tailored to the needs in that moment, that second meditation is not about time but for one who is not yet attuned with the inner world, the structure of time is very useful to anchor oneself so I would recommend meditating 5 minutes then keep going till you get tired and/or ''bored'' this way you have a structured 5 minute meditation and you're also able to explore after the 5 minutes what meditation means to you out of the concept of time and more suited to your needs, your energy profile

what one does after he enlightens is up to him, if going after fame and money is one's desire that cannot be a reason to deny someone's progress one can go after fame and money, not out of a place of scarcity, of trying to fill something up, but out of a place of abundance, joyfully playing the game of life that is my personal opinion

I used to be quite socially anxious and even now I deal with such feelings I hate feeling observed, feeling tracked, standing out in public places yet I myself, observe everything, especially everyone, and I track people, not in a malicious way and when someone stands out I observe, I'm interested so it can be quite bizarre when I feel observed and tracked and I realize that I'm feeling my own gaze, when I feel I stand out I feel observed because I observe people who stand out so I have come to accept that

he definitely knew the truth, and he had enough magnetism to attract a community centered around his being in the same way advanced modern spiritual teachers automatically have communities forming around them not that having a community being formed around you a requirement is to enlighten its definitely a symptom that your vibration is high when people abandon everything and gather around just so that they can share and learn from your vibration I would definitely agree that he is enlightened, on the path of enlightenment and he reflects that enlightenment is infinite and can come in the most unexpected forms

its fun indeed! see this is what I appreciate, being able to appreciate the privacy of this moment, feeling the divinity of this moment, being able to understand how much even a small moment like this, matters as much as the big bang, the moon landing or whatever! because we matter! life is now!
