If you are in this phase, would recommend. Read the book of Adyashanti called "the end of your world" and listen to this book on youtube. He might help you to get read of this life circonstance. I'll personnaly say ( but this is just m'y opinion ) that to be free of this need to simply have to let it go, because After all is this problem real or unreal ? ( The situation is but the problem isn't. Your mind create this problem to manipulate yourself to control yourself. Face this problem internally ).

Surrender to this feeling. Let it conquer you and while it does that do N O T H I N G. I promise you that the death of you will happen if you do that.

That was "my" problem too. Maybe you need to talk to someone about your struggle to find out the solution. I know that the solution for your problem is to do N O T H I N G and allow truth/reality/nothingness to act on you and while it does this, sit and do N O T H I N G and stop wraping your mind around what you gotta' do. The truth isn't somewhere, it is there your only solution is to surrender to it. I have done that and i feel more peaceful already.

Listening to some metal really helps to release tension. EMDR to but not that much. All do the little me is releasing fuel more and more, my "life" or more like my mind state is pretty helish at the moment, Thank you for this post you saved my opportunity to awaken ! Nobody talks about this shit !

From my personnal experience i know that only someone who has known DEEP states of suffrring ( Dark Nights Of The Soul, Depression, Hatred...) knows when he goes UpAndUp ( has Coldplay would sing ) that himself was a illusion because the contrast is seen between the two states of beings !

Well if what you describe is true...i might be in the awakening part !

Is enlightement a phenomenon that happen only to a certain category of people with a certain mind/consciousness and if it so how can anyone attain it. Or Does it happen in a "i ain't give a shit mod you opened the door now i am here".
