I am going down this path as well although I have backslid on meditation, but I've reassessed and made my vision stronger. I'm ready to commit the rest of my life to meditation and breaking that knowledge graph.

i'm 18 and I got into serious self development this year and have had exponential growth. Be mindful that you cannot change other people they can only change themselves you can only share what has helped you along your journey. Good luck with all of your self development man .

Good/Bad are illusory, they are conceptualizations of reality, break free from that survival program to see reality as it truly is.
