  1. I would recommend, that you'll listen to Sam Garrett's songs. Watch the second video as well, where he mentions self-inquiry, ego detachment etc.
  2. Maybe talents are coincidences. Perhaps in your childhood you drew a pretty good drawing, and got recognition for it. Thereby you lived with the mindset that you were good at it, which allowed you to love it, and expand your skills. Where another person in your class drew an ugly drawing, and got bad criticism, and thereby didn't love it. If you get told that you're bad at something, then you'll often unconsciously escape facing your weakness, and thereby no expansion. Subsequently, he lived with the mindset that he was bad at drawing, and 20 years later he thinks it's because he wasn't naturally good at it.
  3. It's already been mentioned, but I'll mention it again. Such a great movie when it comes to enlightenment. Groundhog day. Eckhart Tolle has also recommended this movie, because of the enlightenment deeper meaning.
  4. I have been writing book journals the last couple of months. I read the book while highlighting the golden nuggets and when I'm done reading the book, I'll go back and write down all the golden nuggets into my journals. Then you can systemize your journals into topics if you like. This will become very effective and helpful if doing it constantly for some years. I'm also the write it down learning person When it comes to preparation before reading, I'll sit in a quiet place without any distraction and do breathing techniques to ground myself in the present moment
  5. I'm also a newbie to meditation. Been meditating since the beginning of January 2016. I'm both doing self-inquiry and do nothing meditation. Pretty satisfied with the results I've been having lately and I'll continue. I know that meditation just keeps getting better and better by doing it permanent. But I have a question out of sheer curiosity. Are there other meditation techniques which Leo have been talking about that I've missed? Maybe in a time to come I'll explore a bit. Thanks.
  6. Adding another point in this topic, which is very fundemental. There are lots of myths about learning out there, and it's complicated for people to get the truth about learning ability with all the perspectives. Maybe Leo could talk about the scientific method of learning. Can all people learn the same but in differents speeds? I'm almost sure that if you visit a school and ask the students why they aren't good at maths, different false facts will occur. If one answers that he ain't good at maths and you ask him why, he'll either tell you that he can't learn it, or that he's parents wasn't good at maths. Maybe Leo could include that aspect in one of his future videoes, or make it into a whole video depending on how important he finds it.
