Tip: Have the water running on luke warm first and gradually turn to cold while clenching your teeth and beasting it. This way you are not hopping in and out of it at first. Also good luck man.

@brovakhiin @Time Traveler Before I sit down and watch this. May I ask what exactly are you saving up for? Is there some way to spend the money you're saving up? -
@Haloman Totally up to you my man. Make sure to get back to us after you've taken them.

I wouldn't recommend taking shrooms in your current state. If you decide to take them anyway, just be prepared.

"How to Be a 3% Man, Winning the Heart of the Woman of Your Dreams" by Corey Wayne. This is the only one I'd recommend reading. I'd recommend watching a few of his videos on youtube first though just so you get an idea of what you are dealing with here. Now I haven't actually put anything in this book to the test yet. (I never got around to it and I kinda moved on from it all) But everything he says makes a lot of sense and from experience with past girlfriends and girl friends I can relate to quiet a lot to what he says in the book. I also like the fact that he doesn't treat women as objects or animals like many PUA's. It's worth just giving his videos a shot at least. I know for a fact that I won't need to buy any other books or fiddle around with any other videos having this book around.

Yeah I've had this too. In fact, i've often been woken from this state and just felt weird for a second as if everything is echoing, then I'd drift off to sleep. But yeah, it's called Hypnagogia. -
Strange..

Good job man. But do you have the balls the delete all of your friends and then delete Facebook? Because realistically speaking, in a week or two you will be back on Facebook. (Because "deleting" Facebook doesn't ACTUALLY delete it.) Here's a challenge for you: Delete 3 "friends" a week. Or even better, delete a "friend" a day. (Like I did, until I eventually deleted them all.) Also there's kind of a satisfaction choosing and deleting that fucker that posts dumb shit or in your case those people with the "perfect" lives. Kinda like a middle finger to them. I came back to Facebook after some time though, and now only check it 3 times a week or so. But I only have about 13 friends on it. (They actually bothered to add me back on Facebook.)

Bro, you can meditate 24/7 if you feel like it. So to answer your question, you're doing absolutely no harm upping the time you meditate for. (Unless you work and meditation is making you late for work) -
Good question. I currently drink a bottle of wine a week and can't see it doing any harm to my consciousness. But that's just me after all. Usually I tend to be more conscious when drinking. I only ever drink by myself though, so that might explain some things. I also smoked marijuana for some time, but the more I became interested in personal development, the sooner I just stopped smoking it. I didn't stop because it was having negative affects on my progress (which it didn't). I stopped because I just didn't need it anymore. I also believe that if it wasn't for marijuana I wouldn't have stumbled upon all this personal development stuff and enlightenment...or maybe I would have. Who knows. My take on it all is that it's not the substance that is bad, it's the user.

Just a joke right? No biggie, I'm just gonna go cut my leg off now because at the end of the day, life is a joke and I find it rather funny when the saw shreds through the muscles and flesh in my leg. =) -

Yeah...this thread is just confusing. The exercises seem helpful, but I'm just not grasping the message being conveyed here other than "Here's a few exercises". Even the title (for me) doesn't make sense. Wth is information worker skills. lol This doesn't make sense either. Forgive me -
I've been doing yoga for 30 minutes every morning for the past 30 days and can honestly say that it hasn't really done much for me. After that I'd do 15 minutes of meditation. None of the positions the instructor does are difficult to do (although they do look difficult) and when I hear other peoples feedback I get comments like "That was tough, I could feel the buuuurnnn" or "I couldn't move this morning after yesterdays yoga session" and I'm just left like...erm...I don't know if walking for an hour every morning and evening has made me more flexible and immune to the "buuuurn". I understand that it's more to do with getting in touch with your body and stuff, but I feel that putting that time into meditation would be way more beneficial. What are your thoughts on Yoga? Do you find it hard? Refreshing? Enjoyable? Or another question to you people is do you do both? Yoga and Meditation? I can't make anything of it.

Good luck.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I'm gonna get back to it asap and try change it up.

I passed out from lack of oxygen. -
"I don't know" is the realistic answer to all of these. Except the moon landing...because it is clear that it was faked.

So you want to master the Japanese language, better than Japanese people themselves and better than the best Japanese speaker in Japan? Go for it. If that is what will make you smile before you die. Or is it to master the art of interpreting Japanese to English...? But what is your Life Purpose then? To do some programming in Japan? To write manga or whatever? To master Japanese? To fuck an Asian chick? You need more time to find out exactly what you want to devote your life to. You are on the right track with programming, but when you say you have this thing for the Japanese culture and language, it just seems too broad. What you really need to do first is spend a year in Japan or something and get used to its culture. Get a direct experience of it rather than what you think it is. I can tell you it will be a different experience than what you see in them mangas/animes you watch and read. lol It'll be much the same as where you are now.

I don't even need to watch this video to know how bad phones have become. Even reading your paragraph was informative enough.
