What kind of business? Small business? I have personally liked Breaking the Time Barrier by Mike McDerment, CEO of Freshbooks cloud accounting. It's a short business book written like a novel that you can read for free. It teaches you how to entangle revenue from time. Built to Sell by John Warrillow touches the same subject, but is a little bit longer. And I have to mention The Millionaire Fastlane by MJ DeMarco. It contains crucial principles of building a business. It's quite old and for some people, the style in which the book was written may be off-putting. If that's the case, there is also Unscripted written by the same author that is newer and more accessible.

That's probably a trade secret.

@Sahil Pandit Thanks for posting the video. Adyashanti nails it. I never have watched him, might do it now.

I have a thought that maybe the INTP, INTJ, INFP, and INFJ types are not the ones that are the most common on the forum, but the ones that are the most likely to take a personality test at all. I bet there are more extroverts out there, but they are just not posting results or don't even know their type. That skews the picture.

I have to finally read Jed McKenna's non-dual Moby Dick interpretation to equip myself with some cool fishing metaphors. -
I see philosophy as valuable when you want to use it to advance in training in morality, i.e. work in ethics field and develop principles to guide people doing genetic engineering or something similar.

@Krzysztof I see I am not the only one who has liked their content.

In my experience LSD reduces anxiety by a lot, too. Yet the effects are rather short-lived. Another cool effect of LSD that not many people may know is that it acts like allergy medication. I can confirm that it gets ridden of pollen, cat and dust allergy symptoms. -
Go do something incredible and you will have a memory worth writing a song about.

What a coincidence, I just have been reading about Adam Strauss. Have you heard about him? He is a comedian with OCD, who tried curing his condition with Magic Mushrooms after everything else failed. You can do a Google search and read a few articles about him. I am not trying in any way to encourage you to try psychedelics, but to show you that there actually might be hope in your situation. Right now you are feeling strong emotions so you might be unable to judge reality properly. Bare yourself with patience and you can make significant progress. Radical transformation doesn't happen in a week, nor a month, not even a year. You have to diligently work on undermining your false beliefs and applying self-love. By the way, you can't convince someone who has had Enlightenment experience that Enlightenment doesn't exist. It's like arguing to Columbus that America doesn't exist. "But I have been there." "So what?! It doesn't exist." That's how ridiculous it sounds. -
So I was browsing MAPS website today and found this cool offer. https://maps.org/event-calendar/7454-free-90-minute-live-session-online-breathwork-workshop-for-friends-of-maps It's a professional workshop that guides you through a breathwork session. Normal price is $24 but it is offered free for MAPS supporters. Haven't tried it yet, so I can't tell you about the quality of the experience. But maybe someone on the forum is willing to test it and share an opinion.

I guess most yellow stage environments don't offer internships unless you are already well-qualified for the job. They are operated by some of the most developed people on the planet who would be wasting their time if they had to take care of interns.

I have giggled when I read that one of the cult leader's favorite authors was Ayn Rand. Her work is like an antithesis of true spirituality.

100% not. I guess the book will take years and years to write unless Leo changes his focus to solely working on it.

@Bluff Freebase is just a 5-MeO-DMT molecule in it's plain base form. The other one is a salt of 5-MeO-DMT + HCl. Why would you add a HCl acid to 5-MeO? To change it's physical properties. Main difference from psychonaut's perspective is that salts are soluble in water and less caustic on your tissues while bases are way easier to vaporize.

I would choose a visionary psychedelic for life purpose work. LSD is probably the best fit. Tripped on 5-MeO-MET (which holds a close resemblance to 5-MeO-DMT) with a similar goal in mind and it wasn't too helpful. Basically higher intelligence has devaluated my worries and told me to focus on Enlightenment. All else in life is just a decoration, so don't overthink it. Which is cool, but monkhood is for sure not my path, and that means I still have to figure out the details of what I want to do for a living. -
And you work currently as a copywriter? Just guessing for fun. If I were you I would try to make connections with some actors or producers. You know, simple networking. Get a job, maybe not related to screenwriting, but in the industry, so you can immerse into that environment and find more oppurtinities. The best option would be to study some successful screenwriter's biography and see how they did it.

Becoming a rockstar psychologist, coach or consultant. Writing books about self-help. Creating online self-help courses. Academia research in related fields. Create social media content about self-development. Or write blogs.

Then what are you scared of? Maybe journal a little bit on that. See your true feelings. It seems weird that you have motivated yourself to seek help, but can't get to the task. Either it's a very unpassionate job or you are trying to start with a task too big. For example, if your goal is to write a poem or make a drawing, you don't start with that in mind. That's too much of a burden. You set a goal of getting a pen and a sheet of paper. Then writing some words or scribbling some lines. We are getting somewhere. You do some more and suddenly find yourself working in a creative fervor amidst stacks of paper.
-
What work in the creative domain have you tried and failed at?

Why are you so keen on helping someone directly? This is not the only option to help the world. Actually, it's a kind of inefficient way. If your goal is not to become a coach, then forget about it. Put your focus on earning more money. Then put that money into developing a product that is meaningful, or give it to a non-profit organization that will make good use of it. I know a couple that earns six-figures a year, they live on $10-20k and donate the rest. That applies if you really want to start a career in finance. Any "make money quick" scheme that involves trading stocks is a rather unwise idea to pursue.

Vision. You need to have a vision. Why are you doing the work you want to do? This is how the vision looks like:

Not only that, but also meaningful for humanity, animals, or Earth. Life purpose lies on an intersection of meaning, skills, and passion. You can fulfill meaning in a few different ways. The most popular are: earning to give (you get a high paying job and donate a chunk of your salary towards NGOs), research (you work on developing areas crucial for survival and well-being of the planet), advocacy (you spread high-level ideas, like Leo), direct help (you work as a firefighter, social worker, coach, etc. and help people directly).
