Leo, you need to make a video on Oneness and how to attain it by meditating or with any other ways. That would be greatful for a lot of people. Me included.

Is Enlightement a paradigm ? There is no reason for this amazing view of the world to not being a paradigm because After all there is different perspective than enlightement, the ego perspective. So is Enlightement a paradigm that's a question that i'm asking you to answer and if not why ?

@Leo Gura i think that teaching is hard not only because of the ego's corruptions of truths but because experience is beyond perspective and it is hard to describe a experience with pure explanations/perspective, which you do really well ! My fault is to have misinterpreted your video and created this topic.

So hello, my real "name" is Samuel and i'm currently working on both Buddhist practices and Hindu practices (notably to activate the Third Eye and cultivate the chakras, i'm not into divinities for the moment) and i was asking myself : Do Third Eye meditation can help to get to enlightement by cultivating self-love and Letting Go + seing entities and Angels and all that jazz Or Do Buddhist meditation and really all the over kind of meditation (Vipassana, Letting the thoughts flow...) are more reliable Thank you for answering that question.

@Leo Gura On the scale of a lifetime i have understood like 10% of what spirituality is all about ! ? So the absolute is really far from me but you're video on paradigm completely revolutionise my way of questionning reality and i was like : "because every experience is paradigmic ( i'll create this word ) than enlightement is non different than that !" But beyond the experiences of Nothingness and Emptiness i really wasn't knowing what was enlightement and i still don't know but now i know why enlightement is the absence of paradigm and why nothingness creates the absence of paradigm. Nothingness ultimately lead to the No-Self and the No-Self leads to Enlightement and Enlightement leads to the absolute, and the absolute leads to No paradigm. Keep on what you're doing. I'll love to follow .

@Echoes And have you already seen the screen to tell me that ;). But what you say makes sense. But i'll like to travel and see the screen to be sure that this is the source of all paradigms

@egoeimai exactly ! But for me it's exactly at that moment of guiltiness that spirituality comes along with meditation and other various practices and show me that ALL. OF. THAT. DOESN'T. MATTER., and then everything starts to go along

@ashashlov An effort is not a difficulty, it's a choice to go on a track and fight for it. It doesn't have to be difficult, it has to be chosen

@egoeimai again, it's all about being ! That's what i would like to experience all the time :).

@egoeimai letting it flow while relaxing is the secret :).

Putting timers on every tasks that requires effort : 30mins for this, 50 for that...

I have found that, by structuring my time with timers and without forcing anything, my willpower has greatfully increase ! You guys should try it ! ( Also the Law of attraction helps when you don't have any will to do what you got to do with your timers. Reminder the Law of Attraction is when you manifestation something by visualizing it just so it passes from a thought to an action / desire ).
