K-Pop is Orange. Turn on the subtitles.

That's how a psychologically healthy, successful person looks like. But that's nowhere close to Enlightenment in my opinion.

@zikzak I'd love to try it, but don't have an equipment, nor know the techinque to vaporize it correctly. I am thinking of buying a portable vaporizer with temperature regulation. Does anyone have experience with this stuff?

After a trip on 20 mg of 5-MeO-MET. ROA: Insufflated, the substance has a nice fruity smell and is comparably mild in taste. | Duration: 2.5 hours, peak around 20 minute mark | Set & Setting: Lying on a meadow, alone, beautiful sunset and clouds. Feels like a toy. Not really what I have expected. It has the same characteristics as 5-MeO-DMT, enormous lucidity, clarity of vision, no visual distortions, slight auditory effects. Slight body rush, moving becomes hardly possible, no joy, no sadness. On the come-up I have experienced a burst of energy coming from the bottom of spine making me erect. What comes next is quite a shock, in terms of how vast awareness gets and how much a field of vision expands. I had asked myself if that Void is really where I want to go, is that a goal in my life? Then I saw that there's really not any good alternative. I have looked at how successful/unsuccessful my life is in human terms and concluded that I should really enjoy life more. On the come-down I had that well-known feeling of rewiring in the front of a brain, between eyes, nice and pleasant. It didn't take me were I wanted to go. This experience stays nowhere close in profundity to a reality-shattering moment induced by 70 mg of 4-HO-MiPT. There are three options: the dose wasn't enough; the dose was enough, but I am a hard head; this substance is not what I am looking for. Listened to this on the come-up:

Hummus and other dips, like for example a black bean dip. You can eat them spreaded on a slice of high quality bread or with fresh veggies - carrots, bell peppers, etc.

This guy is a gold mine of orange ideology, just type "jkm eng" or "korwin-mikke" in YT if you want to see more.

No, it is not wrong to listen to music during the trip and enjoy that. Just be honest and don't mistake that with tripping for existential reasons. That's tripping for fun.

You are God, ask yourself. Oh, wait, you are doing that. God didn't allow anything. God is everything. If you sense that there's a paradox behind that line of reasoning, then you are right. -
No certain position required. It's easier when you are comfortable and with your spine straight. Eyes closed, or half-open. Fully-open might be too much of a distraction. Highly recommended to find a certain meditation spot and position and not change it unless neccessary for the upcoming 30 days of your challange.

Well, if you consider Terrence McKenna a sage, then this is definitely worth watching. Here's a fake trailer: Here's an actual movie: -

@MM1988 Meh, that study wasn't even aimed at astrology. There wasn't any astrologer involved or consulted. Researchers didn't have knowledge about that domain and data was incomplete when it comes to an exact moment of birth. It's a compilation of data from other studies that disproves naive popular belief that simply knowing your date of birth can accurately predict your personality. That's not astrology. Now I am disappointed and still neutral on that topic. But thanks anyway for posting it. -

Wow, 15 000, it must be an interesting study to read. Could you link the paper or abstract? Could be a title at least, I can find the full version by myself. Maybe you remember a year it was written? -
I probably won't help you, I am from Poland, to find and buy plant material I use https://www.magicznyogrod.pl/. They have everything. Don't look for websites that sell adaptogens, but herbs generally and look for adaptogens category. Or just Google the name of the substance after researching it. To research a plant you can go to PubMed https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/ and type it's name here. You will get a lot of abstracts of experiments involving that plant.

One word, three letters: LSD I not joking, check out this: https://www.cbsnews.com/news/weil-says-lsd-cured-his-allergy-01-03-2001/ There are also a few other reports scattered through out the internet. Go and try it, tell us the results. It might work, because LSD affects not only serotonin, but also histamine, dopamine, and many other neuroreceptor systems.

Beware of mixing adaptogens like Rhodiola rosea with Magic Mushrooms. Such combo can potentiate the experience. I would shy away from the commercial websites and ready-made capsules, etc. You can buy any plant you imagine over the internet and prepare it yourself. There are special cups to easily make brews and capsule machaines that allow you to save $$$ and control dosage to the miligram. I like to make myself a Butterbur brew to find relief in allergy symptoms, without the typical histamine drugs side-effects. It has it's own side-effects though.

I think it's actually an upside of porn that it is focusing only on a mechanical part of the intercourse. Because of that it's very easy to ditch it when you realize how really shallow it is. Imagine if every porn video had a very good story and made you passionate about the situation depicted, it would be authentic and glue you to the screen. Thanks god that's not the case, otherwise I would be watching that every day. But there are TV series and Netflix Originals, that do incorporate that emotional aspect of storytelling and exploit even more of your time and money than porn industry, so that's why I shy away from them. Porn is not that evil in the end, it's just a handy aid to fixing any lust problems. It's only your issue if you are abusing porn by only watching it and not working on your sex life. I call bullshit on that. When it comes to arousal, I would choose touch over visuals in no time. Of course the looks are important, too, they are like on the second place, just after touching sensations.

OSHO: Autobiography And OSHO: Meetings with Remarkable People contains about 40+ short biographies of all sort of sages throughout the ages. Worth giving a shot. -

It's probably the Safari that causes the issue. Try installing Google Chrome browser. Or watch them on your phone. -
From practical stand-point, I prefer a one big meal a day and a few snacks, always at similar hours. Here's why: It's easier to control what and how much you eat. Plus you don't get that big spikes in sugar and hormones, if you eat a whole foods plant based diet. Generally, I feel like this whole idea of eating 5-6 meals a day is suited for bodybuilders and other hardcore athletes, who wouldn't get enough nutrients the other way, not for normal people. I don't see any other viable reason to bloat your digestion system throughout the day. I have felt the best in my life when I was eating only 3 meals a day, the first being a big, big breakfast (1200kcal+), and then two smaller servings of food later.

Don't look for Bates methods. Endmyopia.org seems effective. I don't have an opinion about LASIK, because I am personaly not interested in it, but I know it shouldn't be done too early.

@Solace when you say 50% raw diet, do you mean 50% of food's mass or calorie intake? How long are you on such an extreme diet? 600 calories sounds wild, but believable. Personally, I don't trust in eating only fruit. After all they are a human invention, with high ratio of sugar to other nutrients. And are pricy.
