Yes, The Natural by RSD Max Berger. I am very satisfied with the results. This course is a full package, guiding you through every step and giving clear calls to action. It covers everything from having the right mindset, through teaching you needed skillsets, to showing everything LIVE in action. Two areas where it lacks are relationship management and sex instructions, but there's already a lot of information on these topics on the web and the rookie doesn't really need it. I had studied quite a bit of dating advice before doing this course with little to no results. So it was a gamechanger for me, as finally everything started to click after watching it. The System by Todd Valentine also seems like a good resource, but I haven't tried it personally.

Still, meditation/yoga can be your passion and you can make a business around it. @Shiva Great post.

@CreamCat He probably was sleeping that low, because of anxiety caused by the transition to doing LP. It's not like you can choose how much you want to sleep when you are being haunted by dreadful thoughts.

If I remember correctly, Lahiri Mahasaya (famous kriya yogi) has been recommending having a coitus only once or twice a month, not more. So sex seems not to be a deal-breaker, but still, less frequently = better. -

Maybe try semen retention. This way you both masturbate and don't waste bodily fluids. Here's a quick read on the topic: https://www.nateliason.com/blog/multiple-orgasms-men Sorry if you are a woman, I have no advice then. -
That's kind of true. Like, it's not enough to be right, you also have to be polite. Not because it will make them sad, but for a reason that they won't listen. Communication is a tricky business.

Why are you convinced that dreams are untrue? -
@Peo no-one will tell you for sure, but you definitely can increase chances of your first trip being "ultra-deep".

So it seems given a choice one should choose freebase over the oxalate because it will be easier to convert to HCL or smoke.

It depends on what you call samadhi. Different people use different definitions, where they make distinctions between stages of samadhi or call those stages some other name and give the label samadhi to the highest experience. If you have had only single samadhi experience then it's hard to pinpoint where it exactly belongs. The whole thing is further complicated by the fact that these experiences come in many flavors. The one samadhi that had happened to me came in a "no-self flavor". That means I forgot my name, who I am or what I think I am and everything became one, then bliss filled the whole space. The concepts of me and mine became very alien, they were perceived like a costume that I could choose to wear or not. I believe it was a lesser samadhi, so others may give you a deeper, more accurate answer of how it feels. -

There are not two different things, there is only God. And God is Nothingness. That's all true, far from crazy. It's a totally misguided question that misses the essence of what God is. But if you want to play this game then what kind of God would allow access to divine knowledge to a person that is sitting and doing nothing for 1000 hours? -

You can dose it every week and learn for yourself that it looses magic rather quickly. I don't recommend dosing more often than once a month, but sometimes you have to do it, so it's not a set-in-stone rule. -
You can have sex in a pure form. It's not a matter of the act, but how you approach it. The girl doesn't have to be a spiritual person in order for you to treat her as a manifestation of the Goddess. God is hidden in everything you can see and every action you can take. Bring mindfulness into sex. Be aware of your bodies, energies flowing, emotions arising. Try to transform it into meditation, without imposing anything on the girl, just treat her with the utmost compassion. I have heard that semen retention helps in getting more consciousness of your sexual energies, but don't know any other helpful technique. Here's a link if you are interested: https://www.nateliason.com/blog/multiple-orgasms-men.

Start again. If you are on a self-actualization journey you have probably changed a bit during that year.

Is an Enlightened master stuck permanently in Awaken perspective or can they jump back to identification with Mind and Body and all the things inbetween? I can clarify the question if needed. -

Vipassana retreats are so smooth, you can easily go on a retreat without preparation. Many "normies" who don't meditate at all complete them successfully. -
I guess it was because of psychedelics. I believe he could easily complete 30 days vanilla retreat. The one thing everyone in this thread seems to be missing is that long retreats make you lazy. You think you have a lot of time and don't put all your effort into practice. That's why sometimes a 2 weeks long retreat is as powerful as a month one. That plus decrease in important life skilla would make me more keen on an idea of a few month-long retreats, rather than one year of continous practice.

But what if seclusion is someone's organic urge? @Joseph Maynor -
Freedom is my number one value in life. I always have this drive to explore, breakthrough, enjoy - without limitations. But I know that there's a lot of people who don't care about it at all.

Does it even matter? Do the practices, Kriya Yoga doesn't require you to believe in anything in order to work. That's true, but you are missing something big here. You will sense something, but this "something" will be drastically different in the legs and at the points called chakras. Although, initially, there may not be a lot of difference. As you progress in practice, your sensing will become of "higher resolution" and you will naturally understand why the concept of chakras was created and what purpose it serves. It was not taken out of thin air but from observations made by people far more advanced in concentration practice than you. -

I have done 70 mg 4-HO-MiPT once (shrooms close cousin) and can confirm that it gets hella non-dual. It's an equivalent of around 16g shrooms if I count correctly. -

I think it would be great if you could find some masterful meditation teacher or read a lot of books and include accurate maps of progress in insight and concentration practice, so the app contains something more than user input. You know, something that gives perspective on what is the next stage and what it requires to achive. Some system to guide people through dark night of the soul would be useful, too. As to how to implement it, I have no idea. -

He simply follows Seth Godin's marketing philosophy and prefers to grow his audience from the inside. Also, choosing titles, images and topics to cover is part of marketing, too. And he advertises his products in videos. -
