I suppose so, although I just knew I didn't want to think of it anymore. So, it's not that I set my mind on healing. I was just done thinking about it, regardless of what could happen. It's been about 15 years now. Also, I didn't want an outside source to get me thinking about it, so I didn't go to neurologist, unless having a problem and I refused MRI's for many years (I think it was 8 yrs), hence the surprise when I finally agreed to one and was told the lesions were noticably shrinking. My doctor said she doesn't see that happen often, if at all. I will say though that what I did was risky and not for everyone, since I stopped my disease modifying meds, but to me, having to inject intramuscular every other day was a reminder I didn't want. -
Lastly, look what I found from Leo- https://www.actualized.org/articles/a-rant-against-the-pickup-community

https://www.medscape.com/answers/913575-165741/what-are-the-dsm-5-diagnostic-criteria-for-borderline-personality-disorder-bpd#qna The American Psychiatric Association’s Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5), (in the US) can give you lots of info. Here's a part on mood re: BPD "Affective instability due to a marked reactivity of mood (eg, intense episodic dysphoria, irritability, or anxiety usually lasting a few hours and only rarely more than a few days)" As to your question related to mood, maybe its both.

When you get a new computer it's like a baby until you start downloading info, then after "x" amount of years it or your "cloud" has much more data to be able to access. So, same with you, as you age the more data has downloaded for you to sort through and to figure out what you believe and don't believe, what you like and don't like, etc. Spirituality is seeing through all of this conditioning. -
This thread has gone on ad nauseam. Time to lock it up.

I was diagnosed in 1991 (21 years old), so at first I was scared to death and had a lot of issues with it, etc. Even went on disability for 10+ years. One day I decided to not think about it anymore and have a positive outlook about it. I even stopped my disease modifying injection. I was sick and tired of it all. So, that's what I did and I got better over time, with less and less disease relapse and now rarely anything. I even went to nursing school and have been working ever since. I can't explain it more than I have, but that's what's happened. -
Doesn't sound like Bipolar, but could possibly be- Borderline Personality disorder- "A characteristic of this mental illness is sudden, intense shifts in mood - such as anxious to angry, or depressed to anxious - usually without the extreme highs seen in bipolar disorder. These are often "triggered" by what seem like ordinary interactions with other people. " What some don't realize is that you have to have had at least one documented episode of hypomania or mania, that lasted several days minimum (usually weeks), to even be considered Bipolar I or Bipolar II. Trouble is, many don't recognize the symptoms of hypomania. Mania on the other hand, is more severe, therefore often noticeable.

@Spaceofawareness Nice post! To me, ego does exist, but it's not real, its illusion, but I've loosened up a bit about expecting others to say it just like I would say it. Also, I only mean it exists in the sense that its experienced, but it's not a separate, volitional entity. It is like you said, more a collection of thoughts, memories, feelings, etc. that points to a little "me" or small self as being real...but, that's all a trick like you said. -
I thought maybe "thought stopping" techniques would help, so looked on the internet and this is just one website of many. https://www.verywellmind.com/stop-technique-2671653 I don't know if it will help, but I also thought maybe antipsychotics would help. Just an idea, since your desperate. You would have to talk to a psychiatrist about it. This too shall pass hang in there!❤

No worries, I do very well. I don't do anything specific now a days. -

It's not a limitation. If you can't sit straight up, then lie down. I personally always got more out of Self inquiry, then meditation. Anyways, me and another moderator here have multiple sclerosis. Mine hasn't given me any problems in several years, but regardless it doesn't limit you spiritually. Not in my opinion. -
Welp, I'm tired of arguing with men on this sub-forum, trying to get them to see the women's perspective, to stop objectifying women, etc, etc. I've decided to rarely (if at all) participate on this "relationship subforum" anymore. It's just not worth the headache. To the men that treat women like ladies with respect and dignity, not objectification and manipulation, thank you.?❤ Peace

If you had/have a daughter, would you want a guy to think this way about her? ... this is the type of thinking you are promoting and its not good. Women are human beings, not just sex objects.
-
Twice when I was young I gave in and had sex earlier then I should have, because I liked the guys so much and thought they liked me the same. They didn't. They used me. So, every guy after that suffered because if it. I made future guys wait "at least" a month to get close to me. Period. No exceptions. When I was young I didn't understand how I guy could act like he liked me so much, but after sex wanted nothing to do with me. It was quite a mind fuck. It made me not trust men.
-
Its disgusting. It causes the woman to feel regretful and used, but hey, you get to put a notch on your bedpost.?

It seem the honeymoon phase is over for her. ? That's when it gets real and the short comings of the other person start blaring at you. See, they were disguised or blinded by infatuation in the honeymoon phase. You have to soul search if the heart-ache of knowing she's seeing other guys and the criticism is something you can deal with. If not, then your decision is to go your separate ways and mend your wounded heart over time. If you aren't sure and want to see what happens, well, that's a choice too, but she might torture you along the way. It's rough, either way is going to be painful. All the best❤
