  1. Becoming a rockstar psychologist, coach or consultant. Writing books about self-help. Creating online self-help courses. Academia research in related fields. Create social media content about self-development. Or write blogs.
  2. Then what are you scared of? Maybe journal a little bit on that. See your true feelings. It seems weird that you have motivated yourself to seek help, but can't get to the task. Either it's a very unpassionate job or you are trying to start with a task too big. For example, if your goal is to write a poem or make a drawing, you don't start with that in mind. That's too much of a burden. You set a goal of getting a pen and a sheet of paper. Then writing some words or scribbling some lines. We are getting somewhere. You do some more and suddenly find yourself working in a creative fervor amidst stacks of paper.
  3. What work in the creative domain have you tried and failed at?
  4. Why are you so keen on helping someone directly? This is not the only option to help the world. Actually, it's a kind of inefficient way. If your goal is not to become a coach, then forget about it. Put your focus on earning more money. Then put that money into developing a product that is meaningful, or give it to a non-profit organization that will make good use of it. I know a couple that earns six-figures a year, they live on $10-20k and donate the rest. That applies if you really want to start a career in finance. Any "make money quick" scheme that involves trading stocks is a rather unwise idea to pursue.
  5. Vision. You need to have a vision. Why are you doing the work you want to do? This is how the vision looks like:
  6. Not only that, but also meaningful for humanity, animals, or Earth. Life purpose lies on an intersection of meaning, skills, and passion. You can fulfill meaning in a few different ways. The most popular are: earning to give (you get a high paying job and donate a chunk of your salary towards NGOs), research (you work on developing areas crucial for survival and well-being of the planet), advocacy (you spread high-level ideas, like Leo), direct help (you work as a firefighter, social worker, coach, etc. and help people directly).
  7. I have found this website today when searching the web in a quest for finding some material to aid in figuring out my Life Purpose. https://80000hours.org/ What are your thoughts on the idea? It has helped me to make something concrete from my life purpose which was kind of iffy until this moment. At least theoretically.
  8. I am still a newbie at business, but one thing I have learned through my years of teenage entrepreneurialism is to delegate everything that is not a vital part of your business, for ex. hiring a proper accountant if you don't work in finance or buying a website if you are not a designer. Maybe you have some work that can be contracted to someone else yet you unconsciously insist on doing it yourself. By the way, what is your life purpose, if you don't mind sharing?
  9. There's something off in listening to any material when tripping. Doesn't matter if it's Leo or someone else.
  10. I do have headaches, too. At the moment I have cut the exercise from my plan. I am going to practice without it for a month and then reintroduce. Hopefully it will help.
  11. You could use more going out and meeting with people. Just force yourself to it. What you describe sounds like a typical thing that happens to people who lead hermit lifestyle.
  12. If you want to sell crap that's up to you. There are many dropshipping businesses that actually help people. I love my books seller, who can source me any rare spirituality book I want. I also love another ecommerce store that sells healthy products. I would have to travel to city and spend more time and money than by using this shop. And if you really believe in what you sell, ebikes for example, what is a problem with sourcing parts from Aliexpress and selling them through your store? There is no better producer of hardware than China. I could throw niches like that on and on. I find the idea that dropshipping equals selling cheap junk sourced from China very narrow-minded.
  13. @Arhattobe How does that damage look like, i.e. what effects is it supposed to have on a practicioner?
  14. If you want to live from investments, the you will need to have a hefty sum of money beforehand. Otherwise it's a gamble. Better invest whatever you have into creating your own business.
  15. It allows me to survive and work on an escape plan from mediocrity.
  16. I have installed an app called Roubit that notifies me everyday to check the values list. I have also added an event in my Google Calendar to check if I still feel the same about those values in a few months.
  17. Any advice on dealing with side-effects of practice persisting in daily life, like tingles or pins and needles? I have done bloodwork and it's ok, so I guess it has to be caused by Kriya + stress.
  18. https://www.ubiquityuniversity.org/ Here are some Yellow level MOOCs. MOOC stands for massive open online course. You can do them online and still get a college credit if you pay.
  19. Has someone here tried doing a Kriya Yoga retreat? What was your schedule?
  20. Buy some kind of equipment. Learn to use it. Sell your services. Examples: law mowing, carpet cleaning, drone video shooting, etc. Advertise on craigslist or whatever is popular in your area. Get creative when it comes finding clients. Be RELIABLE, most people doing that kind of bussiness are very unprofessional. If you want to work on a computer, then Web Design, Internet Marketing or Front-end Development are all easy to enter fields.
  21. And? Start some serious practice, it can be self-inquiry, yoga, whatever rings your bell.
  22. @Roman Edouard Humble and educate yourself. Let me also shock you that in current scientific understanding it's way more probable that the universe is actually flat, not a sphere. Maybe read some scientific books if that is your thing. Start with the popular ones and then go for the more advanced ones. By the way, I highly doubt the quality and seriousness of your 2 year practice. Switch to some more powerful tools like Kriya Yoga or psychedelics. Dropping spiritual practice after doing it for such a long time is unskillful.
  23. That's where mindfulness comes in handy. You notice your defensive reaction and it not only disipates the unpleasant feeling, but also heals the wound which this impulse has been meant to protect.
  24. In my experience it's super easy to get a job. What country are you living in and what jobs are you appling for? My bet would be that you are not trying hard enough to get one. In some cities you have to send hundreds of applications to get any reply.
