  1. No this sounds like a common side effect of awakening. In fact this is a very good sign, because the heart is where the center of consciousness lies. In fact you can do heart meditation and tap into it's electromagnetic field. Once tapped into you can use it to ground you and feel love you've never felt before. Look up heart meditation maybe that is what your good at.
  2. Meditation is the art of focusing on everything and nothing at the same time.
  3. You id as well say "everything is God. It's all the same, it's all just God." But that doesn't really help us understand the world. I could ask "what is the sun?" "oh it's God." "What is the moon?" "Oh it's God." I agree in a way we are living a concept, but that concept has also turned into objective reality only because we as a collective have "phased" into this physical reality/dimension and became aware of it, giving life to it. But this reality is still less real than than ultimate reality. Shit I think I see what your saying. LOL
  4. That is just an easy way out of not being able to express and convey your thoughts.
  5. @electroBeam If I say to myself I am going to create a table that is 5 feet long then I go and cut the wood and create a table that is 5 feet long then the table is both subjective/conceptively and objectively 5 feet long. Now the key is to realize that there is a distinctive difference between these two. That if I create the table in my head, that is different than physically creating a table in the objective. Similarly if someone else creates something so extra ordinary I don't know about then it doesn't exist conceptively in my mind.
  6. You really don't get it. Yes they are mental constructs but they are also real and tangible and reliable ways of measuring. Why can't they be both a concept and a product, an objective thing. Measurement - the size, length, or amount of something, as established by measuring. a unit or system of measuring.
  7. Yeah that is a very interesting question. I was thinking, OK what if I could become eternally enlightened in nirvana doing what I said above. But then what is the point of creation? Creation has it's benefits too. So perhaps there is a middle ground. Ultimately I think creating a mixture of both heaven and earth, where heaven and earth merge is optimal. At the same time I think there is something to be said about people that take a psychedelic on their deathbed, like the famous Aldous Huxley. It's said that when he was on his deathbed dying of cancer that he took one last dose of LSD and had a peaceful death. I don't see anything to get angry or sad about there. He lived life to it's fullest and when it was time for him to go having dealt with the ravages of cancer to died the way he wanted to go, in psychedelic peace.
  8. @electroBeam I agree, but the physical still exists in that things can be measured and shown to be consistent here unlike in the other dimensions. Each dimension should have it's own name and in this dimension we live in it's called the physical dimension. Even such things as genetics have been shown to be a very strong component in how our personalities develop. Now of course we can choose to phase out of this dimension and experience other dimensions, but those are other dimensions. It's one thing to say it was like Leo died a physical death, it's another to claim that he actually died physically, because he's still alive. I guess one could compare it to a near death experience. But that is why they call it a near death experience and not a death experience.
  9. Do you get angry and sad when you hear about sallekhana or santhara?
  10. You must not be reading then. It's right there. If you can't find it then you shouldn't even bother, cause you need to do much more than just buy it in order to stay safe. Research, and read read read!
  11. Really it's not that hard finding it through a simple but to the point Google search.
  12. @Azrael Do you think it's possible to take a strong dose of a psychedelic and take a euthanasia drug like nembutal and time it where nembutal would kill your physical body at right about the same time you would reach infinity nirvana or compete ego death. So would that one could permanently enlightenment? I think it likely would create a permanent enlightened state, but I want others opinion on this.
  13. Do you believe that Noah fitted all the worlds animals on a boat?
  14. @Leo Gura If reincarnation is real, do you think it's possible that dying at the point of ego-less psychedelic death would cause one to have a very noble rebirth? Or perhaps have to never reincarnate again? Thanks again.
  15. @Leo Gura Did you experience any light of any sort whether it was clear, white, or dim when doing any psychedelics? And if you so what kind of light did you experience on which psychedelics? Thanks a million!
  16. I know, I love hearing Leo's psychedelic experiences.
  17. I can agree with that because it just depends on how we define these terms. And I enjoy listening to Leo's psychedelic videos, because I've experienced ego death myself though not as deep as Leo has.
  18. I think I get what your saying. Which is that we can't record and measure consciousness directly. And I agree, but we can record it indirectly through personal experience.
  19. I don't go off of the few enlightened people of the world to see how genetics play an important role in enlightenment I go off the fact that physical substances such as psychedelics can raise consciousness to unimaginable levels. So if physical psychedelics can do that then certainly other physical factors such as genetics can raise consciousness to unimaginable and even enlightened levels.
  20. This is only partially true. But if you look at meditation cultures like Tibetan Buddhists their children are not automatically enlightened. So yes genetics plays a big part in enlightenment.
  21. @Prabhaker I'm going to bed, nice talking. Well pick this up tomorrow.
  22. Psychedelics create very specific spiritual effects in the highest conscious experiences. So yes we can at least measure consciousness by our own first hand experience. nnDMT is different in effect than 5-meo-dmt and on and on. With the exception of being at the core of reality which is beyond all experience. This state has many names such as brahman, wu chi, nirvana, etc.
  23. Sure you can. We can modulate conscious awareness with something as primitive as a psychedelic to sleeping medicine to anti-depressants and the subject can report how it affected there consciousness. We can compare and contrast how different psychedelics modified our consciousness, and record that. And so if you can do that with psychedelics and other medications then you can do it with anything else that can modify consciousness, including eventually nanobots.
  24. Yeah so it's going to take probably at least a few decades before we even start to research it. But in a century or two I would think we should definitely have the tools to measure what is going on in the brain/mind, and we can start defining what is enlightenment is and then start measuring it. Nanobots will likely be our best tools for learning about the mind in this way.
