  1. I was considering that but I am hesitating because I don't wanna mess up till I am sure. I know why you are saying that to me and I understand: that way I would be sure of her intentions right away; just it ain't so easy for me yet. How could I investigate that little more I need without overstep it?
  2. Very interesting. I've been doing the work while living the "real life", clearly not with that intensity and I myself found my ego literally. I am almost able to recognise it, notice it everywhere. I might follow what you dir soon and try to do a day full of consciousness work and see what happens. Thank you for the insights!
  3. Thanks a lot, both. I usually do it after my workout session in the late afternoon, but sometimes, if I'm trying not to skip my meditation during a very busy day I do it before sleeping and it has that effect. "Good" to know I am not the only one, as I was expecting anyway. I will take in account all that and keep being mindful of my breathing tightness.
  4. Hi folks. I have been meditating for some months now although not always consistently. During this period though, I noticed that if I focus on my breathing I feel a sort of disturbing sensation, like if I couldn't breath well or more deeper. But I noticed that If I don't focus on it and don't consciously breath, it all goes fine and I can focus on my body/external experiences. What might this be? How do I fix it? I could allow it, maybe, but I just feel like it is distracting me much. Also, quite related to that problem is that If I meditate before going to sleep, then I can't sleep anymore, no matter how tired I am. I keep being aware of everything (like my breath, having btw the same effect I described) and can't really get asleep. Anyone experienced something similar? Cheers
  5. Amazing buddy! Thanks a lot for the tips. Much appreciated!
  6. Hi people. I am new on the forum and been following Leo for quite a bit of time. Recently I've been making changes to my lifestyle, generally speaking. This includes working out (that I used to do, then I stopped for logistic reasons and university). Since I can't get to a gym at the present moment, I was wondering If any of you know some sources of information that I can actually use to build up a well-rounded fitness program. I am looking for some muscular training (without gym machineries clearly) and stretching to improve my overall flexibility. As for cardio, I've been running for two weeks on alternate days. (Approximate time for training: from 20 to 60 minutes) So if you have suggestions (also from your own personal experience) it would be much appreciated! Thanks guys! Peace
  7. Thanks for the reply. I'll try to look up for that bowflex. It might do but right now I have no money to invest on this, so for a while I will have to do w/o it. But surely will take it in account for the future. And yes, my main goal is to get in shape OVERALL. That means I am not only looking for cardio but also little bit of muscle growth (not heavy body-building style) and flexibility. I have got a couple of dumbells but I can't change them in weight and can't afford a whole set. But hey thanks for the hints. I will accept any other input to make my workout more efficient.
