Insight #9 The world is exactly what you make of it. A lack of consciousness makes you a victim of circumstance, and robs you of your ability to flow with reality. Increasing your energy and non-destructive free will is the true meaning of the new age term 'waking up'.

Insight #7 - Suffering Love the people around you. Everyone suffers tenfold more than they let on. A person in suffering always has a reason why. Most suffering happens purely out of circumstance, not because of any error a person made. Yet people tend to blame themselves or others, when the truth is its no one's fault. Most people are truly victims, and do not have access to the resources or knowhow to overcome suffering. If you are not suffering greatly, you are extremely lucky.

Insight #6 - Free Will Be utterly grateful you a degree of free will at all. Despite how difficult it is to manage that responsibility and how painful it can be to survive to maintain it, a rock is not so lucky as you. God gave you a chance to contribute to it's grand design. Don't fuck it up.

Insight #5 Reality is one infinite, mental database. Your consciousness is the software that renders pure data into experience.

Insight #4 - Transhumanism Transhumanism will be the biggest leap forward in consciousness that has ever occured on earth. Anyone clinging to their biological humanity doesn't understand what they are missing out on. The second adopters of this technology will usher in an unrivalled golden age for civilisation. Our cyborg descendents weep for us.

Insight #3 - Nothing is original. Everything is derived. Pythagoras didn't invent shit, that theorem has been true for eternity. Metaphysically speaking, intellectual property is theft. No one has ever invented anything. God beat you all to it.

Insight #2 - Wrapped up Many people, businesses, and governments are completely wrapped up and hamstrung by their own bullshit. Many entities of this sort have have built a disfunctional system around themselves that they are too afraid to tear down. Sometimes the best move is to downsize. A large company becomes too big to maintain profitability under a shifting market, and refuses to downsize as that's considered a failing business by management and investors. This leads to stagnation and rot. Have you ever caused yourself more problems by adding things into your life? Cut that out. A lean strategy is best for long term sustainability and for the human experience.

Insight #1 - Liar's Advantage A liar usually has the upper hand versus a truthful person. A liar has first mover's advantage. It is difficult for a victim to anticipate a lie and plan for it. Usually, lies must always be reacted to, processed, and only then can be ultimately rejected. That is why Elon, Trump, Zuck, whoever can get away with bold-faced lies. Before the public consciousness catches on, it is too late. The average person is easily gaslit. Solution? Don't be a liar, instead get really good at spotting them and calling them out. Being caught in the act as a liar is death, but being caught post-mortem is escapable.

Jumping in because I went through this phase: 1. The base skillset you need to get a job is far lower than what you will learn in your course. Don't overthink your skills, just get a job. 2. If you're passionate and talented, you will rival or surpass your role models in about 5-10 years of full time work. 3. Drop the needy optimistic kid energy. It doesn't serve you. Be a professional. 4. People skills and having a good vibe beats nerdy technical talent, but having both is a superpower.

Yeah this guy rubs me the wrong way too. His channel used to make actual what if alternate history video which were interesting, but very quickly it became his trash political dumping ground. The problem is not a lack of education or a particular point he makes, but his self-bias is out of control. Every idea or historical fact he warps into something that's favorable to his demographic, a white conservative american young male. He would never ever ever concede a point that's not in favor of white males and in favor of another demographic. So when he cries about woke identity politics, hes being a hypocrite.

I suppose it's only fair and fun if the devil gets to play too.

I just read Leo's last two blog posts. It begs the question then; how do you beat the devil? Is it possible to be dedicated to truth and succeed in business? I look around the industry I work in and see deception and systems exploitation everywhere. In filmmaking, in order to get anything made (and therefore to be employed) you need to exploit government grants, tax incentives, cheap overseas labor, race to the bottom contracts, and so on. It's kill or be killed, it seems that if you don't participate in this system and out exploit other filmmakers, you have no chance of creating something great. Is there any examples of businesses or projects that have been successful while sticking to truthful and honest core values? What did they do differently? My thought experiment led me to the conclusion; create a new market. You have to refuse to play in the same game as the devil. You have to refuse to engage in the same market, refuse to use the same exploiting tools, refuse to compete with the devil's product. Is that correct? Or am I being overly nihilistic here?

Because they give him what he wants. It's really that simple. Elon's character is not that deep.

Enlightenment is a construction.

It's way easier to wreck the economy than to improve it. And correlation ≠ causation. Whatever the economy does under Trump might not be strictly because of him. Unless it obviously was his fault with the over aggressive tariffs. Don't change what you do just because Trump is in, unless the tariffs directly affect you.

People can share similar opinions. Shocking, I know. I often use his language because I know you know what it means.

Most who voted for Trump don't have the capacity to admit when they are wrong. They can't handle cognitive dissonance. Staying quiet only enables such people to bury themselves deeper into ignorance. Calling out Trump doesn't save those people; it's saves the vulnerable people from falling under the spell.

Trump and his Imps don't share your hippy sentiments. They will fuck you. If you stop calling the devil out on his bullshit he will fuck you and the world harder. If you were in the jungle, you would let a jaguar slaughter you with this attitude. We're all one man, let the jaguar have some lunch!

It can be a biochemical issue. When I occasionally struggle with depression / no motivation I have vitamin deficiencies. Get a blood test if you haven't recently.
